Owing to contain a great deal of hydroxyl in Potato Starch, between the molecules and inside of molecules have very strong hydroxyl action. Thus, the liquate temperature is higher than disintegrate temperature, so it is difficult to process. Under the microscope, the microcosmic construction is a polar crystal molecule, and it appears globe *** make the original potato starch into possession thermoplastic, we must make molecule of starch to change construct into amorphous state to form thermoplastic starch colophony. Besides auxiliary agent, shearing stress, temperature, time, pressure and hydrous quantity can affect the quality of starch thermoplastic too. Thus, crystallize state is changed into amorphous state. The transmutation of starch molecule property may be seen clearly from X diffraction chart and analyses of the construction property,By means of the denaturation, the crystal area of potato starch is broken,its crystallization degree is decreased,and its molecular chains are in amorphous state. Alzheimer's disease(AD) is characterized by a nonlinear progressive course and several aspects influence the relationship between cerebral amount of AD pathology and the clinical expression of the disease. Brain cognitive reserve(CR) refers to the hypothesized capacity of an adult brain to cope with brain damage in order to minimize symptomatology. CR phenomenon contributed to explain the disjunction between the degree of neurodegeneration and the clinical phenotype of AD. The possibility to track brain amyloidosis(Aβ) in vivo has huge relevance for AD diagnosis and new therapeutic approaches. The clinical repercussions of positron emission tomography(PET)-assessed Aβ load are certainly mediated by CR thus potentially hampering the prognostic meaning of amyloid PET in selected groups of patients. Similarly, amyloid PET and cerebrospinal fluid amyloidosis biomarkers have recently provided new evidence for CR. The present review discusses the concept of CR in the framework of available neuroimaging studies and specifically deals with the reciprocal influences between amyloid PET and CR in AD patients and with the potential consequent interventional strategies for AD.

The Impacts of Regional Rainfall and Upstream Effect on Runoff of Xiangjiang River of Guizhou

Based on monthly runoff data of Xiangjiang River of Guizhou from June 2013 to June 2015 and monthly runoff data of Yachi River of Guizhou from April 2014 to May 2015,using REOF and multiple linear regression analysis,the effects of regional rainfall and monthly runoff of upstream river on monthly runoff of Xiangjiang River were studied. Seasonal temporal-spatial change of monthly runoff of Xiangjiang River and Yachi River mainly had two kinds of modalites. The first modality was artificial influence mode,which was absolutely main component of seasonal change of monthly runoff in Xiangjiang River and Yachi River,and peak appeared during August-October. Here,component of Yachi River was far larger than that of Xiangjiang River,and artificial control ability of monthly runoff in Xiangjiang River was far larger than Yachi River. The second modality was natural influence mode,and peak appeared in July. Xiangjiang River and Yachi River had similar natural influence component,and the component was only tiny part of seasonal change of monthly runoff in Xiangjiang River and Yachi River. Water gathering change of Xiangjiang River headstream showed by monthly runoff of Yachi River and the first mode of regional rainfall were main influence factors of monthly runoff of Xiangjiang River. Monthly runoff of Xiangjiang River,monthly runoff of Yachi River and the first mode of regional rainfall all had the same-phase seasonal change.

Based on monthly runoff data of Yachi River of Guizhou from April 2014 to May 2015,and monthly rainfall data of Guiyang,Xichang,Wenjiang and Chongqing weather stations from January 2007 to November 2015,the influence of temporal-spatial component of regional rainfall on monthly runoff of Yachi River was analyzed by using REOF,multiple linear regression analysis and harmonic ***-spatial change of monthly rainfall around Yachi River mainly contained four kinds of *** first mode was northwest-southeast type,and the second mode was south-north type,and the third mode was east-west *** components of the three modes were all quasi equilibrium seasonal and interannual *** them,the first and second modes had stable seasonal change,while seasonal change of the third mode was the most unstable,and drought-flood situation of season variation was easy to *** change form of monthly runoff in Yachi River was obviously different from regional monthly rainfall,and it was mainly affected by underlying surface topography and human activity(reservoir and hydropower station),and could not make a natural response to seasonal change of rainfall in *** third mode of regional monthly rainfall and cycle fitting amount of had insignificant impact on monthly runoff of Yachi River,while the first mode of regional monthly rainfall and cycle fitting amount showed significantly positive correlation with monthly runoff of Yachi *** second mode of regional monthly rainfall and cycle fitting amount had significantly negative correlation with monthly runoff of Yachi River,and Yachi River had significant water-storage regulation effect on the mode *** River did not have water-storage regulation effect on flood component of seasonal variation of regional monthly rainfall.

Based on the investigation data of PHC content in Jiaozhou Bay,China during 1980-1981,the vertical distribution of PHC content in the water of Jiaozhou Bay was *** results showed that from 1980 to 1981,the vertical distribution of PHC content in the water of Jiaozhou Bay depended on the water transfer process of *** the water transfer process of PHC,PHC was input from pollution sources into the surface water of the bay firstly,and then it settled to the *** horizontal distribution trends of PHC content in the surface and bottom water,the changes of PHC content in the surface and bottom water,and the vertical changes of PHC content showed that the settlement of PHC was fast and was consistent with PHC *** accumulated at the bottom after continuous settlement of PHC,which revealed the water transfer process of PHC in Jiaozhou Bay.

According to the investigation data of PHC content in Jiaozhou Bay,China from 1979 to 1983,the content,sources,horizontal,vertical and seasonal distribution,and transfer laws of PHC in the water of the bay were analyzed on spatial scale,and the processes of pollution sources,land transfer,sedimentation,and water transfer of PHC in Jiaozhou Bay were discussed on temporal scale. These laws and changing processes could provide theoretical foundation for studies on water transfer of PHC and other heavy metals.

Objective: To identify the characteristics of patients with myopic choroidal neovascularization (CNV) who had a favorable visual prognosis without treatment. Methods: We reviewed the medical records of 52 conse cutive patients (57 eyes) with myopic CNV who were followed for at least 5 years after the onset of CNV. Clinical characteristics (patient age, CNV size and location, visual acuity at onset, chorioretinal atrophy development around CNV, and degree of myopia) were compared between patients whose visual acuity 5 years after CNV onset was better than 20/40 and those whose visual acuity was worse than 20/200. Results: Among 57 eyes, eight eyes (14.0% ; 8 patients) had a final visual acuity better than 20/40. On the other hand,37 eyes (64.9% ;33 patients) had a final visual acuity worse than 20/200. Statistical analysis revealed that the patients with a good prognosis (final visual acuity better than 20/40) were significantly younger, had significantly smaller CNV, and significantly better initial visual acuity (Mann-Whitney U-test, P < 0.05). Juxtafoveal CNV was more frequently observed in patients with a good prognosis than in those with a poor prognosis (Fisher’ s exact probability test, P < 0.05). Only one patient (12.5% ) in the good prognosis group developed a very limited area of chorioretinal atrophy around the regressed CNV, while 91.9% of the patients in the poor prognosis group developed chorioretinal atrophy. Refractive status and the axial length measurements did not differ between the two groups. Conclusions: Some young patients with myopic CNV retain favorable vision over the long term without active treatment. These informationmight be useful to predict the visual outcome of patients with myopic CNV.
