P16 Function of tutor in pharmacology course of distance education

Peking University Health science Center has for more than 5 years and supplied a pharmacology ers mainly studying nursing and applied pharmacy established a distance education college course, etc. online. The distance learnselect the pharmacology course to earn a junior college' s or bachelor' s degree after obtaining enough credits and passing the exam. Electronic books, video and audio materials, tutorial type programs, guide of experiments, and electronic learning environments for the course organization and delivery, are provided by school of pharmaceutical sciences, department of pharmacology and school of distance learning for medical education in Peking University. As tutors teaching pharmacology course, we supply learning support for distance learners, such as providing supplement lectures, reference materials, PowerPoint documents, interesting stories about pharmacology,web-based bulletin board system as a means of allowing learners to ask questions and getting answers in 72 hours, access to self-assessment throughout the course, and examination questions to help them master basic concepts and principles of pharmacology, as well as clinical drugs including pharmacological actions, pharmacokinetics, therapeutic uses, adverse reactions and contraindications. More importantly, we trigger their study interest, help them acquire skills of how to use web resources, let them become active and effective in the distance learning, and develop good relationships with each other. In the future we will need more pedagogical research and instructional technology skills to maintain a high quality of pharmacology teaching in the distance education.

This paper puts forward sharing teaching resources based on cloud computing solutions, through the use of architecture means virtualization technology based on KVM on the server side, the infrastructure layer manage the underlying physical hardware equipment. In the realization of the infrastructure layer using Libvirt virtualization management suite that provides a common API development Web, through the RDP protocol, and finally access to the remote virtual desktop browser by the graphical user interface （GUI） and traditional Web B/S architecture, to simulate and access to low-level resources and sharing of teaching resources, teaching resources can be achieved education informatization in the process of teaching.

Purpose: Web2.0 has facilitated the emergence of mass collaboration. Being a new model of virtual collaboration, mass collaboration has distinct characteristics such as self-organized voluntary participation and many-to-many communications mechanism. Behind the sparking achievements, mass collaboration systems are suffering from high coordination cost, reflecting intense conflict among the participants. This study explains how conflict interacts with its antecedents(participation and task complexity) and decedent(group performance) related to the mass collaboration ***/methodology/approach: Theoretical model is built upon literatures. Twenty-six measurable items, including social network indices used to reflect conflicts(e.g., density and degree), are extracted from Wikipedia database. The structural equation modeling is used to validate the proposed ***: Participation increases task complexity, conflict and performance; task complexity and conflict increase group performance, but task complexity decreases *** limitations: This study is limited to one mass collaboration platform, other contexts can cause variance in the result. More characteristics of conflict network(e.g., self-loop)should be taken into consideration in future *** implications: Conflict management is critical to mass collaboration, and functions that increase the awareness of conflict may motivate users to participant, resulting better group ***/value: Few studies have investigated the consequences of conflict in mass collaboration context. Meanwhile, limited number of social network studies build network based on negative link. Moreover, most of extant studies on Wiki are descriptive researches without theoretical model. This study builds a theoretical model and incorporates social network approach to explore the influence of conflict.

Supplier management is one of the most important parts in supply chain management that is increasingly recognized as a critical decision in the globalization *** of firms have been spending considerable amount of their revenues on *** supplier selection is one of the most important functions of purchasing *** aim of this research is to introduce an integrated model for supplier’s selection and order allocation in an automotive *** the research was performed in two sections and four *** first section in order to select the best suppliers we used an integrated AHPTOPSIS ***,after library studies and interview with experts,managers and specialists in supply chain management filed,decision criterion were identified through Delphi contains of main criteria and sub criteria for suppliers selection *** in the second section for order allocation to every selected suppliers in first section;we used a multi-objective linear programming *** objectives and subjective of suppliers and Automotive Company were identified in this *** show that applying a two phase AHP-TOPSIS methodology causes to select the best *** Automotive Company’s total costs will be minimized with using a MOLP model.

Edge computing is a highly virtualized paradigm that can services the Internet of Things(Io T)devices more *** is a non-trivial extension of cloud computing,which can not only meet the big data processing requirements of cloud computing,but also collect and analyze distributed ***,it inherits many security and privacy challenges of cloud computing,such as:authentication and access *** address these problem,we proposed a new efficient privacy-preserving aggregation scheme for edge *** scheme consists of two ***,we divided the data of the end users with the Simulated Annealing Module Partition(SAMP)*** then,the end sensors and edge nodes performed respectively differential aggregation mechanism with the Differential Aggregation Encryption(DAE)algorithm which can make noise interference and encryption algorithm with trusted authority(TA).Experiment results show that the DAE can preserve user privacy,and has significantly less computation and communication overhead than existing approaches.

AIM:To evaluate the effectiveness of hospitalized occupational rehabilitation for chronic schizophrenic patients in social ***:79 qualified cases were selected from chronic psychiatric inpatient departments,divided into two groups randomly,of which 45 cases of treatment group accepted hospitalized occupational rehabilitation,another 34 cases of control group accepted ordinary *** functioning was evaluated by the Scale of Social Skills of Chronic Schizophrenic In patients(SSSI). RESULTS:6 month course of research figured out that the rank of improvement of the total disability degree of the treatment was significantly larger than that of the control group(P< 0.05).Items of which rank of improvement of the treatment was significantly larger than those of the control group are participating in the occupational rehabilitation,social withdraw and concern and care about others (P< 0.01-0.05).The level of disability of 55.6%of the treatment decreased more than that of the control (26.5%) (P< 0.05) evaluated by ***:Hospitalized occupational rehabilitation is effective in improving social functioning of chronic schizophrenic patients,especially in improving items like participating in the occupational rehabilitation, social withdraw and concern and care about others.

According to the problem that the intelligence is not high of the soccer robot, using the mechanical theory as a guide, making some mechanical analyses and calculations on the pressure and transmutation states of chip kick mechanics, and conducting optimal design too, then making the structure of chip kick mechanics more and more rationalization. Experiments show that the new soccer robot controller features a quick response and high servo rigidity, and provide a kind of method for improving and perfecting the soccer robot control system, at the same time, filling the needs of producing. With the challenges and requirements of green ecological engineering development and industrial energy-saving emission reduction, the talent demand of industrial ecological aspects has increased rapidly in recent ten decades. However, no formal plan of study for industry ecology as a major has been disseminated, especially the lack of a graduated degree education of high specialist. This paper attempts to introduce the industrial ecological education concept, mode and experience carried on in engineering type universities, the plan of creating a program of study addressing the proficiencies a graduate student in industry ecology should have upon completion the degree based on the china educational system, to make the graduate of an industry ecology program as competitive on the labor market as students awarded traditional ecological engineering or environmental engineering degrees. Further, the specialization fields are suggested to complement the core of an industry ecology program, to enhance the education process and to give the student with a higher level of marketability degree.

A six-degree-of-freedom（6DoF） reduced-order partial integrated guidance and control（PIGC） scheme based on three dimensional（3D） relative dynamics is proposed in this paper. An analytical integrated design model（AIDM） with respect to the components of vehicle acceleration in the ballistic frame and vehicle’s three-channel body rates is deduced. A novel 3D coupling relative dynamic model between the target and flight vehicle is established based on the accurate coordinate transformations and AIDM. The commanded body rates are directly obtained by making first-order derivatives of elevation and azimuth angles of the line-of-sight（LOS） to converge to zero. Desired control surfaces are generated with the help of sliding mode control method and an expedient control allocation. The AIDM supersedes the traditional tracking processes of roll, yaw, and pitch angles, simplifies the design course of guidance and control system, and reduces the number of designed parameters. Finally, the effectiveness and robustness of the newly proposed guidance and control scheme are validated and verified via 6DoF nonlinear simulations.

A Functional-Structural Model of Rice Seedling Coupled with Nitrogen Metabolism

With the ability of representing the association and inner-feedback between plant morphological structure and physiological functions, functional-structural plant modeling （FSPM） approach has been used in many works, trying to better understand the mechanisms of integrating plant functions and its structure, and their communication with environmental factors. To do so, an FSPM of rice seedling was developed in this study, including structural morphogenetic model, photosynthetic model and biomass partitioning module. It can thus describe the developmental course of the rice structure dynamically based on the processes of biomass producing and partitioning. Furthermore, the processes of nitrogen metabolism, which influence the N content and growth dynamics of the virtual rice, were also considered. The model was developed with L-system on a platform established with Java programming language, which took over the parsing and visualization of the L-system strings to 3D objects using Java 3D extended library. The physiological processes in the model can be modified and further improved to gradually meet the needs for modeling the whole life cycle of rice, e.g., considering the respiration, and interaction with other environmental factors like CO2, temperature, etc.. The model was developed to provide a platform to systematically study and understand how plant systems like rice seedling work. The model and the virtualization platform can be expanded to provide decision support on N fertilizer application for the rice seedling and the other crops.
