在近20年中,铸造工艺模拟已经从预测热节和凝固过程发展到为铸造厂总体评价铸件的整个生产路线的工具。与铸造方案有关的保证补缩依然是铸造工艺模拟最重要的任务之一。对于所浇注的合金,要提供无缺陷的铸件,需要考虑不同的补缩特性和自补缩能力。因此,仅仅根据由温度场导出的热节来预测收缩缺陷是不够的。为了能定量预测这些缺陷,凝固模拟必须与密度和质量迁移的计算相结合,以求出凝固形态对补缩特性的影响,并应考虑合金相应的补缩范围。对于铸铁厂来说,应用铸造工艺模拟已成为预测所采用工艺的耐久性和可靠性的重要手段,尤其是为了要定量表示铸铁的凝固和收缩特性,必须考虑合金元素、熔化操作和冶金因素的影响。这种模拟不但允许预测铸铁的局部组织、相组成及最终的力学性能,在铸造厂内评估铸件质量,还可在铸件设计过程中使用这种定量信息。目前的技术发展水平已允许定量预测铸铁件的残余应力和铸造变形,还可确定铸件中的裂纹以及在热处理过程中铸造应力的降低。文中将概述目前定量预测铸铁件特有缺陷和铸件性能方面的能力,并重点介绍在模拟铸铁件制造和ADI以及预测铸铁件应力方面的最新发展。

Seven new polyketides,termed veramycins,were isolated from a Streptomyces *** the Sanofi microbial strain collection along with their known congeners NFAT-133 and *** A,anα-pyrone congener of TM-123 and NFAT-133 showed an increased baseline deoxy-glucose uptake in the absence of insulin in a modified L6 rat skeletal muscle cell line(L6 GLUT4 AS160-like cells).In addition,both compounds slightly increased the sensitivity to insulin in this cell *** syntheses of NFAT-133,TM-123 and veramycin A were accomplished starting from a central building block,which bears the three contiguous stereogenic centers of this polyketide *** approach enables an efficient,selective and flexible access to all possible isomers of the stereotriad for further exploration of this series as a potential anti-diabetic lead structure as exemplified by the synthesis of an NFAT-133 ***,the corresponding biosynthetic gene cluster(BGC)was identified by genome sequencing and gene *** on feeding experiments,a biosynthetic pathway was proposed,which enabled access to new veramycin A analogs by precursor-directed biosynthesis.

The production of sand cores takes place in a complex process chain, in which the influence on the core quality and cost-effectiveness can often not be assessed or only qualitatively be assumed due to the variety of influencing variables. The simulation of the manufacturing process is today accepted as a reliable analysis tool. It offers an enhanced understanding of the process and the possibility of quantitatively assessing the relevant influencing variables. With the step from an individual simulation to autonomous engineering, correlations between process variables and quantifiable quality criteria can already be determined in the planning stage of a new core tool. At the same time, the process steps of core shooting and curing for systematic tool development can be simultaneously optimized. The virtual optimization either provides the best compromise for the entire process or the best solution for each process step. This integrated approach offers great potential for robust core production, significantly reduced cycle times while minimizing resource consumption.

Nanoscale L12-type ordered structures are widely used in face-centered cubic(FCC)alloys to exploit their hardening capacity and thereby improve mechanical *** fine-scale particles are typically fully coherent with matrix with the same atomic configuration disregarding chemical species,which makes them challenging to be *** distribution maps(SDMs)are used to probe local order by interrogating the three-dimensional(3D)distribution of atoms within reconstructed atom probe tomography(APT)***,it is almost impossible to manually analyze the complete point cloud(>10 million)in search for the partial crystallographic information retained within the ***,we proposed an intelligent L1_(2)-ordered structure recognition method based on convolutional neural networks(CNNs).The SDMs of a simulated L1_(2)-ordered structure and the FCC matrix were firstly *** simulated images combined with a small amount of experimental data were used to train a CNN-based L1_(2)-ordered structure recognition ***,the approach was successfully applied to reveal the 3D distribution of L1_(2)–typeδ′–Al3(LiMg)nanoparticles with an average radius of 2.54 nm in a FCC Al-Li-Mg *** minimum radius of detectable nanodomain is even down to 5Å.The proposed CNN-APT method is promising to be extended to recognize other nanoscale ordered structures and even more-challenging short-range ordered phenomena in the near future.

治疗药物监测(Therapeutic drug monitoring,TDM),如通过定量测定血清或血浆药物浓度指导用药剂量优化,已经成为对患者进行精神药物治疗的很有价值的工具。在患者用药依从性难以判断、药物耐受性不佳、治疗剂量下无效以及可能存在药代动力学药物-药物相互作用等情况下,测定药物浓度是很有用的。在精神科,有可能明显获益于TDM的主要患者群体包括儿童、孕妇、老年患者、智力障碍患者、涉及司法的患者、已知或怀疑携带药代动力学相关基因变异的患者,以及合并躯体疾病影响药代动力学的患者。然而,只有将TDM充分整合到临床治疗过程中去,才能发挥其优化药物治疗的潜在优势。为了促进TDM的合理应用,神经精神药理学与药物精神病学协会(Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Neuropsychopharmakologie und Pharmakopsychiatrie,AGNP)的TDM专家组在2004年发表了精神药物治疗药物监测指南。之后,随着知识不断更新,又有许多可能需要进行TDM的新药上市。因此,本次更新将神经精神药物的种类扩展到了128种,并将其TDM必要性划分为从"强烈推荐"到"可能有用"的四个等级。经过大量细致且全面的文献检索与分门别类的汇总整理,将基于循证医学理念的"治疗参考浓度范围"和"剂量相关参考浓度范围"呈现给大家。本共识指南引入了"实验室警戒浓度"的新概念,即实验室需要马上告知治疗医生的药物浓度上限。本共识指南还给出了诸如药物作为细胞色素P450酶的底物和抑制剂的性质,代谢物与母药浓度比值的常见范围,以及与结果解释相关的内容,还提供了何时将TDM与遗传药理学检测相结合的建议。遵循本指南,有助于改善许多患者精神药物治疗的效果,特别是那些存在药代动力学异常的患者。TDM是一门交叉学科,有时针对看起来不一致的数据,需要多学科坦诚地讨论,只有这样,患者才能从这种合作中获益。
