In this study,the Discrete Element Method(DEM)was employed to investigate numerically the effects of hydrate cementation and intermediate principal stress on the stress-dilatancy relation of graincementing type methane hydrate-bearing sediment(MHBS)by conducting a series of conventional and true triaxial tests.A novel 3D thermo-hydro-mechanical-chemical(THMC)contact model for MHBS was *** numerical results show that with increasing hydrate saturation and back pressure,or decreasing confining pressure,temperature and salinity,the stress-dilation relation of grain-cementing type MHBS evolves from dilation-dominant to *** the clean sand samples,the relationship between the normalized stress ratio h/Mcr and the dilatancy rate d is close under different intermediate principal stress ***,for the MHBS samples,this relationship is still affected by the intermediate principal stress coefficient b,due to the effect of hydrate cementation.

Subject inefficiency phenomenon of motor imagery brain-computer interface: Influence factors and potential solutions

Motor imagery brain–computer interfaces(MI-BCIs)have great potential value in prosthetics control,neurorehabilitation,and gaming;however,currently,most such systems only operate in controlled laboratory *** of the most important obstacles is the MI-BCI inefficiency *** accuracy of MI-BCI control varies significantly(from chance level to 100%accuracy)across subjects due to the not easily induced and unstable MI-related EEG *** MI-BCI inefficient subject is defined as a subject who cannot achieve greater than 70%accuracy after sufficient training time,and multiple survey results indicate that inefficient subjects account for 10%–50%of the experimental *** widespread use of MI-BCI has been seriously limited due to these large percentages of inefficient *** this review,we summarize recent findings of the cause of MI-BCI inefficiency from resting-state brain function,task-related brain activity,brain structure,and psychological *** factors help understand the reasons for inter-subject MI-BCI control performance variability,and it can be concluded that the lower resting-state sensorimotor rhythm(SMR)is the key factor in MI-BCI inefficiency,which has been confirmed by multiple independent *** then propose to divide MI-BCI inefficient subjects into three categories according to the resting-state SMR and offline/online accuracy to apply more accurate approaches to solve the inefficiency *** potential solutions include developing transfer learning algorithms,new experimental paradigms,mindfulness meditation practice,novel training strategies,and identifying new motor imagery-related EEG *** date,few studies have focused on improving the control accuracy of MI-BCI inefficient subjects;thus,we appeal to the BCI community to focus more on this research *** by reducing the percentage of inefficient subjects can we create the opportunity to expand the value and influence of MI-BCI.

Graves*orbitopathy(GO),the most severe manifestation of Graves'hyperthyroidism(GH),is an autoimmune-mediated inflammatory disorder,and treatments often exhibit a low ***4+T cells have been reported to play vital roles in GO *** explore the pathogenic CD4-f T cell types that drive GO progression,we applied single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-Seq),T cell receptor sequencing(TCR-Seq),flow cytometry,immunofluorescence and mixed lymphocyte reaction(MLR)assays to evaluate CD4+T cells from GO and GH ***-Seq revealed the novel GO-spedfic cell type CD4+cytotoxic T lymphocytes(CTLs),which are characterized by chemotactic and inflammatory *** clonal expansion of this CD4+CTL population,as demonstrated by TCR-Seq,along with their strong cytotoxic response to autoantigens,localization in orbital sites,and potential relationship with disease relapse provide strong evidence for the pathogenic roles of GZMB and IFN-y-secreting CD4+CTLs in ***,cytotoxic pathways may become potential therapeutic targets for GO.

Preparation and Characterization of Single-Phase Perovskite La_(0.6)Sr_(0.4)Co_(0.8)Fe_(0.2)O_(3-δ)

Single-phase perovskite La0.6Sr0.4Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ has been successfully prepared by using citrate-EDTA complexation method at relatively low calcination temperature. The structure and thermal decomposition process of the complex precursor have been investigated by means of differential scanning calorimetry-thermal gravimetric analysis （DSC/TGA）, X-ray diffraction （XRD）, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopic （FT-IR） measurements. The precursor decomposed completely and started to form perovskite-type oxide above 420 ℃ according to the differential scanning calorimetry （DSC） and thermal gravimetric analysis （TGA） results. Single-phase perovskite La0.6Sr0.4Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ obtained has been confirmed from the XRD pattern, and no peak of SrCO3 was found by XRD of the oxides synthesized at a relatively low temperature of 800℃. The reducibility of La0.6Sr0.4Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ was also characterized by the temperature programmed reduction （TPR） technique. Disk shaped dense La0.6Sr0.4Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ membrane was prepared by the isostatical pressing method. The oxygen flux rate of dense La0.6Sr0.4Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ membrane was （2.8-18）× 10^-8 mol/（cm^2.s） in the temperature range of 800-1000 ℃.

Osmotic conditions play an important role in the cell properties of human red blood cells(RBCs),which are crucial for the pathological analysis of some blood diseases such as *** the past decades,numerous efforts have mainly focused on the study of the RBC biomechanical properties that arise from the unique deformability of ***,we demonstrate nonlinear optical effects from human RBCs suspended in different osmotic ***,we observe self-trapping and scattering-resistant nonlinear propagation of a laser beam through RBC suspensions under all three osmotic conditions,where the strength of the optical nonlinearity increases with osmotic pressure on the *** tunable nonlinearity is attributed to optical forces,particularly the forward-scattering and gradient ***,in aged blood samples(with lysed cells),a notably different nonlinear behavior is observed due to the presence of free *** use a theoretical model with an optical force-mediated nonlocal nonlinearity to explain the experimental *** work on light self-guiding through scattering biosoft-matter may introduce new photonic tools for noninvasive biomedical imaging and medical diagnosis.

Development of a new high resolution waveform migration location method and its applications to induced seismicity

Locating seismic events is a central task for earthquake *** to arrival-based location methods,waveformbased location methods do not require picking phase arrivals and are more suitable for locating seismic events with noisy *** waveform-based location methods,one approach is to stack different attributes of P and S waveforms around arrival times corresponding to potential event locations and origin times,and the maximum stacking values are assumed to indicate the correct event location and origin *** this study,to obtain a high-resolution location image,we improve the waveform-based location method by applying a hybrid multiplicative imaging condition to characteristic functions of seismic *** our new stacking method,stations are divided into groups;characteristic functions of seismic waveforms recorded at stations in the same group are summed,and then multiplied among *** find that this approach can largely eliminate the cumulative effects of noise in the summation process and thus improve the resolution of location *** test the new method and compare it to three other stacking methods,using both synthetic and real datasets that are related to induced seismicity occurring in petroleum/gas *** test results confirm that the new stacking method can provide higher-resolution location images than those derived from currently used methods.

高熵合金复合材料是一种由高熵合金基体和第二相(如碳化物、硼化物、氮化物)组成的新型金属基复合材料。近年来,高熵合金复合材料的优异性能吸引了大量研究者的关注。然而,在传统铸造高熵合金复合材料中会发生严重的成分偏析,这极大制约了高熵合金复合材料的发展。目前,新兴的3D打印技术可以解决这一问题并制备出复杂形状的零件,因此,得到了研究者的关注并有大量相关文献报导。本文总结了截止目前3D打印高熵合金复合材料的研究进展。首先,对高熵合金及其复合材料做了介绍,并总结了目前高熵合金复合材料粉末的制备方法(气雾化法和机械合金化法)。其次,介绍了几种常用于成形高熵合金复合材料的3D打印方法(粉末床熔化法和直接金属沉积技术),并对其相应的微观结构进行了分析。然后,对比了3D打印高熵合金复合材料、3D打印高熵合金及其铸件的力学性能,并对其硬度抗磨损、腐蚀和氧化性能进行了探讨。最后,对3D打印高熵合金复合材料的发展前景进行了展望。

Petrographic features,C,O and Sr isotopes,rare earth and trace elements were determined,and fluid inclusions were analyzed on various stages of interparticle cements and vug-fillings from the Upper Permian and Lower Triassic sour reservoirs in northeastern Sichuan *** aim was to assess the origin and evolution of palaeo-waters in the *** original water was contemporary seawater, from which marine cements precipitated with slightly high Sr contents(mean 1911 ppm),Sr/Sr ratios from 0.7067 to 0.7082 and nonluminescent *** palaeo-seawater was diluted by meteoric water,as indicated by bright cathodoluminescence(CL) and Sr-depletion(0-516 ppm) in low-temperature calcite. When buried to temperatures of about 60-90℃during Middle to Late Triassic,the palaeo-water was enriched in Sr released from the transformation of precursor aragonite and calcite to dolomite,resulting in precipitation of substantial pre-bitumen Sr-rich minerals(SrSO and SrCO).For un-dolomitized limestone sections,aragonite neomorphism may have contributed Sr to the precipitation of small amounts of Sr-bearing minerals and calcite crystals with elevated homogenization temperatures(HTs,mainly from 90 to 130℃) and wide Sr contents(from 34 to 3825 ppm),as recorded in stageⅢ*** the Middle Jurassic,almost all of the early stage celestite and significant amounts of solid CaSO have been consumed by reactions with hydrocarbons(i.e.,TSR),resulting in water enriched in isotopically light CO and HCO,Sr,Ba and Eu,as recorded in calcite with lowδC values(down to -18.9‰),Sr/Sr ratios from 0.7072 to 0.7076,high HTs(mainly 110-198℃),positive Eu anomalies and high Sr and Ba contents. Subsequently,the water was uplifted and cooled down to about 115℃,celestite and strontianite were precipitated with the occurrence of natural elemental S immiscible *** may have produced significant amounts of freshwater,which brought down Sr concentrations and salinities of the palaeo-waters to not more
