Background: Subclinical necrotic enteritis(SNE), a common intestinal disease of broiler caused by Clostridium perfringens, could reduce production performance of broilers by chronic intestinal damage and poor absorption of nutrients. Ellagic acid(EA) has been reported to present antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties on human and animals in many aspects. This study was conducted to evaluate the effect and mechanism of EA in relieving SNE in broilers induced by C. ***: C. perfringens challenge decreased body weight(BW), average daily gain(ADG), jejunal villi height/crypt depth(V/C) ratio, the activity of catalase(CAT) and the mRNA expression of zonula occludens 1(ZO-1) in jejunal mucosa of broilers. While feed conversion ratios(FCR), jejunal crypt depth(CD), the activities of myeloperoxidase(MPO) and diamine oxidase(DAO), as well as the concentrations of interleukin 6(IL-6), C-reactive protein(CRP) and procalcitonin(PCT) in serum, the activities of inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) and lysozyme(LZM), the concentration of malondialdehyde(MDA), and the mRNA expressions of claudin-2, TNF-α, IL-1β, TLR-4, TLR-2, NF-κB,JAK3, STAT6 and iNOS in jejunal mucosa of broilers were increased by C. perfringens challenge. Dietary EA supplement relieved these adverse effects, and heightened jejunal villi height(VH), the concentration of D-xylose in plasma, activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD), and the mRNA expression of occludin in jejunal mucosa of *** alpha diversity of cecal microbiota indicated that dietary EA supplement increased observed species and Shannon index. C. perfringens challenge increased the relative abundance of Firmicutes and decreased the relative abundance of Desulfobacterota in cecal microbiota. EA increased the relative abundance of Firmicutes in cecal microbiota. Monochamus alternatus （Hope） specimens were collected from nine geographical populations in China, where the pinewood nematode Bursaphelenchus xylophilus （Steiner et Buhrer） was present. There were seven populations in southwestern China in Yunnan Province （Ruili, Wanding, Lianghe, Pu＇er, Huaning, Stone Forest and Yongsheng）, one in central China in Hubei Province （Wuhan）, and one in eastern China in Zhejiang Province （Hangzhou）. Twenty-two polymorphic sites were recognized and 18 haplotypes were established by analyzing a 565 bp gene fragment of mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase subunit II （co II）. Kimura two-parameter distances demonstrated that M. alternatus populations in Ruili, Wanding and Lianghe （in southwestern Yunnan） differed from the other four Yunnan populations but were similar to the Zhejiang population. No close relationship was found between the M. alternatus populations in Yunnan and Hubei. Phylogenetic reconstruction established a neighbor-joining （N J） tree, which divided haplotypes of southwestern Yunnan and the rest of Yunnan into different clades with considerable bootstrapping values. Analysis of molecular variance and spatial analysis of molecular variance also suggested significant genetic differentiation between M. alternatus populations in southwestern Yunnan and the rest of Yunnan. Our research suggests that non-local populations of M. alternates, possibly from eastern China, have become established in southwestern Yunnan. Storage Characteristics of Five Kiwifruit Varieties in Hunan Province

Five kiwifruit varieties(Hongyang, Donghong, Jinyan, Cuiyu, Miliang1)in Hunan were picked and stored at room temperature. Sensory indicators(softening rate, decay rate, and firmness), nutritional quality(soluble solid content, titratable acid, and VC), tissue cell aging indexes(malondialdehyde, membrane permeability),and activity of polyphenol oxidase(PPO) and peroxidase(POD) during storage were analyzed. Results showed that firmness of Hongyang, Miliang1, and Cuiyu decreased rapidly, particularly Hongyang. The firmness of Donghong and Jinyan decreased slowly, but the decrease of Jinyan was slower than that of Donghong. Softening rate and decay rate were significantly different among the varieties. To be specific, the softening rate and decay rate of Jinyan were lower than those of Hongyang. Soluble solid content rose at early stage and then declined. Soluble solid content was high in Hongyang after storage for 12 d and high in Donghong and Jinyan after storage for 15 d. content of titratable acid dropped slowly. Maximum VC content of Donghong,Jinyan, and Cuiyu was higher than that of Hongyang and Miliang 1. The inflection point of relative conductivity increase increase of Jinyan appeared later than that of Hangyang. The MAD content of Jinyan and Donghong kept at a low level. Storage characteristics of different kiwifruit varieties were significant. Storage time was in the order of Hongyang < Miliang 1 < Cuiyu < Donghong < Jinyan. In summary,Hongyang, Cuiyu, and Miliang1 should not be stored for a long time, while longterm storage is favorable for Jinyan and Donghong.

An experimental investigation on transmission welding of polycarbonate( PC) filled with and without black carbon has been carried out. Furthermore,correlations between the laser transmission welding parameters and output variables are developed by applying response surface methodology( RSM). The process parameters of the model include laser power,welding speed,clamping force and cooling time,the output parameters of the model include maximum tensile load. The design expert v8. 05 b establishes the design matrix and obtains the regression equation,in order to analyze the influence of the process parameters on the tensile load. The analysis-of-variance( ANOVA) method is used to check the models' *** reveal that the measured and calculated results are in good agreement.

The influences of hyperbranched polyethylenimine （hPEI）, which possesses many reactive amino end-groups, on the blending properties of bisphenol-A polycarbonate （PC） and amorphous polyamide （aPA） were systematically investigated. Scanning electron microscopy （SEM） and differential scanning calorimetry （DSC） were used to observe the effect of hPE1 on morphologies of PC and aPA phases in bulk blends. While the interfacial fracture toughness between planar PC and aPA layers with and without hPEI was studied by using augmented double cantilever beam （ADCB） method. Results show that the compatibility in PC/aPA blends can be significantly improved by adding a small amount of hPEI, mainly due to the interchange reactions between the polymers leading to the formation of block copolymers, cross-linked polymers and molecules with other constitutions. The augmented double cantilever beam experiments showed that the reactive process drastically reinforced the interfacial adhesion between planar layers of PC and aPA. However, degradation takes place during annealing at 180℃, which was responsible for the production of small molar mass species of PC.

Aiming at the multi-antenna communication systems, a downlink transmit scheme combining adaptive beamforming （ABF） with space-time block coding （STBC） is first presented, which utilizes the maximization of the output mean signal-to-noise ratio （SNR） and the minimization of the symbol error rate （SER） upper bound of the three widely used modulations as the design criteria. Then, based on the moment generating function （MGF） and the Gauss-Chebyshev integration, a simple and accurate numerical method is presented to analyze the SER performance of the system with the new transmit scheme under the three commonly used modulations. Finally, computer simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed strategy.
