Effects of sowing date and eco.ogical points on yield and the temperature and radiation resources of semi-winter wheat

Exploring the effects of sowing date and eco.ogical points on the yield of semi-winter wheat is of great *** study aims to reveal the effects of sowing date and eco.ogical points on the climate resources associated with wheat yield in the Rice–Wheat Rotation *** six sowing dates,the experiments were carried out in Donghai and Jianhu co.nties,Jiangsu Province,China using two semi-winter wheat varieties as the objects of this *** basic seedlings of the first sowing date (S1) were planted at 300×10^(4)plants ha^(-1),which was increased by 10%for each of the delayed sowing dates (S2–S6).The results showed that the delay of sowing date decreased the number of days,the effective accumulated temperature and the cumulative solar radiation in the whole growth *** yields of S1 were higher than those of S2 to S6 by 0.22–0.31,0.5–0.78,0.86–0.98,1.14–1.38,and 1.36–1.59 t ha^(–1),*** a given sowing date,the growth days increased as the eco.ogical point was moved north,while both mean daily temperature and effective accumulative temperature decreased,but the cumulative radiation *** a result,the yields at Donghai co.nty were 0.01–0.39 t ha–1lower than those of Jianhu co.nty for the six sowing *** effective accumulative temperature and cumulative radiation both had significant positive co.relations with *** average temperature was significantly negatively co.related with the *** decrease in grain yield was mainly due to the declines in grains per spike and 1 000-grain weight caused by the increase in the daily temperature and the decrease in the effective accumulative temperature.

In this paper, it introduced the mechanical structure design of the multifunctional walking rehabilitation robot, We used the SolidWorks to design and assemble the rehabilitation robot, and optimized the rehabilitation robot based on ergonomics. The result shows that the multifunctional walking rehabilitation robot has the characteristics of co.plete functions, co.venient operation, co.pact structure and so on. It can meet the requirements of medical care equipment, and effectively co.plete the nursing work of patients.

In order to meet the needs of mobile inspection robot drives fast on flat road, and walks normally in the co.plex environment（roadside stone, grass, etc.）. We designed a new mobile platform of robot with the wheel-track. The mobile platform used wheels to drive normally on flat cement road. If the mobile platform enco.ntered the curbstone（the curbstone height is generally 150-200mm）, which used front and back swing arm to lift the mobile platform of robot, finally, the robot co.pleted the barrier-crossing task with the motor driving force. If the robot enco.ntered with gravel, grass, and other co.plicated environment that using wheel not to drive normally, which can use the front and back swing arm and track to walk.

In cryopreservation,the addition of cryoprotectant can change the intra-and extra-cellular osmotic pressure,affect the cell morphology,and induce blebs on the plasma *** this study,the blebs of cells microencapsulated in the alginate microsphere induced by osmotic shock were studied,and the effects of microencapsulation on bleb size and cell viability were ***,a co.xial co.flow focusing device was applied to generate cell-laden microcapsules using alginate hydrogel in this ***,cellular blebs induced by DMSO with various co.centrations under microencapsulation were co.pared with that when non-encapsulated,and the dynamic process of cellular bleb was ***,the qualitative relationship between bleb size and cell viability in the presence of DMSO was built,and thus the effects of microencapsulation on bleb size and viability were *** results show that the bleb size is smaller and the cell viability is higher,and cell microencapsulation can significantly inhibit the excessively large blebs generated on the cell membrane and reduce the osmotic damage to cells when loading cryoprotectant and then to improve cell viability during *** work can provide insights for optimizing cryoprotectant-loading protoco.s,offer a new avenue to study cell blebbing,and advance future research on cryopreservation of rare cells and biomaterials.

This paper studies adaptive event-triggered PID co.trollers for 2nd-order linear discrete-time plants for set-point tracking. A new adaptive law is designed by introducing a decay parameter to improve the robustness of the closed-loop *** utilizing the extra robustness, an absolute type of event-triggering co.ditions is proposed, where the threshold parameter is co.designed with the adaptive laws. Then, the closed-loop system is formulated into a nonlinear interco.nected system among the tracking errors, the differences of outputs, and the parameter estimation errors. A rigorous proof of stability is provided to ensure that the tracking error co.verges to a vicinity of zero when the initial state belongs to some co.pact sets. Finally,numerical simulations are given to illustrate the efficiency and feasibility of the proposed results.

The stabilization of PAN-fibers without additional co.monomers was investigated with thermo-gravimetry and evolved gas analysis (FTIR-spectrosco.y and MS-spectrometry). One fiber type had been drawn after spinning, while the other was used as-spun. During the thermal treatment, fiber shrinkage was either restricted or unrestricted. Investigations of influencing chemical and physical reactions regarding this restriction were co.ducted. Differences in the mass loss and gas emissions were observed, depending on the strained or unstrained state of the fibers. The change of crystallinity and molecular orientation of the fiber as reason of the measured variations was discussed. The emission of ammonia and other nitrogen co.taining gases (supposedly nitriles/ isocyanates) co.ld be attributed to different aspects of the stabilization process. The length restriction resulted in a change in ammonia emission, associated with the cyclization reaction of poly acrylonitrile. The onset and amount of side reactions were influenced as well.

智能仿生软材料是近年来科学研究的重点之一.液晶高分子材料是众多软材料中最有发展潜力的材料之一.目前通过液晶高分子材料制备具有复杂功能和多种响应的仿生器件主要通过两种方法,其一是引入多种响应性基团,赋予材料多重响应.另一个是构建单一刺激下具有变形变色协同功能的材料.然而,结合这两种策略,构建既具有多重刺激响应,又能协同变形变色的新型液晶高分子仍然是一个挑战.为此,本工作通过结合光响应性液晶网络和亲水的聚(2-羧乙基丙烯酸酯共丙烯酸)层(PC),制备了一种光和湿度双重响应的软驱动器.在紫外光的驱动下,偶氮苯的分子异构驱动复合薄膜的各向异性形变.环境湿度的变化能使亲水的PC层发生溶胀和脱水,使薄膜发生另一模式的形变.由于薄膜内部荧光分子与水分子的协同作用,PC膜的荧光强度增强.由于整合了双重响应性和协同行为,这种新型的双响应驱动器在制造智能软体机器人方面具有较大的潜力.通过合理的设计,我们制备了一个光驱动的智能软体机器人.该机器人表现出检测水、改变运动模式和荧光强度的能力,在构筑具有识别、响应和自我调整能力的多功能软体机器人方面具有实际应用潜力.
