The Brio system is a 2 × 2 fully nonlinear system of conservation laws which arises as a simplified model in the study of plasmas. The present paper offers explicit solutions to this system subjected to initial conditions containing Dirac masses. The concept of a solution emerges within the framework of a distributional product and represents a consistent extension of the concept of a classical solution. Among other features, the result shows that the space of measures is not sufficient to contain all solutions of this problem.

The architecture,engineering,and construction(AEC)industry is undergoing a substantial change,and the tech-nological advancements are shaping the future of this *** years,numerous tools have been developed based on building information modeling(BIM)and the Internet of Things(IoT)to manage a variety of tasks and activities within different construction and operational phases in the AEC ***,with the advent of novel internet-enabled technologies in providing the ability of real-time connectivity,researchers have started to develop virtual design and construction(VDC)and digital twin approaches to remotely monitor,control,and optimize different work progresses and activities in real-time at any work level in the AEC *** paper presents a reference model to illustrates the main advantages and applications of VDC and digital twin,and to demonstrate their trends and anticipated cost savings in the AEC industry at a global *** technological advancements along with augmented reality(AR)and virtual reality(VR)can offer the unique benefit of real-time monitoring of the current status as well as predicting the future of any physical structure at any level of *** global demand and usage of these technological advancements will lead to great cost savings in the AEC industry which would be US$950 million in design and construction and US$400 million in operation and maintenance phases in the non-residential AEC industry in *** paper also discusses the future challenges of VDC and digital twin in the *** a main line of future research,these technologies can simultaneously be utilized with artificial intelligence to enable human-centered decision making to automate and optimize work *** integrations of VDC,digital twin,artificial intelligence,and human-centered approaches will shape the future of the AEC industry and provide numerous research opportunities in this domain.

目的哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺重叠症(Asthma-chronie obst ructive pulmonary disease overlap,A-CO)患者的生活质量较低,肺功能较差,病情经常加重。由于暴露于污染环境会加重其症状,增加发病率和病死率,环境管理对其至关重要。旨在通过系统性综述,寻找证据,以指导制订护理干预措施,促进ACO患者对空气质量的自我管理。方法2023年3月 ,系统检索CINAHL、Medline、Academie Search Complete .Scopus、WebofScience、Cochrane图书馆、乔安娜布里格斯研究所(JoannaBriggsInstitute,JBI)循证实践数据库,以及GoogleScholar。对纳人研究进行数据提取和综合,并对护理干预措施进行分类。采用JBI研究质量评估工具进行方法学质量评估。结果共纳入5篇来自不同国家的研究。促进ACO患者自我监控空气质量的干预措施包括:警觉性干预措施(医务人员定期巡诊、进行症状评估),监测干预措施(监测室内外诱发因素) ,教育干预措施(空气质量警报、避免接触过敏原),以及相关政策的影响,如无烟政策和改善空气质量的综合战略。尽管这些研究报告了不同的干预措施,方法质量也存在差异,但这些干预措施显示了预防患者病情恶化、尽量减少急诊就诊和住院治疗的潜力。这些关键点可作为护理干预措施的关键组成部分。结论有必要采取全面措施,让护士参与促进患者自我监控空气质量的多学科团队.提高认识、制订和实施护理干预,从而使ACO患者受益。同时,需要进--步开展研究,以扩大证据基础并完善这些干预措施。

Collective Bargaining During the Crisis： The Portuguese Case

Following a period of significant development at the end of the 1990s, with economic growth rates greater than those of the European Union, the Portuguese economy stagnated in 2002 and even declined in 2003. The current context of international crisis has just interrupted the fragile growth trend initiated in 2004： In fact, real GDP, which increased by 1.9 percent in 2007, had a growth rate of zero in 2008 and declined by 2.9 percent in 2009. The crisis has abruptly increased the closure of companies and unemployment jumped from 7.3% in the second haft of 2008 to 10.1% in the forth quarter of 2009. Notwithstanding, social dialog was resilient to this situation of economic crisis, as shown by the number of collective agreements negotiated by the social partners, the number of workers covered by collective agreements and the observed increase in real wages. Additionally, social partners have agreed on a reform of the Labour Code. Are this data enough evidence of social concentration on crisis management？ This paper will analyze this issue, giving particular attention to collective bargaining in Portugal and the crisis impact on the industrial relations system and their actors

Similarly to what happens in other European countries, Portugal has been feeling the need to rethink its public state subsidy scheme to media. In this context, this paper presents an analysis of the impacts arising from the provision of such subventions in local and regional media, questioning if the state support system is adequate to the business reality and contributing to improving it. Hence, this work reflects regional realities in the national context, being also, in a greater scale, a mirror of the models prevalent in Europe, a continent marked by significant state intervention. This study also establishes a diverse set of information, including an intensive collection of empirical data on the impact of direct incentives on the companies＇ performance, product quality, market competitiveness and pluralism of voices in the regional and local information market, based on a case study on the Portuguese state support system and the analysis of 21 local and regional media companies. In fact, the results of this research point out that, although these incentives are considered by the affected media companies as very important, having positive impacts regarding the improvement of journalistic products （such as online presence on the Intemet）, maintaining human resources and promoting the pluralism of voices; they do not seem to be adequately efficient to provide a sustainable growth in local and regional media.

Failure Statistics Analysis Based on Bayesian Theory: A Study of FPSO Internal Turret Leakage

The load and corrosion caused by the harsh marine environment lead to the severe degradation of offshore equipment and to their compromised security and reliability. In the quantitative risk analysis, the failure models are difficult to establish through traditional statistical methods. Hence, the calculation of the occurrence probability of small sample events is often met with great uncertainty. In this study, the Bayesian statistical method is implemented to analyze the oil and gas leakages of FPSO internal turret, which is a typical small sample risk but could lead to severe *** to the corresponding failure mechanism, two Bayesian statistical models using the Weibull distribution and logarithmic normal distribution as the population distribution are established, and the posterior distribution of the corresponding parameters is calculated. The optimal Bayesian statistical model is determined according to the Bayesian information criterion and Akaike criterion. On the basis of the determined optimal model, the corresponding reliability index is solved to provide basic data for the subsequent risk assessments of FPSO systems.

DTC （direct torque control） of induction motor drives has many outstanding performance and implementation properties. This paper presents an innovative direct torque controlled load generator based on space vector modulation suitable for the emerging applications such as electrical test benches that require extremely fast large-signal torque and dynamic responses. To realize system performance, two methods based on the classical DTC （with six-sector switch table） and the proposed twelve-sector DTC have been analyzed and used for modelling the dynamometer. The performance of the proposed dynamometer is investigated by simulating different parts of the system and results are presented for several industrial load profiles. Finally, limitations and advantages of each controller are presented and analyzed.
