Design of scheduling decision mechanism is a key issue of scheduling decision method and strategy for agile manufacturing system. Effective scheduling decision mechanism helps to improve the operational agility of manufacturing system. Several scheduling decision mechanisms are discussed, including scheduling forecasting mechanism, cooperation mechanism and cell scheduling mechanism. Also soft decision mechanism is put forward as a promising prospect for agile manufacturing system, and some key techniques in soft decision mechanism are introduced.

Sepsis progression is significantly associated with the disruption of gut ***,the modulatory mechanisms of gut microbiota operating during sepsis are still ***,we investigated how gut commensals impact sepsis development in a pre-clinical *** ligation and puncture(CLP)surgery was used to establish polymicrobial sepsis in *** depleted of gut microbiota by an antibiotic cocktail(ABX)exhibited a significantly higher level of mortality than *** determined by metabolomics analysis,ABX treatment has depleted many metabolites,and subsequent supplementation with L-rhamnose(rhamnose,Rha),a bacterial carbohydrate metabolite,exerted profound immunomodulatory properties with a significant enhancement in macrophage phagocytosis,which in turn improved organ damage and ***,rhamnose binds directly to and activates the solute carrier family 12(potassium-chloride symporter),member 4(SLC12A4)in macrophages and promotes phagocytosis by activating the small G-proteins,Ras-related C3 botulinum toxin substrate1(Rac1)and cell division control protein 42 homolog(Cdc42).Interestingly,rhamnose has enhanced the phagocytosis capacity of macrophages from sepsis *** conclusion,by identifying SLC12A4 as the host interacting protein,we disclosed that the gut commensal metabolite rhamnose is a functional molecular that could promote the phagocytosis capacity of macrophages and protect the host against sepsis.

Clarifying the necessary conditions for the emergence of payments for ecosystem services (PES) and the situational variables that affect PES is the basis for their interpretation, prediction, and selection. This article proposes an analytical framework for the emergence of PES and argues that the key to determining whether PES can occur and whether a selected PES program is appropriate is to evaluate the net gain. When payers anticipate that a PES program will provide a satisfactory number of ES and a net gain over the opportunity cost and will cover all costs, it is assumed that the program will be implemented. When it is difficult to accurately evaluate the net gain of PES, the situational variables that affect the costs and benefits need to be examined. The group characteristics, ES characteristics, spatial and temporal contacts between the suppliers and demanders, correlation with private goods and additionality are important situational variables that affect the emergence and choice of PES.

.GN algorithm has high classification accuracy on community detection, but its time complexity is too high. In large scale network, the algorithm is lack of practical values. This paper puts forward an improved GN algorithm. The algorithm firstly get the network center nodes set, then use the shortest paths between center nodes and other nodes to calculate the edge betweenness, and then use incremental module degree as the algorithm terminates standard. Experiments show that, the new algorithm not only ensures accuracy of network community division, but also greatly reduced the time complexity, and improves the efficiency of community division.

Objective To re-evaluate the systematic review of the safety and effectiveness of epidural analgesia(EA)for labor *** The Cochrane database,PubMed,EMBASE,EBSCO,Web of Science,ScienceDirect,China Biomedical Literature database,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases were searched,and the search time was limited to August *** researchers screened the literature and extracted data according to the inclusion *** was used to evaluate the methodological quality of the included *** intensity and pain relief satisfaction were used as the main indicators for re-evaluation of the *** rate,cesarean section rate,back pain,fever,nausea and vomiting,umbilical artery pH value,and newborn Apgar score were used as the main indicators to re-evaluate the *** and Conclusion A total of 9 meta-analyses were *** safety and effectiveness of EA and opioid intravenous analgesia,acupuncture stimulation,inhalation analgesia,no analgesia,and continuous delivery were evaluated *** included systematic reviews showed that EA could increase the rate of device-assisted delivery,causing maternal fever,and prolonging the first and second stages of *** the incidence of back pain,nausea,and vomiting was ***,analgesia had a good effect with better satisfactory *** evidence shows that EA is safe and effective for labor analgesia,but the quality of the reports of current studies is not high.

The multi-wave algorithm(Glover, 2016)integrates tabu search and strategic oscillation utilizing repeated waves(nested iterations) of constructive search or neighborhood search. We propose a simple multi-wave algorithm for solving the Uncapacitated Facility Location Problem(UFLP) to minimize the combined costs of selecting facilities to be opened and of assigning each customer to an opened facility in order to meet the customers' demands. The objective is to minimize the overall cost including the costs of opening facilities and the costs of allocations. Our experimental tests on a standard set of benchmarks for this widely-studied class of problems show that our algorithm outperforms all previous methods.

These days,deep learning and computer vision are much-growing fields in this modern world of information *** learning algorithms and computer vision have achieved great success in different applications like image classification,speech recognition,self-driving vehicles,disease diagnostics,and many *** success in various applications,it is found that these learning algorithms face severe threats due to adversarial *** examples are inputs like images in the computer vision field,which are intentionally slightly changed or *** changes are humanly *** are misclassified by a model with high probability and severely affects the performance or *** this scenario,we present a deep image restoration model that restores adversarial examples so that the target model is classified correctly *** proved that our defense method against adversarial attacks based on a deep image restoration model is simple and state-of-the-art by providing strong experimental results *** have used MNIST and CIFAR10 datasets for experiments and analysis of our defense *** the end,we have compared our method to other state-ofthe-art defense methods and proved that our results are better than other rival methods.

Characteristics and Determinants of the Proportion of China's Trade by Air

Based on the China Customs Database and the China Industrial Enterprises Database, this paper estimates the proportions of imports and exports by air of Chinese firms and variables that may influence such proportions. Through OLS regression and seemingly unrelated regression(SUR), this paper analyzes the possible determinants of the share of trade by air. Our findings suggest that the TFP of firms is positively correlated with the share of trade by air. The ratio of value-added in exports is positively correlated with the share of imports by air and negatively correlated with the share of exports by air; the average distance of transport is significantly positively correlated with the share of trade by air in full-sample and grouped regressions. Rising TFP increases the share of imports and exports by air the most for processing trade firms, particularly for firms in the eastern region and foreign-funded firms. An increase in the ratio of value-added in exports increases the share of imports by air the most for general trade firms, and also significantly influences the use of air transport by firms in the eastern region and foreign-funded firms. These conclusions offer valuable policy references for promoting trade in various parts of China and especially the inland regions.
