Petroleum geological conditions and exploration potential of Lower Paleozoic carbonate rocks in Gucheng Area, Tarim Basin, China

Lower Paleozoic carbonate rocks are an important exploration area in craton area of the Tarim Basin,with the proven oil and gas reserves of more than 2.2×10^8 t,but no large-scale discovery has been made in the Gucheng area so *** key issues restricting exploration are that the source rock,reservoir scale and law of oil and gas enrichment are *** systematically examining the petroleum geological conditions of Lower Paleozoic carbonate rocks,the following findings are reached:(1)Source rocks of slope-basin facies developed in Cambrian-Lower Ordovician in the Gucheng area.(2)The dolomitized beach in the lower part of Ordovician Yingshan Formation has large-scale reservoirs,good reservoir-cap assemblage and developed gas source faults,and is an important field for increasing reserves and production in the near future;hydrocarbon enrichment is controlled by reservoir and gas source faults,and the central dolomitized beach zone is the main exploration area.(3)The Cambrian platform margin reef beach,large in scale,good in physical properties and close to source rocks,has the possibility to form monolithic gas field;the caprock and preservation conditions are the key factors for hydrocarbon enrichment;the northern part of the phasesⅠandⅡplatform margin reefs has better sealing conditions,and is the main direction of next exploration.(4)Limestone fault solution reservoirs in the upper part of Ordovician Yingshan Formation,controlled by faults and small in scale,but good in reservoir-cap combination,worth exploring.(5)The granular limestone beach of Ordovician Yijianfang Formation is well developed and gas-bearing,but short in exposure dissolution time,and the reservoirs are strongly heterogeneous,and are a potential exploration field.

The deep foundation pit enginerring of Suning Square project in Nanchang,Jiangxi Province adopts SC50 type CSM cement mixing pile machine construction equal thick soil cement mixing wall as the anti-seepage reinforcement *** order to verify the applicability of the CSM method in the deep saturated sand layer in Nanchang area,three non position test wall tests were carried out on *** test results show that the strength,permeability and impact on the surrounding environment meet the design requirements and achieve the expected *** effect of seepage reinforcement indicates that the CSM construction technology and construction parameters used in the field test are effective and applicable,and can be used as the anti-seepage reinforcement measures for the deep foundation pit engineering,and provide scientific basis and reference for the promotion and application of similar projects.

Paleoenvironment controls on organic matter accumulation in transitional shales from the eastern Ordos Basin,China

Optimization research on vehicle scheduling path for emergency repairs of power transmission lines is the problem how the repair vehicles can quickly reach the repair scene along the optimal path,is the problem of finding the optimal path In this paper, a method of dynamically dividing the search area is proposed in order to narrow the search range and improve the search *** the same time,in view of the shortcomings that the road network topology map can’t use the real-time traffic information as the weight,this paper adopts the genetic-improved Max-Min Ant System（MMAS）algorithm Using the average waiting time of road sections in different time periods as an integral part of visibility calculation,the optimal combination of the five control parameters is obtained by using the genetic-modified MMAS algorithm,then using this combination to guide the improved MMAS algorithm to find the optimal *** results show that this method has more advantages than other methods in solving the optimal repair path of power line.

To investigate the paleoenvironmental controls on organic matter accumulation of Upper Paleozoic shales in the eastern Ordos Basin,China,26 shale samples were collected from two wells drilled into the Shanxi and Taiyuan *** total organic carbon(TOC)content,mineral compositions and elemental geochemistry of the samples were ***(35.42%)and clay minerals(48.34%)are the dominant minerals and trace elements(Li,Cs,Cu,V,Co,and Cr)are commonly enriched in the shale samples compared to the Upper Continental Crust.C-values(ranging from 0.2 to 4.5),chemical indices of weathering(CIW)values(48.82 to 99.11),and Sr/Cu ratios(1.00 to 11.05)suggest that the paleoclimate was humid in the study area during the Late *** redox indices(e.g.,Al_(2)O_(3)/(Al_(2)O_(3)+Fe_(2)O_(3)),V/Cr,Ni/Co,V/(V+Ni)and U/Th)indicate a dysoxic to oxic paleoenvironment characterized by transi-tional sedimentary deposits in a continental margin *** addition,chemical index of alteration(CIA,ranging from 77.92%to 98.36%)and CIW(89.19%to 99.11%)values suggest that there was intense chemical weathering in the study area,while the Al_(2)O_(3)-CaO^(*)+Na_(2)O-K_(2)O(A-CN-K)ternary diagram demonstrates that the shales were not subjected to potassium metasomatism during ***_(2)O_(3)/TiO_(2)and TiO_(2)/Zr ratios,as well as REE characteristics suggest a felsic source rocks and discount seawater as an REE *** anomalies indicate an oxic environment with terrigenous input during black shale deposition,and LREE enrichment with negative Eu anomalies suggests that both shale formations were affected by detrital input rather than hydrothermal *** correlation of TOC(ranging from 1.10%to 6.39%,with an average of 2.77%)with trace elemental redox indices(Sr/Cu,Sr/Ba,V/Cr,and U/Th)indicates that a warm-humid,dysoxic to oxic environment preserved much of the organic matter.

Dominant geological element of migration and accumulation about Silurian oil reservoirs in central Tarim

Based on the migration track of the Silurian oil pools along the faults in central Tarim by the nitrogen compounds and the maturity parameters of saturated hydrocarbon and aromatic hydrocarbon, the formation of the Silurian oil pools was totally concerned with vertical migration that faults were the dominant migration channels. The comprehensive analysis shows that the dominant geological element, which contributed to the migration and accumulation of the Silurian oil pools in central Tarim, was the strike-slip fault, which developed from Ordovician to Permian. The future work will focus on conducting a more intensive study of the formation, evolution and distribution of the strike-slip faults for making sure of favorable hydrocarbon accumulation and favorable exploration targets.

The aim of this study was to optimize a tablet formulation of dutasteride that is bioequivalent to a commercially available soft gelatin capsule(Avodart~?). The effect of cyclodextrin on enhancing the aqueous solubility of dutasteride was investigated, after which the formulation was further optimized with solubilizing polymer and surfactant. Among the cyclodextrins tested, the highest solubility was observed when dutasteride was complexed with γ-cyclodextrin. Moreover, the addition of polyvinylpyrrolidone and Gelucire/TPGS further enhanced the solubility of dutasteride. Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and powder X-ray diffraction(pX RD) studies demonstrated that dutasteride existed in the amorphous form in the complex. Optimized dutasteride complexes were selected after a pharmacokinetic study in rats, and film-coated tablets were prepared by the direct compression method. In vitro dissolution profiles for the tablets of dutasteride complexes were similar to those of the reference. Moreover, pharmacokinetic parameters including the C max and AUC values after oral administration in beagle dogs were not significantly different from those of the reference with a relative bioavailability of 92.4%. These results suggest the feasibility of developing a tablet formulation of dutasteride using cyclodextrin complex in addition to a solubilizing polymer and surfactant.

This paper was based on a deep foundation pit support project in *** software was used to simulate the excavation and support process of the foundation pit in detail according to design parameters and geological *** experiment data of the horizontal and vertical displacements of walls,the axial forces of soil nailing and prestressed anchor cables during excavation and support process of the foundation pit provided a technical reference for the site construction and ensured the safety of the whole project.

Assessment of quantity of information that is present in own noises of EE (electronic elements)-informational noise"s entropy-using spectrum distribution of noises" probability of real elements is proposed. It is shown that informational noise"s entropy as opposed to used differential entropy of continuous signals defines the quantity of qualitative information related to the features of element"s structure. Proposed quantitative assessment of information can be used for calculation of information contained in the own noises of other technical systems.
