The strategic role of health care within the Brazilian development agenda has been increasingly recognized and institutionalized. Aside from its importance as a structural element of the Welfare State, health care plays a leading role in generating innovation. Despite this, the productive base of Brazil’s health care system is extremely fragile, jeopardizing both the universal provision of health care services and the country’s competitive insertion in the globalized environment. This suggests the need for a more systematic analysis of the complex relationships that exist between the technological and the social interests involved in the productive base of health care provision in Brazil. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to enhance our understanding of the productive base of health care, especially given its potential to contribute to a socially inclusive development model, which is the ultimate goal in Brazil.

Intelligence attention model is a premise of implementing the structured monitoring of science and technology(S&T) information,and plays an important role in identifying intelligence value of S&T information and intelligence monitoring *** the characteristics of scientific information based on monitoring the express in the energy technology domain,this paper has found that the object and its behavior have an important role in intelligence value judgment and have institutional particularity,and the number of important institutions in the domain has *** these characteristics,an intelligence attention model based on object behavior has been proposed,which not only focuses on the objects themselves,but also is more concerned about object behavior as well as the event behind the *** evaluating and analyzing the application effect of this model,we find that this model can improve the degree of accuracy and refinement of intelligence value iudement.

AIM:To understand the changes and development of World Journal of Gastroenterology(WJG)in recent ***:The Journal Citation Report(JCR)and SCI-E database of the ISI Web of Knowledge were used to search the articles and data of related indices in WJG during *** methods were used for statistical analysis of the author’s degree of collaboration,collaboration rate,the first author’s publications,high-productivity authors,the authors’origins in each year;the distribution of the countries and journals of the authors citing WJG papers was also *** addition,the indices related to this journal in each year were compared with the data from 6 SCI journals in the field of gastroenterology in the 2012 ***:A total of 4409 papers in WJG were examined in this *** the period 2008-2012,the selfcitation rate was 8.59%,6.02%,5.50%,4.47%and5.21%.Of a total of 3898 first authors,3526 published1 paper,291 published 2 papers,59 published 3 papers,and 22 published 4 or more *** origin of WJG authors covered the six continents,and the majority came from Asia,Europe and North *** number of countries of origin of WJG authors was65,66,61,65 an 60 for the period *** from 66 countries cited a total of 3194 of the 4409 papers,and these citations were found in 1140 ***:The results suggest that WJG has stayed on the track of normal international publication and all the indices of this journal are stable and reasonable.

Purpose： To discuss the problems arising from hierarchical cluster analysis of co-occurrence matrices in SPSS, and the corresponding solutions. Design/methodology/approach： We design different methods of using the SPSS hierarchical clustering module for co-occurrence matrices in order to compare these methods. We offer the correct syntax to deactivate the similarity algorithm for clustering analysis within the hierarchical clustering module of SPSS. Findings： When one inputs co-occurrence matrices into the data editor of the SPSS hierarchical clustering module without deactivating the embedded similarity algorithm, the program calculates similarity twice, and thus distorts and overestimates the degree of similarity. Practical implications： We offer the correct syntax to block the similarity algorithm for clustering analysis in the SPSS hierarchical clustering module in the case of co-occurrence matrices. This syntax enables researchers to avoid obtaining incorrect results. Originality/value： This paper presents a method of editing syntax to prevent the default use of a similarity algorithm for SPSS＇s hierarchical clustering module. This will help researchers, especially those from China, to properly implement the co-occurrence matrix when using SPSS for hierarchical cluster analysis, in order to provide more scientific and rational results.
