The characteristics of the dough modification are crucial to the quality of the final *** study aimed to investigate the effects of wheat oligopeptide(WOP)on dough rheology,physicochemical,and protein distribution *** results showed that WOP increased the viscoelasticity,extensibility,and strength of the *** pasting experiments illustrated that WOP decreased the peak viscosity,breakdown,and setback *** fermentation results showed that WOP significantly increased the fermentation height and gas-holding rate of the ***,the water migration ability of the dough was significantly inhibited after WOP ***,the electrophoresis results further proved that WOP could effectively enhance the aggregation of small molecule *** microstructure results further demonstrated that the dough exhibited more uniform and continuous characteristics with the WOP incorporation,which was consistent with our *** conclusion,WOP has the ability to strengthen the dough network structure,providing a new idea for future modification of dough and its products.

Inter-femtocell interference becomes serious when femtocells are densely deployed. To mitigate the inter-femtocell interference, this paper proposes a cluster-based bandwidth allocation algorithm. We create femtocell clusters by constructing a weighted interference graph and allocate bandwidth to each cluster based on a Nash bargaining solution(NBS). Simulation results show that the cluster-based bandwidth allocation algorithm can reduce the inter-femtocell interference and meet the minimum rate constraint of each cluster.

BACKGROUND The variability of metabolic biomarkers has been determined to provide incremental prognosis information,but the implications of electrolyte variability remained *** We investigate the relationships between electrolyte fluctuation and outcomes in survivors of acute myocardial infarction(n=4386).Ion variability was calculated as the coefficient of variation,standard deviation,variability independent of the mean(VIM)and *** ratios(HR)were estimated using the multivariable-adjusted Cox proportional regression *** During a median follow-up of 12 months,161(3.7%)patients died,and heart failure occurred in 550(12.5%)participants after discharge,*** with the bottom quartile,the highest quartile potassium VIM was associated with increased risks of all-cause mortality(HR=2.35,95%CI:1.36–4.06)and heart failure(HR=1.32,95%CI:1.01–1.72)independent of cardiac troponin I(c Tn I),N terminal pro B type natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP),infarction site,mean potassium and other traditional factors,while those associations across sodium VIM quartiles were *** trend remains across the strata of variability by other three *** associations were consistent after excluding patients with any extreme electrolyte value and diuretic *** Higher potassium variability but not sodium variability was associated with adverse outcomes *** findings highlight that potassium variability remains a robust risk factor for mortality regardless of clinical dysnatraemia and dyskalaemia.

The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic is a major public health emergency characterized by fast spread,a wide range of infections,and enormous control *** the end of December 2019,Wuhan has become the first core infection area of China's COVID-19 *** March 2020,the domestic worst-hit areas have moved to the heilongjiang province due to the increased number of imported COVID-19 ***,we reported the major COVID-19 outbreak,which caused a rebound of the epidemic in Harbin,*** the rebound,different levels of causes for the recurrence of COVID-19,including citylevel,hospital-level,and medical staff-level cause,were ***,corresponding countermeasures to prevent the recurrence of the epidemic were also carried out on the city level,hospital level,and medical staff level,which eventually showed the effect of infection control function in a *** this study,we described the complete transmission chain,analyzed the causes of the outbreak,and proposed corresponding countermeasures from our practical clinical experience,which can be used as a valuable reference for COVID-19 control.

The method of splitting a plane-wave finite-difference time-domain （SP-FDTD） algorithm is presented for the initiation of plane-wave source in the total-field / scattered-field （TF/SF） formulation of high-order symplectic finite- difference time-domain （SFDTD） scheme for the first time. By splitting the fields on one-dimensional grid and using the nature of numerical plane-wave in finite-difference time-domain （FDTD）, the identical dispersion relation can be obtained and proved between the one-dimensional and three-dimensional grids. An efficient plane-wave source is simulated on one-dimensional grid and a perfect match can be achieved for a plane-wave propagating at any angle forming an integer grid cell ratio. Numerical simulations show that the method is valid for SFDTD and the residual field in SF region is shrinked down to -300 dB.

Our previous study has shown that the transcription factor Krüppel-like factor 7(KLF7) promotes peripheral nerve regeneration and motor function recovery after spinal cord ***7 also participates in traumatic brain injury,but its regulatory mechanisms remain poorly *** the present study,an HT22 cell model of traumatic brain injury was established by stretch injury and oxygenglucose *** cells were then transfected with an adeno-associated virus carrying KLF7(AAV-KLF7).The results revealed that,after stretch injury and oxygen-glucose deprivation,KLF7 greatly reduced apoptosis,activated caspase-3 and lactate dehydrogenase,downregulated the expression of the apoptotic markers B-cell lymphoma 2(Bcl-2)-associated X protein(Bax) and cleaved caspase-3,and increased the expression of βIII-tubulin and the antiapoptotic marker ***,KLF7 overexpression upregulated Janus kinase 2(JAK2) and signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3) phosphorylation in HT22 cells treated by stretch injury and oxygenglucose *** assays revealed that KLF7 directly participated in the phosphorylation of *** addition,treatment with AG490,a selective inhibitor of JAK2/STAT3,weakened the protective effects of KLF7.A mouse controlled cortical impact model of traumatic brain injury was then *** 30 minutes before modeling,AAV-KLF7 was injected into the ipsilateral lateral *** protein and m RNA levels of KLF7 in the hippocampus were increased at 1 day after injury and recovered to normal levels at 3 days after ***7 reduced ipsilateral hippocampal atrophy,decreased the injured cortex volume,downregulated Bax and cleaved caspase-3 expression,and increased the number of 5-bromo-2'-deoxyuridine-positive neurons and Bcl-2 protein ***,KLF7 transfection greatly enhanced the phosphorylation of JAK2 and STAT3 in the ipsilateral *** results suggest that KLF7 may protect h
