In this study,pot experiments were conducted on the seedlings of Pinus sylvestris *** to study the influence of Trichoderma(Trichoderma harzianum E15)and Ectomycorrhizal fungi(Suillus luteus N94)on the growth of these *** particular,the effects of these fungi on the fungal community structure in the rhizosphere soil of the seedlings were *** with Trichoderma harzianum E15 and Suillus luteus N94 significantly(Pmicrobial flora in the symbiotic *** had a significant promoting effect on the conversion of total phosphorus,total nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,and the organic matter in the rhizosphere soil of the seedlings,while Suillus significantly promoted the conversion of organic matter and total phosphorus.

Localized intestine inflammation could induce short-term increases in colonic oxygenation and leads to increases in the aerobic bacteria population and reduction in the anaerobic bacteria population by changing the intestinal ***,the mechanisms involved and the associated functions of intestinal anaerobes in gut health still remain ***,we found that early-life depletion of gut microbiota exacerbated later colitis,while mid-life microbiota depletion showed partially reduced ***,we observed that early-life gut microbiota depletion confers susceptibility to ferroptosis in *** contrast,restitution of early-life microbiota conferred protection against colitis and inhibited ferroptosis triggered by gut microbiota ***,colonization with anaerobic microbiota from young mice suppressed *** results may attribute to high abundance of plasmalogen-positive(plasmalogen synthase[PlsA/R]-positive)anaerobes and plasmalogens(one of the common ether lipids)in young mice but reduced abundance in the development of inflammatory bowel ***-life anaerobic bacteria elimination also resulted in the aggravation of colitis,while this aggravation phenotype was reverted by plasmalogen ***,plasmalogens inhibited ferroptosis triggered by microbiota *** further find that the alkenyl-ether group of plasmalogens was critical to colitis prevention and ferroptosis *** data point to one of the mechanisms by which the gut microbiota controls susceptibility to colitis and ferroptosis early in life via microbial-derived ether lipids.

The diverse gut microbial communities are crucial for host health. How the interactions between microbial communities and between host and microbes influence host, however, has not been well understood. To facilitate gut microbiota research, selective imaging of specific groups of microbiotas in the gut is of great utility, but remains technically challenging. Here we present a chemical approach that enables selective imaging of Gram-negative and Gram-positive microbiotas in the mouse gut, by exploiting their distinctive cell wall components. Cell-selective labeling is achieved by combined use of metabolic labeling of Gram-negative bacterial lipopolysaccharides with a clickable azidosugar, and direct Gram-positive bacteria labeling with a vancomycin-derivatized fluorescent probe. We demonstrated this strategy by two-color fluorescence imaging of Gram-negative and Gram-positive gut microbiotas in the mouse intestines. This chemical method should be broadly applicable to different gut microbiota research fields, and other bacterial communities studied in microbiology.

为了解黄土高原旱作农田土壤CH4排放对不同降水事件的短期响应过程,分别在冬小麦拔节期和夏闲期进行了人工模拟降水试验,对1-32 mm不同降水量模拟降水后0-72 h土壤CH4排放通量进行了观测.结果表明：模拟降水后旱作农田土壤CH4排放通量变化特征表现出两种不同的模式：低降水量（1、3和8 mm）处理为波动变化,高降水量（16和32 mm）处理呈单峰型变化.降水后72 h土壤CH4累积通量（CH4-C）与降水量（P）呈显著线性正相关（冬小麦拔节期：CH4-C=2.45P-6.09,R2=0.92,P〈0.01;夏闲期：CH4-C=2.43P-4.73,R2=0.91,P〈0.01）.相关分析表明,土壤CH4通量与土壤含水量和土壤微生物生物量碳含量显著相关,而与土壤温度不相关.少量降水（1-8 mm）可以在短期内促进旱作农田土壤对CH4的吸收,加强土壤作为大气CH4汇的强度,然而这种促进作用也会随降水量的增大和降水的下渗而削弱.较大降水（≥16 mm）可以刺激土壤产甲烷菌活性促进CH4释放,在短期内使旱作农田土壤由单一的汇功能转变为汇源双重功能.

The bacterial family Mycobacteriaceae includes pathogenic and nonpathogenic bacteria,and systematic research on their genome and phenome can give comprehensive perspectives for exploring their disease *** this study,the pheno-types of Mycobacteriaceae were inferred from available phenomic data,and 82 microbial phenotypic traits were recruited as data elements of the microbial *** Mycobacteriaceae phenome contains five categories and 20 subcategories of polyphasic phenotypes,and three categories and eight subcategories of functional phenotypes,all of which are complemen-tary to the existing data standards of microbial *** phenomic data of Mycobacteriaceae strains were compiled by literature mining,third-party database integration,and bioinformatics *** phenotypes were searchable and comparable from the website of the Mycobacteriaceae Phenome Atlas(MPA,https://*** ***/mpa/).A topological data analysis of MPA revealed the co-evolution between Mycobacterium tuberculosis and virulence factors,and uncovered potential pathogenicity-associated *** hundred and sixty potential pathogen-enriched pathways were found by Fisher's exact *** application of MPA may provide novel insights into the pathogenicity mechanism and antimicrobial targets of Mycobacteriaceae.

The management of diabetic wounds remains a critical therapeutic challenge. Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) gel, PRP-derived exosomes (PRP-Exos), and mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes (MSC-Exos) have demonstrated therapeutic potential in wound treatment. Unfortunately, their poor mechanical properties, the short half-lives of growth factors (GFs), and the burst release of GFs and exosomes have limited their clinical applications. Furthermore, proteases in diabetic wounds degrade GFs, which hampers wound repair. Silk fibroin is an enzyme-immobilization biomaterial that could protect GFs from proteases. Herein, we developed novel dual-crosslinked hydrogels based on silk protein (SP) (sericin and fibroin), including SP@PRP, SP@MSC-Exos, and SP@PRP-Exos, to promote diabetic wound healing synergistically. SP@PRP was prepared from PRP and SP using calcium gluconate/thrombin as agonist, while SP@PRP-Exos and SP@MSC-Exos were derived from exosomes and SP with genipin as crosslinker. SP provided improved mechanical properties and enabled the sustained release of GFs and exosomes, thereby overcoming the limitations of PRP and exosomes in wound healing. The dual-crosslinked hydrogels displayed shear-induced thinning, self-healing, and eradication of microbial biofilms in a bone-mimicking environment. In vivo, the dual-crosslinked hydrogels contributed to faster diabetic wound healing than PRP and SP by upregulating GFs expression, down-regulating matrix metalloproteinase-9 expression, and by promoting an anti-NETotic effect, angiogenesis, and re-epithelialization. Hence, these dual-crosslinked hydrogels have the potential to be translated into a new generation of diabetic wound dressings.

Under a warming climate,degrading permafrost profoundly and extensively affects arctic and alpine ***,most existing relevant studies are more focused on the hydrothermal impacts of vegetation on the underlying permafrost,or symbiosis between vegetation and permafrost,only very few on ecological impacts of permafrost ***,there are much more pertinent investigations in arctic and boreal regions than those in alpine and high-plateau regions at mid-and low *** study emphasizes on the impact mechanisms of permafrost degradation on vegetation both at high and mid-to low latitudes,addressing vegetation succession trajectories and associated changes in soil hydrology and soil nutrient above degrading *** degradation influences vegetation by altering soil hydrology,soil biogeochemical processes and microbial communities,which further improve soil nutrient ***,under a warming climate,vegetation may take two successional trajectories,towards a wetter or drier ecosystem within a certain time period,but to a drier ecosystem in the end upon the thaw of permafrost in case of permeable soils and good ***,with rapidly developing remote-sensing and other space-and ground-based and air-borne observational networks and numerical predictive models,the impacting mechanisms of permafrost degradation on vegetation should be timely and better monitored,evaluated and modeled at desired spatiotemporal scales and resolutions by terrestrial or integrated ecosystem models.
