Cyanoethylation of phenylamine is one of the important steps for the production of dicyanoethyl-based disperse ***,the exothermic nature of this reaction and the inherent instability of intermittent dynamic operation pose challenges in achieving both high safety and reaction *** this study,a co.tinuous cyanoethylation of phenylamine for synthesizing N,N-dicyanoethylaniline in a microreactor system has been *** optimizing the reaction co.ditions,the reaction time was significantly reduced from over 2 h in batch operation to approximately 14 min in the microreactor,while high co.version and selectivity were *** on the reaction network co.structed,the reaction kinetics was established,and the kinetic parameters were then *** findings provide valuable insights into a co.trollable cyanoethylation reaction,which would be helpful for the design of efficient processes and optimization of reactors.

In the petrochemical industry process, the relative volatility between the co.ponents to be separated is close to one or the azeotrope that systems are difficult to separate. Liquid-liquid extraction is a co.mon and effective separation method, and selecting an extraction agent is the key to extraction technology research. In this paper, a design method of extractants based on elements and chemical bonds was proposed. A knowledge-based molecular design method was adopted to pre-select elements and chemical bond groups. The molecules were automatically synthesized acco.ding to specific co.bination rules to avoid the problem of “co.bination explosion” of molecules. The target properties of the extractant were set, and the extractant meeting the requirements was selected by predicting the co.relation physical properties of the generated molecules. Based on the separation performance of the extractant in liquid-liquid extraction and the relative importance of each index, the fuzzy co.prehensive evaluation membership function was established, the analytic hierarchy process determined the mass ratio of each index, and the co.sistency test results were passed. The results of case study based on quantum chemical analysis demonstrated that effective determination of extractants for the analysis of benzene-cyclohexane systems. The results unanimously prove that the method has important theoretical significance and application value.

A novel integrated film of sulfonated polysulfone/graphene/potassium co.per ferricyanide(KCuFC/SPSG)was used for selectively extracting rubidium ion(Rb^(+))from *** form KCuFC/SPSG,the precursor film of sulfonated polysulfone/graphene(SPSG)was synthesized by phase co.version process,which was alternately immersed in 0.1 mol·L^(-1)CuSO_(4)/K_(4)[Fe(CN)_(6)]by in-situ adsorption co.pled co.precipitation *** data such as nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer,Fourier transform infrared spectrosco.e,X-ray photoelectron spectrosco.e,X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microsco.e,and energy dispersive spectrosco.y all verified that abundant KCuFC were uniformly located on the *** resulting KCuFC/SPSG was used in film separation *** the solution was fed into the system,the Rb^(+)co.ld be selectively adsorption by KCuFC/*** the saturation adsorption,0.5 mol·L^(-1)NH_(4)Cl/HCl was fed into the film cell,Rb^(+)co.ld be quickly desorbed by ion-exchange between Rb^(+)and NH_(4)^(+)in the lattice of *** purpose of separating and reco.ering Rb^(+)from the brine can be achieved after the repeated *** effects of pH,adsorption time,and interferential ions on the adsorption capacity of Rb^(+)were investigated by batch *** adsorption behavior fits the pseudo-seco.d order kinetic process,while KCuFC has a higher adsorption capacity(Langmuir maximum sorption 165.4 mg·g^(-1)).In addition,KCuFC/SPSG shows excellent selectivity for Rb^(+)even in co.plex brine ***/SPSG co.ld maintain 93.5%extraction efficiency after five adsorption/desorption cycles.

Ruthenium(Ru)is an attractive potential alternative to platinum as an electrocatalyst for the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR),in virtue of its high catalytic selectivity and relatively low *** this work,a series of well-dispersed nitrogen-co.rdinated Ru-clusters on carbon black(Ru_(x)N_(y)/C)were prepared by pyrolyzing different Ru-co.taining sandwich co.pounds as the Ru *** higher thermal stability of these co.plexed sandwich precursors(bis(1,2,3,4,5-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl)Ru(II)monomer,dichloro(p-cymene)Ru(II)dimer,and chloro(1,2,3,4,5-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl)Ru(II)tetramer)affords the co.trol of co.rdinated state for the resulting Ru-clusters,in co.parison of that derived from ruthenium *** the pyrolysis treatment,the Ru co.rdinated state in Ru_(x)N_(y)/C,with the Ru–N and Ru–Ru bonds,still showed the structural inheritance from the Ru(II)monomer,dimer,and tetramer,but using ruthenium chlorides as the Ru source resulted in the nanoscale Ru *** ORR testing exhibited that the Ru_(x)N_(y)/C sample derived from the Ru(II)tetramer(Ru_(x)N_(y)/C-T)presents the higher catalytic activity than the other obtained samples in either alkaline or acidic *** in the acidic electrolyte,Ru_(x)N_(y)/C-T shows the co.parable ORR activity to that of Pt/C catalysts,and it shows the superior tolerance against methanol and *** X-ray absorption spectrosco.y and density functional theory calculations demonstrate that these tetra-nuclear Ru-clusters co.ld be the most active site due to their broadened d-orbital bands and lower energy d-band center than those of other subnano species and nanocrystals,and their favorable Yeager-type adsorption of O_(2)-molecules is also co.tributed to promoting O–O bond cleavage and accelerating the ORR process.

A novel and readily available binaphthyl-based fluorescent probe（S）-1 was designed and synthesized.（S）-1 can be used to not only chemoselectively discriminate 3 basic amino acids out of co.mon amino acids, but also enantioselectively reco.nize histidine. Enco.ragingly, enantioselective imaging of histidine in cells was achieved for the first time by the probe（S）-1. These performances endowed it potential application in the chiral analysis of basic amino acids in asymmetric synthesis and cell imaging for diagnosis of diseases caused by racemization of histidine. Nuclear magnetic resonance（NMR） and mass spectrometry investigations suggested that different reaction extent of（S）-1 with L/D-histidine and different product structures generated the observed enantioselective fluorescent response. The molecular structures and thermodynamic stability of the co.plexes, formed from（S）-1 + Zn2+and enantiomers of histidine, were calculated by Gaussian 16 based on density functional theory（DFT） to validate the above action mechanism.

Design of highly active and durable oxygen evolution catalyst with intrinsic chlorine inhibition property for seawater electrolysis

High-efficiency seawater electrolysis is impeded by the low activity and low durability of oxygen evolution catalysts due to the co.plex co.position and co.petitive side reactions in ***,a heterogeneousstructured catalyst is co.structed by depositing NiFe-layered double hydroxides （NiFe-LDH） on the substrate of MXene （V2CTx） modified Ni foam （NF）,and abbreviated as NiFe-LDH/V2CTx/*** demonstrated,owing to the intrinsic negative charge characteristic of V2CTx,chlorine ions are denied entry to the interface between NiFeLDH and V2CTx/NF substrate,thus endowing NiFe-LDH/V2CTx/NF catalyst with high co.rosion resistance and durable stability for 110 h at 500 mA ***,the two-dimensional structure and high electrical co.ductivity of V2CTxcan respectively enlarge the electrochemical active surface area and guarantee fast charge transfer,thereby synergistically promoting the catalytic performance of NiFe-LDH/V2CTx/NF in both deionized water electrolyte (261 m V at 100 m A cm-2) and simulated seawater electrolyte (241 mV at 100 mA cm-2).This work can guide the preparation of oxygen evolution catalysts and accelerate the industrialization of seawater electrolysis.

Preparation of α-High Strength Gypsum from Flue Gas Desulfurization Gypsum Pretreated by Hydrothermal-aging Method

The synthesis of α-calcium sulfate hemihydrate (α-CSH) from flue gas desulfurization (FGD)gypsum is a good way to realize the co.prehensive utilization of FGD gypsum. To obtainα-CSH with the satisfactory performances, a facile hydrothermal-aging pretreatment process for FGD gypsum raw materials was proposed, where FGD gypsum was firstly hydrothermally co.verted to α-CSH whiskers, and α-CSH whiskers were further hydrated to synthesize CaSO4·2H2O (CSD) by aging under the regulation of N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide (MBA). The effects of aging time, MBA addition, aging temperature, and pH on the morphology of the synthesized CSD were investigated. The synthesized CSD crystals exhibit highly uniform prismatic morphology with the length of ca 100μm and the whiteness of 91.56%. The regulation mechanism of MBA was also illustrated. The synthesized CSD crystals with prismatic morphology were further used as raw materials to synthesize the short co.umnar α-CSH. The absolute dry co.pressive strength of paste prepared from the short co.umnar α-CSH is 40.85 MPa, which reaches α40 strength grade.
