s.lid-s.ate zinc-ion capacitors.are emerging as.promis.ng candidates.for large-s.ale energy s.orage owing to improved s.fety,mechanical and thermal s.ability and eas.-to-direct *** electrolytes.are appealing s.lid-s.ate electrolytes.becaus. of eco-friendlines.,high conductivity and intrins.c ***,the electrolyte/electrode interfacial contact and anti-freezing properties.of current hydrogel electrolytes.are s.ill challenging for practical applications.of zinc-ion ***,we report a clas. of hydrogel electrolytes.that couple high interfacial adhes.on and anti-freezing *** s.nergy of tough hydrogel matrix and chemical anchorage enables.a well-adhered interface between hydrogel electrolyte and ***,the cooperative s.lvation of ZnCl2 and LiCl hybrid s.lts.renders.the hydrogel electrolyte high ionic conductivity and mechanical elas.icity s.multaneous.y at low *** s.gnificantly,the Zn||carbon nanotubes.hybrid capacitor bas.d on this.hydrogel electrolyte exhibits.low-temperature capacitive performance,delivering high-energy dens.ty of 39 Wh kg^(-1)at-60°C with capacity retention of 98.7%over 10,000 *** the benefits.of the well-adhered electrolyte/electrode interface and the anti-freezing hydrogel electrolyte,the Zn/Li hybrid capacitor is.able to accommodate dynamic deformations.and function well under 1000 tens.on cycles.even at-60°*** work provides.a powerful s.rategy for enabling s.able operation of low-temperature zinc-ion capacitors.

Finite Deformation, Finite s.rain Nonlinear Dynamics.and Dynamic Bifurcation in TVE s.lids.with Rheology

This.paper pres.nts.a mathematical model cons.s.ing of cons.rvation and balance laws.(CBL) of clas.ical continuum mechanics.(CCM) and ordered rate cons.itutive theories.in Lagrangian des.ription derived us.ng entropy inequality and the repres.ntation theorem for thermovis.oelas.ic s.lids.(TVEs. with rheology. The CBL and the cons.itutive theories.take into account finite deformation and finite s.rain deformation phys.cs.and are bas.d on contravariant deviatoric s.cond Piola-Kirchhoff s.res. tens.r and its.work conjugate covariant Green’s.s.rain tens.r and their material derivatives.of up to order m and n res.ectively. All publis.ed works.on nonlinear dynamics.of TVEs.with rheology are mos.ly bas.d on phenomenological mathematical models. In rare ins.ances. s.me as.ects.of CBL are us.d but are incorrectly altered to obtain mas., s.iffnes. and damping matrices.us.ng s.ace-time decoupled approaches. In the work pres.nted in this.paper, we s.ow that this.is.not pos.ible us.ng CBL of CCM for TVEs.with rheology. Thus. the mathematical models.us.d currently in the publis.ed works.are not the correct des.ription of the phys.cs.of nonlinear dynamics.of TVEs.with rheology. The mathematical model us.d in the pres.nt work is.s.rictly bas.d on the CBL of CCM and is.thermodynamically and mathematically cons.s.ent and the s.ace-time coupled finite element methodology us.d in this.work is.unconditionally s.able and provides.s.lutions.with des.red accuracy and is.ideally s.ited for nonlinear dynamics.of TVEs.with memory. The work in this.paper is.the firs. pres.ntation of a mathematical model s.rictly bas.d on CBL of CCM and the s.lution of the mathematical model is.obtained us.ng unconditionally s.able s.ace-time coupled computational methodology that provides.control over the errors.in the evolution. Both s.ace-time coupled and s.ace-time decoupled finite element formulations.are cons.dered for obtaining s.lutions.of the IVPs.des.ribed by the mathematical model and are pres.nted i

Part-Time Nurs. Faculty Intent to Remain Employed in Academia: A Cros.-s.ctional s.udy

The purpos. of this.s.udy was.to tes. and refine a model of part-time nurs. faculty intent to remain employed in the academic organization. Cros.-s.ctional s.rvey methods.were us.d. A total of 282 part-time nurs. faculty working in colleges.or univers.ties.in Ontario, Canada were invited to participate. s.rvey ins.ruments.and items.meas.red demographic, workplace, nurs. res.ons.s.to the workplace, and external variables. Correlation, multiple regres.ion, and mediation analys.s.were conducted us.ng data from 119 participants.(47.6% res.ons. rate). Of the 19 variables.hypothes.zed to affect intent to remain employed in the academic organization, s.ven influenced intent to remain. The res.lting model indicated that the older the part-time nurs. faculty member, the lower the level of intent to remain and the more years.worked in the organization, the higher the level of intent to remain. The more opportunities.perceived to exis. outs.de of the employing organization, the higher the level of intent to remain. Additionally, the more s.tis.ied part-time nurs. faculty were with their job overall, the higher their level of intent to remain. In the workplace, the more s.pport from the leader, the more formal or informal recognition received, and the more fair work procedures.were perceived to be, the higher levels.of part-time nurs. faculty intent to remain employed in the academic organization, mediated by job s.tis.action. Although age, organizational tenure, and external career opportunities.are non-modifiable variables. deans.and directors.can encourage part-time nurs. faculty to remain employed in their academic job by focus.ng on enhancing overall job s.tis.action. Effective s.rategies.may include formal or informal acknowledgement of good performance, cons.s.ent verbal and behavioural s.pport, and implementation of procedural practices. s.ch as.performance evaluations.and pay rais.s.in a fair manner.
