We investigate the spin-related currents and tunnel magnetoresistance through a quantum dot,which is side-coupled with a Majorana fermion zero mode and two thermal-driven ferromagnetic *** is found that the interplay of Majorana fermion and electrodes'spin polarization can induce a nonlinear thermal-bias spin *** interplay also decreases the total magnitude of spin or charge current,in either parallel or antiparallel *** addition,a thermal-driven negative tunnel magnetoresistance is found,which is an unique feature to characterize Majorana *** large temperature difference,a step phenomenon is observed in gate tuned spin-up *** the coupling between quantum dot and topological superconductor is strong enough,this step will evolve into a linear relation,revealing Majorana fermion's robustness.

An optomechanical cavity embedded with a V-type three-level atom is exploited to control single-photon transport in a one-dimensional waveguide. The effects of the atom–cavity detuning, the optomechanical effect,the coupling strengths between the cavity and the atom or the waveguide, and the atomic dissipation on the single-photon transport properties are analyzed systematically. Interestingly, the single-photon transmission spectra show multiple double electromagnetically induced transparency. Moreover, the double electromagnetically induced transparency can be switched to a single one by tuning the atom–cavity detuning.

The K-shell x-rays of Ti, V, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, and Zn induced by 424-MeV/u C^（6＋） ion impact are measured. It is found that the K x-ray shifts to the high energy side and the intensity ratio of Kβ/Kα is larger than the atomic data, owing to the L-shell multiple-ionization. The x-ray production cross sections are deduced from the experimental counts and compared with the binary encounter approximation（BEA）, plane wave approximation（PWBA） and energy-loss Coulomb-repulsion perturbed-stationary-state relativistic（ECPSSR） theoretical predictions. The BEA model with considering the multipleionization fluorescence yield is in better consistence with the experimental results. In addition, the cross section as a function of target atomic K-shell binding energy is presented.

The relativistic consistent angular-momentum projected shell model(ReCAPS) is used in the study of the structure and electromagnetic transitions of the low-lying states in the N=Z nucleus *** model calculations show a reasonably good agreement with the *** backbending at 12+ is reproduced and the energy level structure suggests that neutron-proton interactions play important roles.

From analysis of observational data of thunderstorms in Gansu,China,it was deduced that the electric structure of thunderclouds in this region is often positive charge in the upper,main negative in the middle layer and another positive charge,large in magnitude and extensive in dimension,in the lower ***- cloud discharges often take place between the main negative charge and lower positive charge instead of upper. Case analysis of 6 intracloud discharges in two storms on August 3 and 4,1986 shows that the centers of these discharges and the dipole moments destroyed were at the altitude of 3.8—6 km msl(7.6—-13.5℃)and 18— 40 C km,respectively.

Porous SnO_2 nanostructures with controlled shapes were synthesized by a facile morphologically conserved transformation from Sn C_2O_4 precursor approach. Well-defined Sn C_2O_4 nanostructures can be obtained through a solution-based precipitation process at ambient conditions without any surfactant. The formation mechanism of such microstructures was tentatively proposed on the basis of intrinsic crystal structure and the reaction conditions. We found that the morphologies of precursor were well maintained while numerous pores were formed during the annealing process. The combined techniques of X-ray diffraction, nitrogen absorption–desorption, field emission scanning electron microscopy, and(high-resolution) transmission electron microscopy were used to characterize the as-prepared SnO_2 products. Moreover, cyclic voltammetry(CV) study shows that the shape of CV presents a current response like roughly rectangular mirror images with respect to the zero-current line without obvious redox peaks, which indicating an ideal capacitive behavior of the SnO_2 electrodes. The photoluminescence(PL) spectrum study suggests that the as-obtained porous SnO_2 nanostructures might have a large number of defects, vacancies of oxygen, and local lattice disorder at the interface, interior and exterior surfaces.

We present a model of jet precession driven by a neutrino-cooled disk around a spinning black hole to explain the quasi-periodic features observed in some gamma-ray burst light curves. The different orientations of the rotational axes between the outer part of a neutrino-cooled disk and a black hole result in precessions of the central black hole and the inner part of the disk. Hence, the jet arising from the neutrino annihilation above the inner disk is driven to precession. We find that the period of precession is positively correlated with the mass as well as the spin of a black hole.

Embedded RAM blocks（BRAMs） in field programmable gate arrays（FPGAs） are susceptible to single event effects（SEEs） induced by environmental factors such as cosmic rays, heavy ions, alpha particles and so on. As technology scales, the issue will be more serious. In order to tackle this issue, two different error correcting codes（ECCs）, the shortened Hamming codes and shortened BCH codes, are investigated in this paper. The concrete design methods of the codes are presented. Also, the codes are both implemented in flash-based FPGAs. Finally, the synthesis report and simulation results are presented in the paper. Moreover, heavy-ion experiments are performed,and the experimental results indicate that the error cross-section of the device using the shortened Hamming codes can be reduced by two orders of magnitude compared with the device without mitigation, and no errors are discovered in the experiments for the device using the shortened BCH codes.
