Although inorganic pigments in common spectral tuning materials show good weatherability and heat resistance,the limited color choices,weak coloring power,poor dispersibility,and a possibility of toxicity limit their *** the basis of organic pigments which possess a wide range of colors,high coloring power,good transparency,and high safety,herein,the modified pigment and biomimetic coating with improved weatherability,especially ultraviolet(UV)resistance(from 2 to 6 days),was achieved by intercalating acid green 25(AG25)pigment into Mg/Al-layered double hydroxides(Mg/Al-LDH).Furthermore,the heat resistance of AG25 was also significantly ***,the spectral stability of pigments after heat treatment is superior with almost unchanged spectral profile and green reflection *** formation of strong N-H bonds and the S-M(Mg,Al)bonds between Mg/Al-LDH laminates and AG25 molecules contributes to the *** work shows potential for biomimetic leaf materials in respect of reflective spectra stability.

Pool bio-oxidation and fitting analysis of low-grade arsenic-containing refractory gold ore

To overcome the limitations of geography, climate, and ore characteristics on the ore beneficiation process, biooxidation studies on low-grade arsenic-bearing refractory gold ore by pool leaching were carried out, as well as process fitting analysis. The gold particles are encapsulated by pyrite and arsenopyrite. After 60 days of biooxidation, the oxidation rates of arsenic, sulfur, and gold were 39%～69%, 24%～41%, and 49%～83%, respectively. The inoculated Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans, Ferroplasma acidiphilum, and Leptospirillum ferrodiazotrophum could all mediate the initial pyrite/arsenopyrite oxidation and the Fe2+oxidation reaction, but only the former could mediate the subsequent sulfur compound oxidation. When compared to daily bacterial circulation and bacterial replacement every ten days, aeration improved the gold leaching rate by 14%～22%. The Boltzmann model could fit both the arsenic and sulfur bio-oxidation, with model fit variances greater than 0.98. Based on the experimental and fitting results, the bio-oxidation cycle was determined to be 60 days, and the bio-oxidation mechanisms are summarized. This study has significant practical implications for the rational utilization of gold resources and provides theoretical and practical guidance for similar gold ores.

Sulphur(S)-template method based on conventional slurry-casting method has been developed to pro-duce porous silicon(Si)*** facile fabrication technology is suitable for current production line and expected to be widely applied to various electrode materials under large volume change during ***,S particles as template agent are mixed with active material Si,carbon conductor and binder forming uniform *** casting and drying,the electrodes are immersed in carbon disul-fide solution to remove S particles rapidly,generating pores in-situ at the original position of S *** analysis shows that the pores inside electrodes are able to shorten lithium ion diffusion paths,reduce normal expansion rate and decrease formation of cracks in the Si electrode(2 mg_(Si)/cm^(2)),demonstrating a reversible capacity of 951 mAh/g at 0.5 A/g after 100 cycles(with a capacity retention of 99.5%)and a capacity of-826 mAh/g at 2 A/g.

This paper aims to deliver a comprehensive examination of electromagnetic metallurgy's impact on the final stages of solidification in continuous casting, along with its contributions to the heating and purification processes within the tundish. Ultrafast rechargeable hybrid potassium dualion capacitors （HPDICs） were designed by employing carbon quantum dot@ultrathin carbon film （CQD@CF） as the cathode *** designed CQD@CF is selfassembled by a simple catalytic graphitization route followed by an acid leaching *** special composite features a large adsorption interface,a remarkable anion hybrid storage capability and outstanding structure *** electrochemical performance of CQD@CF composite is fully tapped in a half-cell system at the operating voltage between 1.4 and 4.5 V,achieving an admirable specific discharge capacity of 128.5 mAh·g-1a 50 mA·g-1,an ultra-high capacity retention ratio of 97.97% after cycling 5000 times at 1000 mA·g-1and a 96.10%high capacity retention ratio after cycling 40,000 times at 5000 mA·g-1,***,with the support of ex situ TEM and XPS,the structural stability principle and anionic hybrid storage mechanism of CQD@CF electrode are investigated *** the full-cell system,HPDICs with the CQD@CF as cathode and nanographite powder as anode also present a 141.5 Wh·kg-1high energy density,a 5850 W·kg-1power density and a super-long cycle stability (90.2% capacity retention ratio after cycling 30,000 times at 5000 mA·g-1).

This study explores the effects of dynamic and static loading on rock bolt performance a key factor in maintaining the structural safety of coal mine roadways susceptible to coal *** a housemade load frame to simulate various failure scenarios,pretension-impact-pull tests on rock bolts were conducted to scrutinize their dynamic responses under varied static load conditions and their failure traits under combined *** experimental results denote that with increased impact energy,maximum and average impact loads on rock bolts escalate significantly under pretension,initiating plastic deformation beyond a certain *** minor reductions in the yield load due to impactinduced damage,pretension aids in constraining post-impact deformation rate and fluctuation degree of rock ***,impact-induced plastic deformation causes internal microstructure dislocation,fortifying the stiffness of the rock bolt support *** magnitude of this fortification is directly related to the plastic deformation induced by the *** findings provide crucial guidance for designing rock bolt support in coal mine roadway excavation,emphasizing the necessity to consider both static and dynamic loads for improved safety and efficiency.
