Let A be a general expansive matrix and X be a ball quasi-Banach function space on ■~n, whose certain power（namely its convexification） supports a Fefferman-stein vector-valued maximal inequality and the associate space of whose other power supports the boundedness of the powered Hardy-Littlewood maximal *** HXA（■~n） be the anisotropic Hardy space associated with A and *** authors first prove that the Fourier transform of f ∈ HXA（■~n） coincides with a continuous function F on ■~n in the sense of tempered ***,the authors obtain a pointwise inequality that the function F is less than the product of the anisotropic Hardy space norm of f and a step function with respect to the transpose matrix of the expansive matrix *** this,the authors further induce a higher order convergence for the function F at the origin and give a variant of the Hardy-Littlewood inequality in HXA（■~n）.All these results have a wide range of ***,the authors apply these results,respectively,to classical（variable and mixed-norm）Lebesgue spaces,Lorentz spaces,Orlicz spaces,Orlicz-slice spaces,and local generalized Herz spaces and,even on the last four function spaces,the obtained results are completely new.

In this study,the role of melanopsin-expressing retinal ganglion cells(mRGCs) in the glaucoma-induced depressive behavioral response pattern was *** CFP-D2 transgenic glaucoma animal model from five age groups was used in this *** labeling,quantitative analysis of mRGC morphology,open field test(OFT),and statistical analysis were *** comparison with C57 BL/6 mice,the age-matched CFP-D2 mice had significantly elevated intraocular pressure(IOP).We observed parallel morphological changes in the retina,including a reduction in the density of cyan fluorescent protein(CFP) expressing cells(cells mm 2 at 2 months of age,1309±26;14 months,878±30,P<0.001),mRGCs(2 months,48±3;14 months,19±4,P<0.001),Brn3b-expressing RGCs(2 months,1283±80;14 months,950±31,P<0.001),Brn-3b expressing mRGCs(5 months,50.17%±5.5%;14 months,12.61%±3.8%,P<0.001),and reduction in the dendritic field size of mRGCs(mm2 at 2 months,0.077±0.015;14 months,0.065±0.015,P<0.05).CFP-D2 mice had hyperactive locomotor activity patterns based on OFT findings of the total distance traveled,number of entries into the center,and time spent in the center of the testing *** glaucoma induced hyperactive response pattern could be associated with dysfunctional mRGCs,most likely Brn-3b-positive mRGCs in CFP-D2 mice.

Background： High-dose chemotherapy followed by autologous stem cell transplantation （ASCT） is a promising approach tbr lymphomas. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of ifosfamide, cisplatin or carboplatin, and etoposide （ICE）-based regimen as a mobilization regimen on relapsed, refractory, or high-risk aggressive lymphoma. Methods： From June 2001 to May 2013, patients with lymphomas who mobilized by ICE-based regimen for ASCT were analyzed in this retrospective study. The results of the autologous peripheral blood stem cells collection, toxicity, engraftment after ICE-based mobilization regimen were analyzed in this study. Furthermore, risk factors for overall survival （OS） and progression free survival （PFS） were evaluated by univariate analysis. Results： The stem cells were mobilized using ICE-based regimen plus rituximab or ICE-based regimen alone in 12 patients and 54 patients, respectively. The results of stem cell mobilization were excellent. Ninety-seven percentages of the patients had the stein cell collection of at least 2.0 ×10^6, CD34^＋ cells/kg and 68% had at least 5 × 10^6, CD34^＋ cells/kg. Fifty-eight percentage of the patients experienced Grade 4 neutropenia, 20% developed febrile neutropenia, and only 12% had Grade 4 thrombocytopenia. At a median follow-up of 63.8 months, the 5-year PFS and OS were 64.4% and 75.3%, respectively. Conclusion： ICE is a powerful regimen for stem cell mobilization in patients with lymphomas.

Generation of Hematopoietic Stem Cells from Purified Embryonic Endothelial Cells by a Simple and Efficient Strategy

Recent progress by versatile approaches supports the new hypothesis that multi-potent hematopoietic stein cells （HSCs） are directly formed from a rare population of endothelial cells in mid-gestation mouse embryos. This process is therefore known as the endothelial-to- hematopoietic transition （EHT）. Nevertheless, there is no functional evidence that documents the HSC transition from purified endothelial cells. In this study, we developed an OP9-DLl-based co-culture system that was able to facilitate the HSC specification and/or expansion in vitro of mouse embryonic day 10.5 （El0.5） Tie2~ cells remarkably. Then, the immunophenotypically defined endothelial ceils were harvested by a combination of surface markers （Flkl＋CD31 ~CD41 CD45 Ter119 ） from the caudal half of EI0.0-EI 1.0 mouse embryos. The transplantation of the endothelia/OP9-DL1 co-cultures led to long-term, high-level, multi-lineage, and multi-organ he- matopoietic reconstitution in the irradiated adult recipients. The induced HSC activity was initially observed at El0.5, and a significant increase was detected at El 1.0, which suggests a temporally specific regulation. Taken together, tbr the first time, we provide functional evidence showing the HSC potential of purified embryonic endothelial cells, which is indispensable for the emerging EHT concept. Moreover, the newly defined co-culture system will aid the exploration of the key molecules governing the HSC transition from embryonic and even postnatal endothelial cells, which has enormous significance in basic and translational research.

Dear Editor,Clinical and anatomic investigations strongly suggest that a low orbital cerebrospinal fluid pressure (CSFP), parallel to an elevated intraocular pressure (IOP), may have a role in the pathogenesis of optic neuropathy (Ren et al., 2011, Wang et al., 2012). Optic neuropathy including glaucoma demonstrated structural alterations in the optic nerve head (ONH)and retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL), as well as functional abnormalities such as visual field (VF) that eventually cause severe visual impairment and blindness.

Obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD) is a chronic and debilitating psychiatric disorder that affects ～2%–3% of the population globally. Studying spontaneous OCD-like behaviors in non-human primates may improve our understanding of the disorder. In large rhesus monkey colonies, we found 10 monkeys spontaneously exhibiting persistent sequential motor behaviors(SMBs) in individual-specific sequences that were repetitive, time-consuming and stable over prolonged periods. Genetic analysis revealed severely damaging mutations in genes associated with OCD risk in humans. Brain imaging showed that monkeys with SMBs had larger gray matter(GM) volumes in the left caudate nucleus and lower fractional anisotropy of the corpus callosum. The GM volume of the left caudate nucleus correlated positively with the daily duration of SMBs. Notably, exposure to a stressor(human presence) significantly increased SMBs. In addition, fluoxetine, a serotonergic medication commonly used for OCD, decreased SMBs in these monkeys. These findings provide a novel foundation for developing better understanding and treatment of OCD.

To date,there has been a dramatic increase in the incidence of adenocarcinomas of the esophagogastric junction （AEG）*** classification of AEG,defined by Siewert and stein,was approved at the second International Gastric Cancer Congress in Munich in April *** accordance with the anatomic cardia,EGJC can be divided into three subtypes：type Ⅰ,adenocarcinoma of the distal esophagus with the center located within 1 cm above and 5 cm above the anatomic esophagogastric junction （EGJ）;type Ⅱ,true carcinoma of the cardia with the tumor center within 1 cm above and 2 cm below the EGJ;type Ⅲ,subcardial carcinoma with the tumor center between 2 and 5 cm below EGJ,which infiltrates the EGJ and distal esophagus from below （1）.

Dear Editor,Asian rice(Oryza sativa)is the staple food for half the world and is a model crop that has been extensively *** contributes20%of calories to the human diet(stein et al.,2018).With the increase in global population and rapid changes in climate,rice breeders need to develop new and sustainable cultivars with higher yields,healthier grains,and reduced environmental footprints(Wing et al.,2018).Since the first gold-standard reference genome of rice variety Nipponbare was published(International Rice Genome Sequencing Project,2005),an increasing number of rice accessions have been sequenced,assembled,and annotated with global ***,a single reference genome is obviously insufficient to perform the genetic difference analysis for rice ***,the pan-genome has been proposed as a solution,which allows the discovery of more presence-absence variants compared with single-reference genome-based studies(Zhao et al.,2018).Over the past years,several databases,such as RAP-db(https://***),RGAP(http://***),and Gramene(https://***),have long-term served rice genomic research by providing information based on one or a series of individual reference *** integrate and utilize the genomic information of multiple accessions,we performed comparative analyses and established the user-friendly Rice Gene Index(RGI;https://***)*** is the first gene-based pan-genome database for rice.
