This article presents and analyses the modular architecture and capabilities of CODE-DE(Copernicus Data and Exploitation Platform–deutschland,***),the integrated German operational environment for accessing and processing Copernicus data and products,as well as the methodology to establish and operate the *** March 2017,CODE-DE has been online with access to Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 data,to Sentinel-3 data shortly after this time,and since March 2019 with access to Sentinel-5P *** products are available and accessed by 1,682 registered users as of March *** this period 654,895 products were downloaded and a global catalogue was continuously updated,featuring a data volume of 814 TByte based on a rolling archive concept supported by a reload mechanism from a long-term *** November 2017,the element for big data processing has been operational,where registered users can process and analyse data themselves specifically assisted by methods for value-added product *** 195,467 core and 696,406 memory hours,982,948 products of different applications were fully automatically generated in the cloud environment and made available as of March *** features include an improved visualization of available Sentinel-2 products,which are presented within the catalogue client at full 10 m resolution.

Methodical Approach to Integrate Human Movement Diversity in Real-Time into a Virtual Test Field for Highly Automated Vehicle Systems

Recently, virtual realities and simulations play important roles in the development of automated driving functionalities. By an appropriate abstraction, they help to design, investigate and communicate real traffic scenario complexity. Especially, for edge cases investigations of interactions between vulnerable road users (VRU) and highly automated driving functions, valid virtual models are essential for the quality of results. The aim of this study is to measure, process and integrate real human movement behaviour into a virtual test environment for highly automated vehicle functionalities. The overall system consists of a georeferenced virtual city model and a vehicle dynamics model, including probabilistic sensor descriptions. By motion capture hardware, real humanoid behaviour is applied to a virtual human avatar in the test environment. Through retargeting methods, which enable the independency of avatar and person under test (PuT) dimensions, the virtual avatar diversity is increased. To verify the biomechanical behaviour of the virtual avatars, a qualitative study is performed, which funds on a representative movement sequence. The results confirm the functionality of the used methodology and enable PuT independence control of the virtual avatars in real-time.

研究了丁腈橡胶经选择性催化加氢后得到的氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)在钌基催化剂Zhan 1 B作用下以及有无外加低分子烯烃条件下的烯烃复分解反应,并用尺寸排阻色谱-多角度激光光散射-黏度检测联用仪对HNBR的2种烯烃复分解反应产物的结构进行了表征。结果表明,钌基催化剂Zhan 1 B可以有效地催化HNBR的烯烃复分解反应,降低其相对分子质量;HNBR的烯烃自复分解反应(无外加烯烃)比交叉复分解反应(有外加烯烃)的效率低;相对分子质量相同时,自复分解反应产物的均方旋转半径及特性黏数值均低于相应的交叉复分解反应产物,由此推断HNBR的烯烃自复分解反应产物主要为环状结构,而交叉复分解反应产物主要为线型结构。

Measurement and Simulation of the Flow Field around a Triangular Lattice Meteorological Mast

The international standard IEC 61400-12-1 Wind turbines--Part 12-1： Power performance measurements of electricity producing wind turbines＂ aims to provide a uniform methodology that will ensure consistency, accuracy and reproducibility in the measurement and analysis of power performance by wind turbines. Annex G of this standard provides a methodology for the appropriate arrangement of instruments on the meteorological mast to ensure accurate measurement. For cup anemometers it provides recommendations about their location relative to the mast so that the effect of mast and boom interference on their output may be minimised. These recommendations are given for both tubular masts and lattice masts. This paper compares the flow distortion predicted by the IEC standard and the results of a 3D CFD （computational fluid dynamics） simulation of a triangular lattice mast. Based on the results of wind tunnel and CFD simulation it was found that the flow distortion surrounding the lattice mast was overpredicted by the method suggested in appendix G oflEC61400-12-1. Using the CFD data it was possible to determine, for a range of flow directions and mast heights, the distance from the mast that anemometers would need to be in order to be outside the flow distortion field.

The Volume Effect and Safety of 6% Hydroxyethyl Starch 130/0.4 in Patients Undergoing Major Elective Surgery: An Uncontrolled, Open-Labeled, Multi-Center Study

Purpose: The primary aim of this study was to investigate volume effect and safety of up to 50 mL/kg BW 6% hydroxyethyl starch (HES) 130/0.4 in adult and pediatric patients undergoing major elective surgery. The need to infuse human albumin may be reduced or avoided in Japan if these large doses 6% HES 130/0.4 can be infused. Methods: The study was an uncontrolled, open-labeled, multi-center trial. Fifteen adult and 5 pediatric patients undergoing major elective surgery received 6% HES 130/0.4 (Voluven®) with a maximum dose of 50 mL/kg from the start of surgery until 2 hours after the end of surgery according to a treatment algorithm. The primary efficacy endpoint was the volume effect of 6% HES 130/0.4 determined by the volume of saved albumin during the investigational period and the time course of hemodynamic stability in adult and pediatric patients. Safety parameters were fluid balance, hemodynamic and laboratory parameters ECG, local and systemic tolerance and adverse events. Results: Adult patients received a mean of 32.0 mL/kg of 6% HES 130/0.4. For 12 out of 15 adult patients an average amount of 1033.8 mL (18.6 mL/kg) albumin could be saved. The other 3 adult patients did not receive more than 1000 mL of HES 130/0.4. All pediatric patients received approximately 50 mL/kg of HES 130/0.4;for these patients an average amount of 39.9 mL/kg body weight albumin could be saved. The majority of adult patients, and all pediatric patients were hemodynamically stable at all 3 time points. The observed changes of the assessed laboratory parameters including hematological and coagulation parameters or in any other safety parameter determined did not reveal any safety concern related to the administration of 6% HES 130/0.4 up to doses of 50 mL/kg body weight. Conclusion: The study results indicate that 6% HES 130/0.4 has a reliable volume effect, could contribute to significant human albumin savings and was safe and well tolerated up to a maximum dose of 50 mL/kg bo

Characterization of focal liver lesions with SonoVue~-enhanced sonography: International multicenter-study in comparison to CT and MRI

AIM： To evaluate in a multicenter study whether the sonographic characterization of focal liver lesions can be improved using SonoVue-enhancement; and to compare this method with computed tomography （CT） and magnetic resonance imaging （MRI）. METHODS： One hundred and thirty four patients withone focal liver lesion detected in baseline ultrasound （US） were examined with conventional US, contrastenhanced US （n = 134）, contrast-enhanced CT （n = 115） and/or dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI （n = 70）. The lesions were classified as malignant, benign or indeterminate and the type of lesion was determined. The final diagnosis based on the combined information of all imaging examinations, clinical information and histology （n = 32） was used. Comparisons were made to see whether the addition of contrast-enhanced US led to the improvement of the characterization of doubtful focal liver lesions.RESULTS： In comparison with unenhanced US, SonoVue markedly improves sensitivity and specificity for the characterization （malignant/benign） of focal liver lesions. In comparison with CT and/or dynamic MRI, SonoVue -enhanced sonography applied for characterization of focal liver lesions was 30.2% more sensitive in the recognition of malignancy and 16.1% more specific in the exclusion of malignancy and overall 22.9% more accurate. In the subgroup with confirmative histology available （n = 30）, sensitivity was 95.5% （CEUS）, 72.2% （CT） and 81.8% （MRI）, and specificity was 75.0% （CEUS）, 37.5% （CT） and 42.9% （MRI）. The sensitivity and specificity of CEUS for the identification of focal nodular hyperplasia （FNH） and hemangiomas was 100% and 87%, resulting in an accuracy of 94.5%.CONCLUSION： SonoVue-enhanced sonography emerges as the most sensitive, ost specific and thus most accurate imaging modality for the characterization of focal liver lesions.
