Objective The relationship between serum uric acid(SUA)levels and glycemic indices,including plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postload glucose(2 h-PG),and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1 c),remains *** aimed to explore the associations between glycemic indices and SUA levels in the general Chinese *** The current study was a cross-sectional analysis using the first follow-up survey data from The China Cardiometabolic Disease and Cancer Cohort Study.A total of 105,922 community-dwelling adults aged≥40 years underwent the oral glucose tolerance test and uric acid *** nonlinear relationships between glycemic indices and SUA levels were explored using generalized additive *** A total of 30,941 men and 62,361 women were eligible for the current *** additive models verified the inverted U-shaped association between glycemic indices and SUA levels,but with different inflection points in men and *** thresholds for FPG,2 h-PG,and HbA1 c for men and women were 6.5/8.0 mmol/L,11.0/14.0 mmol/L,and 6.1/6.5,respectively(SUA levels increased with increasing glycemic indices before the inflection points and then eventually decreased with further increases in the glycemic indices).Conclusion An inverted U-shaped association was observed between major glycemic indices and uric acid levels in both sexes,while the inflection points were reached earlier in men than in women.

The Xujiaweizi （XJWZ） fault depression is a primary area for deep-seated gas explo- ration in Daqing. Through seismic profile interpretation, the main sag-controlling fault and struc- tural characteristics in the XJWZ fault depression were analyzed based on folds and faults analysis. A three-dimensional geological model of the XJWZ fault depression was also set up to enable fur- ther discussion by means of structural physical modeling. According to our research, the basic structural framework of the XJWZ fault depression was the result of regional extension. Its forma- tion and evolution were mainly controlled by the Xuxi fault. The structural framework of S-N blocking was due to changes in the fracture attitude. The Xuzhong uplift and the depressions on both sides belong to a normal-fault-related fold and were formed by controlling of the ramp/flat normal fault in the same tectonic movement period.

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of most common and deadliest ***(Cel),a natural product derived from the Tripterygium wilfordii plant,has been extensively researched for its potential effectiveness in fighting ***,its clinical application has been hindered by the unclear mechanism of ***,we used chemical proteomics to identify the direct targets of Cel and enhanced its targetability and antitumor capacity by developing a Cel-based liposomes in *** demonstrated that Cel selectively targets the voltage-dependent anion channel 2(VDAC2).Cel directly binds to the cysteine residues of VDAC2,and induces cytochrome C release via dysregulating VDAC2-mediated mitochondrial permeability transition pore(mPTP)*** further found that Cel induces ROS-mediated ferroptosis and apoptosis in HCC ***,coencapsulation of Cel into alkyl glucoside-modified liposomes(AGCL)improved its antitumor efficacy and minimized its side *** has been shown to effectively suppress the proliferation of tumor *** a xenograft nude mice experiment,AGCL significantly inhibited tumor growth and promoted *** findings reveal that Cel directly targets VDAC2 to induce mitochondria-dependent cell death,while the Cel liposomes enhance its targetability and reduces side ***,Cel shows promise as a therapeutic agent for HCC.

通过腐蚀失重实验研究了P110和N80钢管在气相CO_(2)-饱和水蒸气环境和超临界CO_(2)-饱和水蒸气环境中的腐蚀速率变化,并通过SEM,EDS,XRD,XPS和截面技术对腐蚀产物进行了表面分析。结果表明:随着CO_(2)分压的增加,试样平均腐蚀速率先升高后降低;在临界压力附近,试样平均腐蚀速率达到最大值;在高于临界压力后,随着CO_(2)分压的进一步增加,分子局部聚集现象减弱,试样平均腐蚀速率降低。

湖相页岩油气重点关注富含Ⅰ或Ⅱ_1型有机质纹层状灰质岩相,因此,泥页岩岩相划分除了应考虑矿物组分、层理构造之外,还应特别重视有机质类型及丰度的差异。以济阳坳陷沾化凹陷沙三下亚段(Es_3~下)湖相泥页岩为例,综合利用岩心描述、薄片、电镜、核磁及测井等资料进行岩相类型划分、特征分析及识别方法研究。首先,从层理构造、岩性角度区分泥页岩岩相,并考虑将有机质信息融入到岩相分类中,提出了"构造+岩性+有机质"三重信息结合的湖相泥页岩岩相划分方案。然后,针对岩相三重信息分别进行识别研究,利用测井变量最优滤波分析获得的敏感测井数据三维交会可提高岩性识别精度,同时鉴于曲线分形对层理构造有较好的指示,将敏感无铀伽马曲线分形维数作为交会变量,优化了岩相构造识别方法。最后,通过测井反演的有机碳含量(TOC)、热解烃(S_2)地化参数,进一步可得到氢指数(HI),借助氢指数-最大热解峰温度(HI-T_(max))图版能够识别不同岩相中的有机质类型。由此综合建立的湖相泥页岩岩相测井精细分析方法,能够准确地提取泥页岩岩相中构造、岩性、有机质三种信息,为在连续井筒中识别有效页岩储层与寻找油气甜点提供了依据。

Study on the Characteristics of Competition in sichuan Tea Industry

Nowadays, there is huge potential in the domestic sales and export of tea in China. However, the tea leaf products are less competitive in the international market because of the lack of brand. sichuan province as a province with large amount of tea leaves, characteristics of tea leaf industry in sichuan province were analyzed from three aspects, namely fundamental industrial characteristics, the competition strategy of a company and main competition measures. The tea industry in sichuan province was featured by its large amount of companies and low industrial concentration. The competition among tea companies often uses the strategy of different brands and low cost. The major way to compete was to build tea brand and to publicize the tea culture. Organic green tea was the main issue. Electronic business platform was applied. Study on the competition characteristics of tea industry in sichuan can improve the regional competitiveness of tea industry and can make contribution to the entire tea industry in China.

Lychee seed saponins improve cognitive function and ameliorate hippocampal neuronal injury in Alzheimer disease rat model induced by Aβ_(25-35) through AKT/GSK3β pathway

OBJECTIVE Lychee seed,a famous traditional Chinese medicine,recently were reported to improve the learning and memory abilities in ***,it is still unclear whether lychee seed saponins(LSS)can improve the cognitive function and associated *** In present studies,we established the Alzheimer disease(AD)model by injecting Aβ25-35 into the lateral ventricle of *** the spatial learning and memory abilities of LSS-treated rats were evaluated with the Morris water maze,meanwhile the protein expressions of AKT,GSK3β and Tau in the hippocampal neuron were analyzed by immunohistochemistry and Western *** The results showed LSS can improve the cognitive functions of AD rats through shortening the escape latency,increasing the number across the platform,platform quadrant dwell time and the percentage of the total distance run platform *** protein expression of AKT was significantly up-regulated and that of GSK3β and Tau were decreased remarkably in the hippocampal CA1 *** Our study is the first to show that LSS significantly improve the cognitive function and prevent hippocampal neuronal injury of the rats with AD by activation of the PI3K/AKT/GSK3βsignaling pathway,suggesting LSS may be developed into the nutrient supplement for the treatment of AD.
