In situations when the precise position of a machine is unknown,localization becomes *** research focuses on improving the position prediction accuracy over long-range(LoRa)network using an optimized machine learning-based *** order to increase the prediction accuracy of the reference point position on the data collected using the fingerprinting method over LoRa technology,this study proposed an optimized machine learning(ML)based *** signal strength indicator(RSSI)data from the sensors at different positions was first gathered via an experiment through the LoRa network in a multistory round layout *** noise factor is also taken into account,and the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)value is recorded for every RSSI *** study concludes the examination of reference point accuracy with the modified KNN method(MKNN).MKNN was created to more precisely anticipate the position of the reference *** findings showed that MKNN outperformed other algorithms in terms of accuracy and complexity.

An experimental comparison of water based alumina and silica nanofluids heat transfer in laminar flow regime

Experimental investigations were carried out to determine the Al2O3/water and SiO2/water nanofluids flowing through a circular tube. convective heat transfer performance and pressure drop of Measurements show that the addition of small amounts of nano-sized Al2O3 particles to the base fluid increases heat transfer coefficients considerably, while the result for the silica nanofluids contradicts with the alumina nanofluids and this leads to some interesting results. In the case of alumina nanofluids, an average increase of 16% in convective heat transfer coefficient is observed with an average penalty of 28% in pressure drop. Moreover, flow resistance increases significantly compared to the base fluid even at very low concentrations of nanofluids. Finally, measured heat transfer coefficients are compared with predicted ones from the correlation of Shah under the same conditions.

The aim of this paper is to establish new principles of power and energy rate of incremental type in generalized continuum mechanics BY combining new principles of virtual velocity and virtual angular velocity as well as of virtual stress anti virtual couple stress with c ross terms of incremental rate type a new principle of power anti energy rate of incremental rate type with cross terms for micropolar continuum field theories is presented and from it all corresponding equations of motion and boundary conditions as well as power and energy rate equations of incremental rate type for micropolar and nonlocal micropolar continua with the help of generalized Piola's theorems in all and without any additional requirement are derived. Complete results for micromorphic continua could be similarly derived. The derived results in the present paper are believed to be new. They could be used to establish corresponding finite element methods of incremental rate type for generalized continuum mechanics.

Multilocular Cystic Renal Cell Carcinoma:A Series of 8 Cases and Review of the Literature

OBJECTIVE To study the clinical, pathologic and imaging features of multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma （MCRCC） and to review the diagnosis and treatment of this subtype of renal cell carcinoma （RCC）. METHODS The data from 8 cases （mean age, 49.4; 5 men and 3 women） who had been treated from 2004 to 2006, were reviewed retrospectively. Radiologic and pathologic documents were evaluated. For treatments, radical nephrectomy was conducted in 4 patients, partial nephrectomy in 2 and laparoscopic nephrectomy in 2. RESULTS Postoperative pathological findings confirmed the diagnosis of MCRCC. The stage of all 8 cases was pT1. For pathologic grade, 7 cases were G1 and 1 case was G2. Seven patients available for follow-up had survived tumor-free during the mean time of 8 months. CONCLUSION MCRCC is an uncommon subtype of RCC, it has a lower malignant potential and a better prognosis compared with other types of RCC. Nephron-sparing surgery may be an appropriate treatment options for MCRCC.

The present paper proposes a new method of spectrophotometry based on linear combination of multiwavelength data by means of selecting a set of properly weighted coefficients and combination methods. It is clear that the weighted combination absorbance attained is only in direct proportion to the concentration of the analysed component and independent of coexisting *** accuracy of the analytical results is improved greatly for the analysis of light rare earths with the coexistence of heavy rare *** analyti- cal error from the reagent blank and co-coloration of light and heavy rare earths have also been overcome. The greatly improved linearity and additivity of absorbance are obtained.

Background: Major depressive disorder(MDD) accompanied by anxious distress is a chronic and disabling disorder. Its conventional drug therapies often have low patient compliance due to drug-related side effects. In Persian medicine, lavender-dodder syrup is one formula often recommended for such ***: This study compares the effects of lavender-dodder syrup to the standard drug, citalopram, for treating MDD with anxious ***, setting, participants and intervention: This six-week, double-blind, randomized, clinical trial was carried out in a psychiatric outpatient clinic. During the six-week intervention period, patients in citalopram group received citalopram tablets 20 mg/d plus 5 mL placebo syrup every 12 h;patients in group B received placebo tablets once daily plus 5 mL of lavender-dodder herbal syrup every 12 *** outcome measures: Primary outcome measures, depression and anxiety, were evaluated using the Hamilton Depression/Anxiety Rating Scales, and were scored at the beginning of the study and at weeks three and six. Secondary outcome measures including response to treatment and remission rates were also compared between the two ***: Fifty-six participants with MDD and anxious distress were randomly assigned to two *** depression scores significantly decreased in citalopram and herbal groups at weeks three and six(time effect: P < 0.001), although the observed changes were not significantly different between the groups(intervention effect: P = 0.61). Mean anxiety scores were not significantly different between the two groups at week three(P = 0.75). However, at the end of week six, the observed decrease was significantly higher in the herbal syrup group than the citalopram group(intervention effect: P = 0.007).Conclusion: The herbal syrup is an effective and tolerable supplement for treating MDD with anxious *** registration number: IRCT2016102430459 N1 on Iranian Registry of Clinical Trials.

The differential pulse voltarametric ( DPV ) method with a glassy carbon electrode was used for the determination of 3,3' 5,5'-tetramethy lbenzidine ( TMB ) , o-tolidine and benzidine in the acidic media. The pulse amplitude, interval time and scan rate of DPV are optimized to be 50 mV, 0.5 s and 10 mV/s, respectively, The peak current is proportional to the concentration of TMB and its analogues, the linear range is from 10^-8mol/l to 10^-4 mal/l, The electrochemical behaviour of the compounds is discussed, The chemical poisons can be determined directly, or indirectly by the extraction in the waste water of chemical industry and laboratory,

AIM： To assess the outcomes of posterior chamber implantable collamer lens （ICL） implantation in Chinese pediatric patients with unilateral high myopic ***： Eleven eyes of 11 amblyopic patients aged 11.02±3.34y underwent ICL （model V4, Staar Surgical Inc.） implantation to treat unilateral anisometropia were studied. Visual acuity, cycloplegic refraction, contrast sensitivity, stereopsis, intraocular pressure （IOP）, vaulting, corneal endothelial cell count and complications were evaluated. Patients completed follow-up at 3d, 1, 3mo and the last follow-up time （mean 8.18±2.82mo） after ***： The mean myopic anisometropia was -13.70±3.25 D preoperatively and ＋0.69±2.63 D at 8mo postoperatively. The logMAR corrected distance visual acuity （CDVA） of the amblyopic eye was 1.51±0.72 preoperatively and 0.75±0.40 at 8mo postoperatively. The logMAR CDVA at 3d, 1, 3 and 8mo postoperatively improved by a mean of 0.64, 1.55, 1.82 and 2.64 lines and gained more than 2 lines accounted for 18%, 45%, 45%, 64%, respectively. The contrast sensitivity of 0.5, 1 and 2 cpd in amblyopic eyes was significantly increased after surgery. No patient had near stereopsis recovery. The vaulting at 3 and 8mo was significantly lower than that at 1mo postoperatively. No other intraoperative or postoperative complications were observed, except an acute pupillary block glaucoma happened in a patient at two weeks ***： This short-term results indicate that ICL implantation can be a promising alternative therapy for high myopic anisometropic amblyopia in pediatric patients who have failed with conventional treatments and not suitable to corneal refraction surgery.
