Background: Given the established genetic linkage between triggering receptors expressed on myeloid cells 2 (TREM2) and Alzheimer’s disease (AD), an expanding research body has delved into the intricate role of TREM2 within the AD context. However, a conflicting landscape of outcomes has emerged from bothin vivo andin vitro investigations. This study aimed to elucidate the multifaceted nuances and gain a clearer comprehension of the role of ***: PubMed database was searched spanning from its inception to January 2022. The search criteria took the form of ( "Alzheimer’s disease" OR "AD" ) AND ( "transgenic mice model" OR "transgenic mouse model" ) AND ( "Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells" OR "TREM2" ). Inclusion criteria consisted of the following: (1) publication of original studies in English; (2) utilization of transgenic mouse models for AD research; and (3) reports addressing the subject of ***: A total of 43 eligible articles were identified. Our analysis addresses four pivotal queries concerning the interrelation of TREM2 with microglial function, Aβ accumulation, tau pathology, and inflammatory processes. However, the diverse inquiries posed yielded inconsistent responses. Nevertheless, the inconsistent roles of TREM2 within these AD mouse models potentially hinge upon factors such as age, sex, brain region, model type, and detection ***: This review substantiates the evolving understanding of TREM2’s disease progression-dependent impacts. Furthermore, it reviews the interplay between TREM2 and its effects across diverse tissues and temporal stages.

The non-uniform temperature distribution in supercritical CO_(2)(Sc-CO_(2))fracturing influences the density,viscosity,and volume expansion or shrinkage rate of Sc-CO_(2),impacting proppant *** study presents a coupled computational fluid dynamics-discrete element method and heat transfer model to examine the effects of proppant bed shape and the heat transfers of proppant-wall,proppant-fluid,and fluid-wall on the fluid and proppant temperature *** Sc-CO_(2)volume expansion is assessed under various temperature conditions by evaluating the volume-averaged Sc-CO_(2)*** factors,including proppant size,shape,thermal conductivity,concentration,temperature difference,and injection velocity,are carefully analyzed to elucidate their *** findings elucidate the existence of four distinct zones in the fluid temperature *** zone exhibits different magnitudes of temperature change under diverse conditions and undergoes dynamic transformations with the development of the proppant *** fluid-wall heat transfer and the fluid temperatures in Zones C and D are significantly subject to the fluid injection velocity(governing the heating duration),the temperature difference between fluid and formation(impacting the magnitude of heat flux),and the proppant bed shape(controlling the effective heating area).Additionally,the proppant-wall and proppant-fluid heat transfers determine the temperatures of both the proppant bed and the fluid within Zone B,showing a strong correlation with proppant thermal conductivity,proppant size,injection velocity,and temperature *** proposed coupled model provides valuable insights into the temperature distributions and flow behaviors of temperature-dependent fracturing fluids and proppants.

As of December 2022,2603 laboratory-identified Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus(MERS-CoV)infections and 935 associated deaths,with a mortality rate of 36%,had been reported to the World Health Organization(WHO).However,there are still no vaccines for MERS-CoV,which makes the prevention and control of MERS-CoV *** this study,we generated two DNA vaccine candidates by integrating MERS-CoV Spike(S)gene into a replicating Vaccinia Tian Tan(VTT)*** to homologous immunization with either vaccine,mice immunized with DNA vaccine prime and VTT vaccine boost exhibited much stronger and durable humoral and cellular immune *** immunized mice produced robust binding antibodies and broad neutralizing antibodies against the EMC2012,England1 and KNIH strains of ***-Boost immunization also induced strong MERS-S specific T cells responses,with high memory and poly-functional(CD107a-IFN-γ-TNF-α)effector CD8t T *** conclusion,the research demonstrated that DNA-Prime/VTT-Boost strategy could elicit robust and balanced humoral and cellular immune responses against *** study not only provides a promising set of MERS-CoV vaccine candidates,but also proposes a heterologous sequential immunization strategy worthy of further development.

To investigate the impact of anaerobic soil disinfestation(ASD)treatment with different processing duration on tomato continuous cropping soil,a total of eight treatments were designed,which included two treatment temperatures of 10℃ and 30℃,and four treatment times of 3,4,5 and 7 weeks(w).The results showed that whether the temperature was 10℃ or 30℃,the pH values,TOC and available K contents in the soil treated by the ASD method were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the EC values and NO_(3)^(-)contents in soils treated by ASD were significantly reduced compared with the untreated group(P<0.05).The Fusarium oxysporum population in soils treated by ASD decreased with the extension of the treatment *** the treatment temperature was 30℃,the effect on the removal of the NO_(3)^(-)that had accumulated in soils treated by ASD was significantly better than the treatment temperature of 10℃(P<0.05).When soil was treated by ASD for more than 5 w at 30℃,the NH4+content in soil was significantly increased(P<0.05)compared with the untreated *** conclusion,NO_(3)^(-)accumulation in soils could not be completely eliminated with treatment by ASD,even when the treatment time at 10℃ was *** the treatment temperature was 10℃ or 30℃,the *** population in soils treated by ASD decreased significantly with the extension of the treatment time to more than 5 w compared with treatment only for only 3 w.
