The interaction between metabolic dysfunction and inflammation is central to the development of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s ***-related conditions like type 2 diabetes and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease exacerbate this *** lipid accumulation,particularly in the liver,initiates a cascade of inflammatory processes that extend to the brain,influencing critical metabolic regulatory *** and palmitate,key lipid components,along with lipid transporters lipocalin-2 and apolipoprotein E,contribute to neuroinflammation by disrupting blood–brain barrier integrity and promoting *** insulin resistance further exacerbates brain insulin resistance and *** interventions targeting peripheral lipid metabolism and insulin signaling pathways have shown promise in reducing neuroinflammation in animal ***,translating these findings to clinical practice requires further investigation into human *** conclusion,metabolic dysfunction,peripheral inflammation,and insulin resistance are integral to neuroinflammation and *** these complex mechanisms holds potential for identifying novel therapeutic targets and improving outcomes for neurodegenerative diseases.

A novel analytical procedure for the determination of gold by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry combined with selective liquid-liquid extraction by natural deep eutectic solvents(NADESs)is *** extraction ability of the NADESs prepared using menthol,thymol and camphor toward gold in hydrochloric acid solutions was *** extraction efficiency was improved by optimizing the parameters including the composition of the NADES s,the volume ratio of organic and aqueous phases,kinetics,and acidity of the *** determination of gold was carried out by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry directly in the NADES s phase dissolved in isopropyl *** extraction recovery of gold from 1 mol/L HCl with the NADESs based on menthol and camphor mixed in a molar ratio 1:1 was 99.7%at an enrichment factor of *** limits of detection and quantification of the proposed procedure were 1μg/L and 3.3μg/L,respectively,with a relative standard deviation of less than 5%.The developed procedure was applied for determination of gold in the certified reference material of ore,environmental and waste waters.

Polyetheretherketone(PEEK)is an alternative to metallic implants and a material of choice in many applications,including orthopedic,spinal,trauma,and *** titanium(Ti)and Ti-alloys are widely used in many intraosseous implants due to its biocompatibility and ability to osseointegrate,negatives include stiffness which contributes to shear stress,radio-opacity,and *** surgeons prefer to use PEEK due to its biocompatibility,similar elasticity to bone,and radiolucency,however,due to its inert properties,it fails to fully integrate with *** Neutral Atom Beam(ANAB)technology has been successfully employed to demonstrate enhanced bioactivity of PEEK both in vitro and in *** this study,we further characterize surfaces of PEEK modified by ANAB as well as elucidate attachment and genetic effects of dental pulp stem cells(DPSC)exposed to these *** modification resulted in decreased contact angle at 72.9±4.5°as compared to 92.4±8.5°for control(p<0.01)and a decreased average surface roughness,however with a nano-textured surface *** treatment also increased the ability of DPSC attachment and proliferation with considerable genetic differences showing earlier progression towards osteogenic *** surface modification is achieved without adding a coating or changing the chemical composition of the PEEK *** together,we show that ANAB processing of PEEK surface enhances the bioactivity of implantable medical devices without an additive or a coating.

Shortcomings of the Boltzmann physical kinetics and the Schrödinger wave mechanics are considered. From the position of nonlocal physics, the Schrödinger equation is a local equation;this fact leads to the great shortcomings of the linear Schrödinger wave mechanics. Nonlocal nonlinear quantum mechanics is considered using the wave function terminology.

The Boltzmann local physical kinetics forecasts the destruction of SC regime because of the heat movement of particles. Then, the most fundamental distinction between a strange metal and a conventional metal is the absence of well-defined quasi-particles. Here, we show that the mentioned “quasi-particles” are solitons, which are formed as a result of self-organization of ionized matter. Shortcomings of the Boltzmann physical kinetics consist in the local description of the transport processes on the level of infinitely small physical volumes as elements of diagnostics. The non-local physics leads to the theory superconductivity including the high temperature diapason. The generalized non-local non-stationary London’s formula is derived.

It's urgent to develop benzocyclobutene(BCB)-based polymers with low curing temperature for temperature-sensitive applications such as liquid crystal displays(LCDs)and flexible ***,the effect of substituents on the ring-opening behavior of BCB derivatives was *** ring-opening activation energy barriers(ΔGA)of BCB derivatives with one or two substituents on the four-membered alkyl ring were systematically calculated using the B3LYP *** mono-and di-substituted BCBs adopted the conrotatory ring-opening process,obeying the Woodward-Hoffmann's Rules upon *** mono-/di-substituted BCBs exhibited 8.2%—69%lowerΔGA compared with BCB,attributed to the electronic effects of the *** BCBs with both electron-donating and electron-withdrawing groups,e.g.,1-NH_(2)-8-NO_(2)-BCB,demonstrated the lowestΔ*** addition,BCB derivatives with amide/ester/acyloxy group modified on C1 position were synthesized as model molecules,and their ring-opening temperature can be decreased by 20℃ compared to the unsubstituted one,also consistent with our calculation *** work combined theoretical calculation methods with experimental results to provide valuable insights into the design and synthesis of BCB derivatives and next-generation BCB functional packaging materials with low ring-opening temperature.

The purpose of this review is to apply geometric frameworks in identification problems. In contrast to the qualitative theory of dynamical systems (DSQT), the chaos and catastrophes, researches on the application of geometric frameworks have not been performed in identification problems. The direct transfer of DSQT ideas is inefficient through the peculiarities of identification systems. In this paper, the attempt is made based on the latest researches in this field. A methodology for the synthesis of geometric frameworks (GF) is proposed, which reflects features of nonlinear systems. Methods based on GF analysis are developed for the decision-making on properties and structure of nonlinear systems. The problem solution of structural identifiability is obtained for nonlinear systems under uncertainty.

Factor analysis of annual dynamics from 1879 to 2017 was carried out by the method of identification of stable regularities:maximum,minimum and average air temperature of Central England according to *** sample capacity was 139 *** factor analysis,time is excluded,and it acts only as a system-forming factor that ensures the relationship between the three parameters of climate and ***,the adequacy of the dynamics models is taken into account in the diagonal cells of the correlation *** addition to time,different lists of objects are possible in factor *** coefficient of correlation variation,that is,a measure of the functional relationship between the parameters of the system(annual weather at the weather station in Central England)is 0.8230 for trends,0.8603 taking into account the annual dynamics of the four-membered model obtained from the computational capabilities of the software environment CurveExpert-1.40,and 0.9578 for the full up to the error of measurement wavelet analysis of the dynamics of the values of three *** all three methods of factor analysis,the meteorological parameter«average Annual temperature»was in the first place as the influencing variable,the«Maximum temperature»was in the second place,and the«Minimum temperature»was in the third *** the dependent measure in these areas there are three kinds of *** comparison shows that among the binary relations between the three temperatures,the average temperature on the maximum air temperature in the surface layer of the atmosphere has the greatest influence on the correlation coefficient *** the same time,all six equations refer to strong connections,so there is a high quantum certainty between the three types of *** when predicting the most meaningful essence showed the maximum temperature.

The deformation process in the material volume under high-pressure torsion(HPT)was *** a model object for the observation of deformation process,we used a composite comprising a bronze matrix and niobium *** arrangements of the niobium filaments in the bronze matrix and their size have regular *** allows us to monitor and measure the displacement of the niobium filaments in the sample volume,which results from *** bronze/niobium composite samples were subjected to HPT at room temperature and 6 GPa,and the number of revolutions N=1/4,1/2,1,2,3 and *** was shown that HPT with revolution number of 1 leads to the 360° rotation of entire sample volume without sample *** deformational behavior during HPT can be expected for high-ductility metallic *** increase in the number of revolutions more than 2 leads to twisting the niobium filaments in the sample volume and the formation of 'vortex' multilayer *** mechanisms for the formation of such structures were discussed.
