Ghost Module Based Residual Mixture of Self-Attention and Convolution for Online Signature Verification

Online Signature Verification (OSV), as a personal identification technology, is widely used in various ***, it faces challenges, such as incomplete feature extraction, low accuracy, and computational heaviness. Toaddress these issues, we propose a novel approach for online signature verification, using a one-dimensionalGhost-ACmix Residual Network (1D-ACGRNet), which is a Ghost-ACmix Residual Network that combines convolutionwith a self-attention mechanism and performs improvement by using Ghost method. The Ghost-ACmix Residualstructure is introduced to leverage both self-attention and convolution mechanisms for capturing global featureinformation and extracting local information, effectively complementing whole and local signature features andmitigating the problem of insufficient feature extraction. Then, the Ghost-based Convolution and Self-Attention(ACG) block is proposed to simplify the common parts between convolution and self-attention using the Ghostmodule and employ feature transformation to obtain intermediate features, thus reducing computational ***, feature selection is performed using the random forestmethod, and the data is dimensionally reducedusing Principal Component analysis (PCA). Finally, tests are implemented on the MCYT-100 datasets and theSVC-2004 Task2 datasets, and the equal error rates (EERs) for small-sample training using five genuine andforged signatures are 3.07% and 4.17%, respectively. The EERs for training with ten genuine and forged signaturesare 0.91% and 2.12% on the respective datasets. The experimental results illustrate that the proposed approacheffectively enhances the accuracy of online signature verification.

Neuroinflammation,mediated by the nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor family pyrin domain-containing-3(NLRP3)inflammasome,is a significant contributor to the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative diseases(NDDs).Reynos-in,a natural sesquiterpene lactone(SL),exhibits a broad spectrum of pharmacological effects,suggesting its potential therapeutic ***,the effects and mechanism of reynosin on neuroinflammation remain *** current study explores the effects and mechanisms of reynosin on neuroinflammation using mice and BV-2 microglial cells treated with lipopolysaccharide(LPS).Our findings reveal that reynosin effectively reduces microglial inflammation in vitro,as demonstrated by decreased CD11b expression and lowered interleukin-1 beta(IL-1β)and interleukin-18(IL-18)mRNA and protein ***,in vivo,results showed a re-duction in the number of Iba-1 positive cells and alleviation of morphological alterations,alongside decreased expressions of IL-1βand *** analysis indicates that reynosin inhibits NLRP3 inflammasome activation,evidenced by reduced transcription of NLRP3 and caspase-1,diminished NLRP3 protein expression,inhibited apoptosis-associated speck-like protein containing a CARD(ASC)oli-gomerization,and decreased caspase-1 ***,reynosin curtailed the activation of nicotinamide adenine dinuc-leotide phosphate(NADPH)oxidase,demonstrated by reduced NADP^(+)and NADPH levels,downregulation of gp91^(phox) mRNA,pro-tein expression,suppression of p47^(phox) expression and translocation to the ***,reynosin exhibited a neuroprotective effect against microglial inflammation in vivo and in *** collective findings underscore reynosin’s capacity to mitigate mi-croglial inflammation by inhibiting the NLRP3 inflammasome,thus highlighting its potential as a therapeutic agent for managing neuroinflammation.

Numerical Simulation-Based analysis of the Impact of Overloading on Segmentally Assembled Bridges

Segmentally assembled bridges are increasinglyﬁnding engineering applications in recent years due to their unique advantages,especially as urban *** loads are one of the most important variable loads acting on bridge ***,the inﬂuence of overloaded vehicles on existing assembled bridge structures is an urgent concern at *** paper establishes theﬁnite element model of the segmentally assembled bridge based on ABAQUS software and analyzes the inﬂuence of vehicle overload on an assembled girder bridge ***,aﬁnite element model corresponding to the target bridge is established based on ABAQUS software,and the load is controlled to simulate vehicle movement in each area of the traveling zone at different ***-ond,the key cross-sections of segmental girder bridges are monitored in real time based on the force character-istics of continuous girder bridges,and they are compared with the simulation ***,a material damage ontology model is introduced,and the structural damage caused by different overloading rates is compared and *** show that theﬁnite element modeling method is accurate by comparing with on-site measured data,and it is suitable for the numerical simulation of segmental girder bridges;Dynamic sensors installed at 1/4L,1/2L,and 3/4L of the segmental girder main beams could be used to identify the dynamic response of segmental girder bridges;The bottom plate of the segmental girder bridge is mostly damaged at the position where the length of the precast beam section changes and the midspan *** the increase in load,damage in the direction of the bridge develops faster than that in the direction of the transverse ***ﬁndings of this study can guide maintenance departments in the management and maintenance of bridges and vehicles.

An evaluation and query algorithm for the influence of spatial location based on RkNN

This paper is devoted to the investigation of the evaluation and query algorithm problem for the influence of spatial location based on RkNN(reverse k nearest neighbor).On the one hand,an object can make contribution to multiple ***,for the existing measures for evaluating the influence of spatial location,an object only makes contribution to one location,and its influence is usually measured by the number of spatial objects in the *** this case,a new measure for evaluating the influence of spatial location based on the RkNN is *** the weight of the contribution is determined by the distance between the object and the location,the influence weight definition is given,which meets the actual *** the other hand,a query algorithm for the influence of spatial location is introduced based on the proposed ***,an algorithm named INCH(INtersection’s Convex Hull)is applied to get candidate regions,where all objects are ***,kNN and Range-k are used to refine ***,according to the proposed measure,the weights of objects in RkNN results are computed,and the influence of the location is *** experimental results on the real data show that the optimized algorithms outperform the basic algorithm on *** addition,in order to provide the best customer service in the location problem and make the best use of all infrastructures,a location algorithm with the query is presented based on *** influence of each facility is calculated in the location program and the equilibrium coefficient is used to evaluate the reasonability of the location in the *** smaller the equilibrium coefficient is,the more reasonability the program *** actual application shows that the location based on influence makes the location algorithm more reasonable and available.

[Objectives]The paper was to analyze the yield characteristics of a new high-quality disease-resistant wheat variety Chuanmai 618.[Methods]The yield characteristics of Chuanmai 618 were analyzed using the AMMI model and GGE biplot based on data from a 2-year regional test and a 1-year production test.[Results]The analysis of the AMMI model for the 2-year regional test indicated that Chuanmai 618 had a moderate yield and good *** the production test,Chuanmai 618 had an average yield of 450.52 kg/666.7 m^(2),an effective spike of 235700 spike/666.7 m^(2),a 1000-seed weight of 47.93 g,and a kernel number per spike of *** AMMI analysis sequencing graph showed that the varieties were ranked in the following order:Zhongkemai 1816>Chuanmai 618>Shumai 1958>Chuanyu 42>Mianmai 367>Xikemai *** to the GE analysis,Chuanmai 618 had comparative advantages.[Conclusions]The new wheat variety Chuanmai 618 is a high-quality disease-resistant variety with good yield and stability.

Influence of perinatal factors on full-term low-birth-weight infants and construction of a predictive model

BACKGROUND Being too light at birth can increase the risk of various diseases during *** To explore the effect of perinatal factors on term low-birth-weight(LBW)infants and build a predictive *** model aims to guide the clinical management of pregnant women’s healthcare during pregnancy and support the healthy growth of *** A retrospective analysis was conducted on data from 1794 single full-term pregnant women who gave *** were grouped based on birth weight:Those with birth weightanalysis was used to identify the factors influencing the occurrence of full-term LBW.A risk prediction model was established based on the analysis *** effectiveness of the model was analyzed using the Hosmer–Leme show test and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve to verify the accuracy of the *** Among the 1794 pregnant women,there were 62 cases of neonatal weight<2.5 kg,resulting in an LBW incidence rate of 3.46%.The factors influencing full-term LBW included low maternal education level[odds ratio(OR)=1.416],fewer prenatal examinations(OR=2.907),insufficient weight gain during pregnancy(OR=3.695),irregular calcium supplementation during pregnancy(OR=1.756),and pregnancy hypertension syndrome(OR=2.192).The prediction model equation was obtained as follows:Logit(P)=0.348×maternal education level+1.067×number of prenatal examinations+1.307×insufficient weight gain during pregnancy+0.563×irregular calcium supplementation during pregnancy+0.785×pregnancy hypertension syndrome−*** area under the ROC curve for this model was 0.853,with a sensitivity of 0.852 and a specificity of *** Hosmer–Leme show test yieldedχ^(2)=2.185,P=0.449,indicating a good *** overall accuracy of the clinical validation model was 81.67%.CONCLUSION The occurrence of full-te

Factors influencing physician's behavioral intention to use Traditional Chinese Medicine to treat coronavirus disease 2019 based on the theory of planned behavior
