The present letter to the editor is related to the review with the title“Past,present,and future of long-term treatment for hepatitis B virus.”Chronic hepatitis B(CHB)represents an important and pressing public health *** identification and effective antiviral therapy hold the potential to reduce liver-related mortality attributable to chronic infection with hepatitis B virus(HBV)***,the current global treatment rates for CHB remain conspicuously low,with the excessively stringent treatment criteria advocated by national CHB guidelines being a contributing factor to these low ***,recent strides in comprehending this malady and the emergence of novel antiviral agents prompt the imperative re-evaluation of treatment standards to extend the sphere of potential *** impending need arises for a novel paradigm for the classification of patients with CHB,the expansion of antiviral treatment eligibility for HBV-infected individuals,and even the streamlining of the diagnostic process for CHB to amplify cost-effectiveness and augment survival prospects.

Using literature,questionnaires,interviews,and mathematical statistics to investigate the current situation of sports public services in the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-city Economic *** results show that there are some problems in Chengdu-Chongqing sports public services,such as big difference in the development level of supply between urban and rural areas,low supply level,low efficiency,supply mechanism defect,lack of social sports instructors,an outstanding contradiction between the quality of sports public service and residents’*** address the problems,government departments should accelerate the transformation of government functions,improve the relevant regulations and systems,increase the investment in sports public services,improve the quality of supply,cultivate the backbone team,integrate resources,and combine the national characteristics with regional characteristics,take into account the personalized needs of the residents,combine the sports public services with intelligence,and build the service system of“Internet+Fitness.”

Big data clustering plays an important role in the field of data processing in wireless sensor ***,there are some problems such as poor clustering effect and low Jaccard *** paper proposes a novel big data clustering optimization method based on intuitionistic fuzzy set distance and particle swarm optimization for wireless sensor *** method combines principal component analysis method and information entropy dimensionality reduction to process big data and reduce the time required for data clustering.A new distance measurement method of intuitionistic fuzzy sets is defined,which not only considers membership and non-membership information,but also considers the allocation of hesitancy to membership and non-membership,thereby indirectly introducing hesitancy into intuitionistic fuzzy set *** intuitionistic fuzzy kernel clustering algorithm is used to cluster big data,and particle swarm optimization is introduced to optimize the intuitionistic fuzzy kernel clustering *** optimized algorithm is used to obtain the optimization results of wireless sensor network big data clustering,and the big data clustering is *** results show that the proposed method has good clustering effect by comparing with other state-of-the-art clustering methods.

As a general feature, the electric field of a localized electric charge distribution diminishes as the distance from the distribution increases;there are exceptions to this feature. For instance, the electric field of a charged ring (being a localized charge distribution) along its symmetry axis perpendicular to the ring through its center rather than as expected being a diminishing field encounters a local maximum bump. It is the objective of this research-oriented study to analyze the impact of this bump on the characteristics of a massive point-like charged particle oscillating along the symmetry axis. Two scenarios with and without gravity along the symmetry axis are considered. In addition to standard kinematic diagrams, various phase diagrams conducive to a better understanding are constructed. Applying Computer Algebra System (CAS), [1] [2] most calculations are carried out symbolically. Finally, by assigning a set of reasonable numeric parameters to the symbolic quantities various 3D animations are crafted. All the CAS codes are included.

Objective:To study the screening for cervical cancer in postmenopausal women in liquid-based cell test(TCT)application ***:From January 2023 to March 2024 hospital check-ups and outpatient reached 400 cases of postmenopausal women,and they were TCT and HPV detection,during the study period to pathological diagnosis of numerical results as the standard,analysis of TCT detection application of screening for cervical cancer in postmenopausal women and the ***:After the TCT detection,the inflammation group and normal group by use of HPV testing positive rate higher than other groups(P0.05).Joint test analysis,the sensitivity and specificity were higher than that of TCT and HPV testing positive(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCT detection screening for cervical cancer in postmenopausal women is of great importance to the application,if you can join HPV testing,help to improve the detection sensitivity,avoid missed diagnosis of problems,and then for treatment and later restore to lay a solid foundation.

Purpose:To explore the practical effects of using the flipped classroom approach based on outcome-oriented educational concepts in nursing practical training at vocational ***:From February 2023 to February 2024,a total of 62 nursing trainees from our school were sampled and randomly divided into a study group and a control group using a randomized controlled trial design,with 31 students in each *** control group received conventional training,while the study group received practical training based on the outcome-oriented educational concept in flipped *** was made between the two groups on assessment scores,teaching satisfaction,and self-directed learning ability ***:Statistical comparisons showed that the study group’s assessment scores,teaching satisfaction,and self-directed learning ability ratings were significantly higher than those of the control group(Pcolleges can improve students’assessment scores and self-directed learning abilities,and enhance teaching satisfaction,demonstrating potential for wider application and dissemination.

Human motion recognition is a research hotspot in the field of computer vision,which has a wide range of applications,including biometrics,intelligent surveillance and human-computer *** visionbased human motion recognition,the main input modes are RGB,depth image and bone *** mode can capture some kind of information,which is likely to be complementary to other modes,for example,some modes capture global information while others capture local details of an *** speaking,the fusion of multiple modal data can improve the recognition *** addition,how to correctly model and utilize spatiotemporal information is one of the challenges facing human motion *** at the feature extraction methods involved in human action recognition tasks in video,this paper summarizes the traditional manual feature extraction methods from the aspects of global feature extraction and local feature extraction,and introduces the commonly used feature learning models of feature extraction methods based on deep learning in *** paper summarizes the opportunities and challenges in the field of motion recognition and looks forward to the possible research directions in the future.

The inversion of a non-singular square matrix applying a Computer Algebra System (CAS) is straightforward. The CASs make the numeric computation efficient but mock the mathematical characteristics. The algorithms conducive to the output are sealed and inaccessible. In practice, other than the CPU timing, the applied inversion method is irrelevant. This research-oriented article discusses one such process, the Cayley-Hamilton (C.H.) [1]. Pursuing the process symbolically reveals its unpublished hidden mathematical characteristics even in the original article [1]. This article expands the general vision of the original named method without altering its practical applications. We have used the famous CAS Mathematica [2]. We have briefed the theory behind the method and applied it to different-sized symbolic and numeric matrices. The results are compared to the named CAS’s sealed, packaged library commands. The codes are given, and the algorithms are unsealed.
