Based on the structures of known transition metal compounds, the phase stabilities and mechanical properties of iridium nitride （IrN） in nine structures are explored by using ab initio calculations. Tile calculation results show that MnP-structured IrN （MnP IrN） is not only the most energetically stable, but also mechanically and dynamically stable at the ground state. The hardness is estimated to be 12 GPa.

Amodel that can obtain rapid and accurate detection of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)plays a significant role in treating and preventing the spread of disease ***,designing such amodel that can balance the detection accuracy andweight parameters ofmemorywell to deploy a mobile device is *** this point into account,this paper fuses the convolutional neural network and residual learning operations to build a multi-class classification model,which improves COVID-19 pneumonia detection performance and keeps a trade-off between the weight parameters and *** convolutional neural network can extract the COVID-19 feature information by repeated convolutional *** residual learning operations alleviate the gradient problems caused by stacking convolutional layers and enhance the ability of feature *** ability further enables the proposed model to acquire effective feature information at a lowcost,which canmake ourmodel keep smallweight *** validation and comparison with other models of COVID-19 pneumonia detection on the well-known COVIDx dataset show that(1)the sensitivity of COVID-19 pneumonia detection is improved from 88.2%(non-COVID-19)and 77.5%(COVID-19)to 95.3%(non-COVID-19)and 96.5%(COVID-19),*** positive predictive value is also respectively increased from72.8%(non-COVID-19)and 89.0%(COVID-19)to 88.8%(non-COVID-19)and 95.1%(COVID-19).(2)Compared with the weight parameters of the COVIDNet-small network,the value of the proposed model is 13 M,which is slightly higher than that(11.37 M)of the COVIDNet-small ***,the corresponding accuracy is improved from 85.2%to 93.0%.The above results illustrate the proposed model can gain an efficient balance between accuracy and weight parameters.

Adsorption of Neutral Red (NR) onto peanut husk in aqueous solutions was investigated at 295 K. Experiments were carried out as function of pH, adsorbent dosage, contact time, and initial concentration. The equilibrium adsorption data were analyzed by Langmuir, Freundlich, Temkin, Dubinin-Radushkevich, and Toth isotherm models. Scaling of weighted spectral distribution in weighted small-world networks

Many real-world systems can be modeled by weighted small-world networks with high clustering coefficients. Recent studies for rigorously analyzing the weighted spectral distribution（W SD） have focused on unweighted networks with low clustering coefficients. In this paper, we rigorously analyze the W SD in a deterministic weighted scale-free small-world network model and find that the W SD grows sublinearly with increasing network order（i.e., the number of nodes） and provides a sensitive discrimination for each input of this model. This study demonstrates that the scaling feature of the W SD exists in the weighted network model which has high and order-independent clustering coefficients and reasonable power-law exponents.

In cooperative localization with sparse communication networks, an agent maybe only receives part of locating messages from the others. It is difficult for the receiver to utilize the part instead of global knowledge. Under the extended Kalman filtering, the utilization of the locating message is maximized by two aspects： the locating message generating and multi-locating messages fusing. For the former, the covariance upper-bound technique, by introducing amplification coefficients, is employed to remove the dependency of locating messages on the global knowledge. For the latter, an optimization model is setup; the covariance matrix determinant of the receiver＇s state estimate, expressed as a function of the amplification coefficients, is selected as the optimization criterion, under linear constraints on the amplification coefficient characteristics and the communication connectivity. Using the optimization solution, the local optimal state of the receiver agent is obtained by the weighting fusion. Simulation with seven agents is shown to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

The title complex [（C8H9NO2）·HgI2]n has been synthesized from the reaction of pyridine-3-ethylformate with mercury iodide in the mixture of DMF and absolute methanol. Its structure was determined by IR, elemental analysis and X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis. The crystal is of monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 4.3397（5）, b = 25.051（3）, c = 12.3719（13）A, β = 92.2130（10）°, CsH9HgI2NO2, Mr = 605.55, V = 1344.0（3）A^3, Z = 4, Dc = 2.993 mg·m^-3, F（000） = 1064, μ = 16.024 mml, the final R = 0.0258 and wR = 0.0504. In the title complex, the center Hg（II） exhibits a four-coordinated distorted tetrahedral geometry. A three-dimensional network arrangement is presented via Hg…I weak interactions among adjacent molecules.

Tree peony cultivars with yellow flowers are rare and valuable,but the molecular mechanism of pigment accumulation is not *** this study,the petal transcriptome of three developmental stages were sequenced to determine the differentially expressed genes(DEGs)regulating yellow flowers *** results showed that 10,842 and 12,022 DEGs were screened in stage 1 *** 2 and in stage 2 *** 3,*** analysis of flavonoid structural genes(FSGs),we found that the transcription level of DFR was very low in the three developmental *** a small group of cultivars,the DFR transcription level of red flowers was 862 times higher than that of yellow *** data suggested that the flavonoid pathway is interrupted in the later stage due to the low transcriptional level of DFR,which limits the biosynthesis of anthocyanins in yellow *** transcription levels of F3’H and FLS were upregulated from stage 1 to stage 2,while those of CHI and FLS were downregulated from stage 2 to stage *** addition,67 MYBs and 44 bHLHs showed similar transcription profiles with different members of *** results deepen our understanding of the molecular mechanism of yellow pigment accumulation in tree peony.

Using the coherence theory of non-stationary fields and the characterization of stochastic electromagnetic pulsed beams,the analytical expression for the spectral degree of polarization of stochastic electromagnetic Gaussian Schell-model pulsed(GSMP)beams in turbulent atmosphere is derived and is used to study the polarization properties of stochastic electromagnetic GSMP beams propagating through turbulent *** results of numerical calculation are given to illustrate the dependence of spectral degree of polarization on the pulse frequency,refraction index structure constant and spatial correlation *** is shown that,compared with free-space case,in turbulent atmosphere propagation there are two positions at which the on-axis spectral degree of polarization P is equal to *** position change depends on the pulse frequency,refraction index structure constant and spatial correlation length.
