This article is about the analysis of the constructional situation in Chinese urban tourism public service system at present time, in the article the ideas of the construction of Urumqi urban tourism public service system were discussed, at the same time, the corresponding solutions was put forward.

In the context of Development of the West Regions, by using the annual data from 1999 to 2009 in whole China and 12 provinces of the western regions, we analyze the achievements of socio-economic development of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from 1999 to 2009 as follows: the economic aggregate has increased prominently and the growth rate is increasing ceaselessly; the primary industry, secondary industry and tertiary industry develop evenly, and the industrial structure is incessantly optimized; the quality of economic growth is promoted increasingly and the living standard of people is improved greatly; the primary industry, secondary industry and tertiary industry stride in tandem, and the momentum of growth is strong. We conduct horizontal comparison on the main economic indicators of Xinjiang, 12 provinces of the western regions and whole China, which include GDP and its growth rate, investment of fixed assets, structure of the primary industry, secondary industry and tertiary industry, the industrial added value, GDP per capita, gross retail sales of social consumption, export and import trade, net income per capita of peasants and herdsmen, and general budget revenue. The result shows that although the implementation of the strategy of Development of the West Regions and the economic development of Xinjiang have achieved some remarkable results, there is a conspicuous gap in comparison with the expected effect. The problems existing in the operation of Xinjiang's economy are analyzed as follows: the industrial level is low, and the economic growth mode is yet to be transformed; the disposable income per capita of urban residents grows slowly, and the increasing gap between the urban areas and rural areas has no trend of dwindling; the investment aggregate is very low, and the momentum of economic growth is short. There is high pressure for investment capital and financial services for agricultural activities necessary for poverty reduction,economic growth,sustainable development and food *** study investigated the long-term causation between banking sector development and agricultural productivity in the six Central African Economic and Monetary Community(CEMAC)states from 1990 to 2018,hypothesizing no causation between banking sector and agriculture *** the autoregressive distributed lag(ARDL)model and vector error correction model(VECM),the study demonstrates that banking sector and agricultural productivity in the CEMAC region are *** implies long-run relationship exists between banking sector and agricultural productivity in the CEMAC *** results reveal that bidirectional causality exists between banking sector and agricultural productivity in the CEMAC *** is insinuating that in the CEMAC region,agricultural productivity and banking sector development are operating in *** findings indicate the reason to establish the banking sector using proper macroeconomic,legal and regulatory policies to boost agricultural productivity by creating incentive systems that channel more credit to agricultural investment and promoting the banking system.

As online shopping carnivals held by giant e-commerce platforms have achieved huge commercial success in tenns of both,profit scales and brand building,the marketing strategies that the companies have adopted to promote their ideas and so swiftly influence consumer behavior have attracted wide *** article will first begin with the introduction on the phenomenon of online shopping carnival in China especially,the largest one which is the"Double Eleven"Global Online Shopping Carnival where there will be a brief discussion on its nature,history,scale,and huge influence on the Chinese ***,the discussion will be focused on the marketing secrets of its contagiousness and the reasons why everyone talks about it from three dimensions whereby it provides social currency,it is of practical value,and it evokes *** analysis will then be done on the marketing contributors to its high sales volume of"Why people are participating?"with purchase motivation theory,social influence theory(SIT),and conformity ***,the passage will explore the definition of impulse buying as well as its impacting factors in online shopping experiences,and then explain the high incidence of this phenomenon during carnivals from two dimensions which include the low-price strategy and the stimulation from shopping *** article aims to help people understand online shopping and shopping carnivals better while the tips of promotion strategies and analysis on consumer behavior would provide a referential value for companies that are interested to raise certain brands5 publicity in addition to attract more consumers.
