目的探讨多普勒超声扫描、磁共振血管造影和 CT 血管造影单独或联合应用在评估下肢动脉疾病中的诊断准确性;评价这些检查方法对患者治疗和结果的影响;评价患者对这些检查方法的态度并总结与不良事件相关的现有资料。设计系统性综述。方法检索11个电子数据库(截至2005年4月)、6本杂志和已找到文献中的参考文献以发现相关研究。两名评审员独立选择研究、提取资料和评估质量。使用 QUADASQ 目录评估诊断准确性研究的质量。结果 107项研究符合入选标准;其中,58项研究提供关于诊断准确性的资料,1项关于患者结果,4项关于患者态度和44项关于不良事件。质量评估强调研究报告的方法及质量的不足。由于大多数入选研究根据动脉节段而不是整条肢体或患者来报告结果,这样就不能解释患者多节段病变,所以可能高估检查的特异度。对发现下肢动脉50%及以上狭窄,造影剂增强磁共振血管造影诊断准确性最高,敏感度中位数95%(92%～99.5%)和特异度中位数97%(64%～99%);CT 血管造影分别为91%(89%～99%)和91%(83%～97%);多普勒超声扫描为88%(80%～98%)和96%(89%～99%)。一项对照试验报告,尽管基于单一的多普勒超声扫描或传统血管造影患者的治疗结果无明显差异,但是22%的患者需要另行血管造影以制定治疗方案。现有的证据表明:相对于传统血管造影,患者更愿意选择磁共振血管造影(有或无造影剂增强),而在磁共振血管造影无禁忌(如患有幽居恐怖症)的患者中,半数对磁共振血管造影或多普勒超声扫描无偏好。在现有关于不良事件的资料中,磁共振血管造影发生不良事件的比例最高,但是症状轻微。最严重的不良事件,尽管少见,但主要发生于传统血管造影中。结论造影剂增强磁共振血管造影较 CT 血管造影特异性更高(排除50%以上狭窄病变的准确性更高),较多普勒超声扫描敏感性更强(诊断50%以上狭窄病变的准确性更强);相对于传统血管造影,患者一般更愿意选择造影剂增强磁共振血管造影。另外,与传统血管造影相比,患者还愿意选择 CT 血管造影。患者对多普勒超声扫描和传统血管造影的偏好尚无资料。现有资料表明,造影剂增强磁共振血管造影可能是替代血管造影的一种有前景的检查手段。

Polyploidization plays a key role in plant evolution,but the forces driving the fate of homoeologs in polyploid genomes,i.e.,paralogs resulting from a whole-genome duplication(WGD)event,remain to be ***,we present a chromosome-scale genome assembly of tetraploid scarlet sage(Salvia splendens),one of the most diverse ornamental *** found evidence for three WGD events following an older WGD event shared by most eudicots(theγevent).A comprehensive,spatiotemporal,genome-wide analysis of homoeologs from the most recent WGD unveiled expression asymmet.ies,which could be associated with genomic rearrangements,transposable element proximity discrepancies,coding sequence variation,selection pressure,and transcription factor binding site *** observed differences between homoeologs may reflect the first step toward sub-and/or *** assembly provides a powerful tool for understanding WGD and gene and genome evolution and is useful in developing functional genomics and genetic engineering strategies for scarlet sage and other Lamiaceae species.

Ginger(Zingiber officinale)is one of the most valued spice plants worldwide;it is prized for its culinary and folk medicinal applications and is therefore of high economic and cultural ***,we present a haplotype-resolved,chromosome-scale assembly for diploid ginger anchored to 11 pseudochromosome pairs with a total length of 3.1 *** structural variation was identified between haplotypes,and two inversions larger than 15Mb on chromosome 4 may be associated with ginger *** performed a comprehensive,spatiotemporal,genome-wide analysis of allelic expression patterns,revealing that most alleles are coordinately *** alleles that exhibited the largest differences in expression showed closer proximity to transposable elements,greater coding sequence divergence,more relaxed selection pressure,and more transcription factor binding site *** also predicted the transcription factors potentially regulating 6-gingerol *** allele-aware assembly provides a powerful platform for future functional genomics,molecular breeding,and genome editing in ginger.

Background:LY01005(Goserelin acetate sustained-release microsphere injection)is a modified gonadotropin-releasing hormone(GnRH)agonist injected *** phase III trial study aimed to evaluated the efficacy and safety of LY01005 in Chinese patients with prostate ***:We conducted a randomized controlled,open-label,non-inferiority trial across 49 sites in *** study included 290 patients with prostate cancer who received either LY01005 or goserelin implants every 28 days for three *** primary efficacy endpoints were the percentage of patients with testosterone suppression≤50 ng/dL at day 29 and the cumulative probability of testosterone≤50 ng/dL from day 29 to ***-inferiority was prespecified at a margin of-10%.Secondary endpoints included significant castration(≤20 ng/dL),testosterone surge within 72 h following repeated dosing,and changes in luteinizing hormone,follicle-stimulating hormone,and prostate specific antigen ***:On day 29,in the LY01005 and goserelin implant groups,testosterone concentrations fell below medical-castration levels in 99.3%(142/143)and 100%(140/140)of patients,respectively,with a difference of-0.7%(95%confidence interval[CI],-3.9%to 2.0%)between the two *** cumulative probabilities of maintaining castration from days 29 to 85 were 99.3%and 97.8%,respectively,with a between-group difference of 1.5%(95%CI,-1.3%to 4.4%).Both results met.the criterion for *** endpoints were similar between *** treatments were ***01005 was associated with fewer injection-site reactions than the goserelin implant(0%vs.1.4%[2/145]).Conclusion:LY01005 is as effective as goserelin implants in reducing testosterone to castration levels,with a similar safety *** registration:***,NCT04563936.
