Through exploring color landscape planning and design of buildings in the western section of Zhongshan Road in Shenyang City, this paper proposed color landscape design methods adaptive to Chinese urban construction, concerning various tasks such as reasonable orientation of street building colors, effective control of street building colors, realization of regional characteristics and cultural connotations of urban colors via designs, so as to provide references and theoretical support for the future landscape design of urban streets.

As a result of environmental degradation,urban green space has become a key issue for urban sustainable *** paper takes Liaoyang City in Northeast China as an example to develop green space planning using the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model,landscape ecological principles and Geographical Information System (GIS).Based on the influencing factors of topography,building density and orientation,Shou Mountain,Longding Mountain and the Taizi River were selected as the urban ventilation paths to promote wind and oxygen *** concentration around the green spaces gradually decreased with wind speed increase and wind direction *** were obvious negative correlation relationships between the oxygen dispersion concentration and urban layout factors such as the building plot ratio and building *** with the field measurements found that there was significant correlation relationship between simulated oxygen concentration and field measurements (R 2=0.6415,purban oxygen concentration *** less than 10% areas in Liaoyang City proper needed more green space urgently to improve oxygen concentration,mainly concentrated in Baitai and west Wensheng *** on land-scape ecology principle,green space planning at different spatial scales were proposed to create a green space network system for Liaoyang City,including features such as green wedges,green belts and ***,about 2012 ha of green space need to be constructed as oxygen sources and ventilation *** with the current green space pattern,proposed green space planning could improve oxygen concentration *** CFD model and research results in this paper could provide an effective way and theory support for sustainable development of urban green space.

Under the traditional mode of"incremental"development,urban development has bred urban problems such as lack of land resources,unbalanced distribution of public space,over development of land use,*** concept of"stock renewal"is that the construction and development of a city changes from"extensive"construction to"refined"urban construction and management *** Yongchuan District’s regulatory detailed planning as an example,based on the concept of stock renewal as the guiding ideology of urban control planning,this study made corresponding strategies for the control planning of Yongchuan District’s mountain,water system,green space system,*** the basis of the problems of mountain encroachment,water bank erosion,lack of green space and safeguard mechanism,the protection and utilization planning of mountain,water and green were put forward,and safeguard mechanism in the process of planning and implementation was established,so as to provide specific guidance for the construction of Yongchuan central urban area,with a view to providing reference for the preparation and implementation of relevant regulatory detailed planning.

In addition to purifying water, constructed wetland has become an important ecological landscape in city. The characteristics and key design points of constructed wetland under the ecological principles were explored, taking the Jingyue Lake in Zhongxiang City, Hubei Province for example, treatment processes were designed for different infl ow waters on the basis of site analysis to facilitate the water environment control and ecological landscape construction, ecological theories were applied to explore functional layouts and landscape designs of wetland, to build a favorable ecological environment of urban wetland and design outstanding wetland ecological landscapes.

As intensive urban organization form, urban complex emerged with the fast urbanization of our country. Based on the Patch-Corridor-Matrix model, the author analyzed urban complex landscape structure from the macro, meso and micro level, and also analyzed the relationship between urban complex and urban systems, the interact between functional patches, the landscape process and requirement of people from the three levels, proposed the main points of the planning and design of the environment landscape of urban complex, expect the study above can benefit urban complex＇s practice projects.

Classifying and ranking the huge amounts of landscape planning works of urban wetland park is always difficult due to the multi-functions （ecological, leisure, educational and disaster prevention） of the urban wetland park. Therefore, an optimizing rank system is urgently needed. Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution （TOPSIS） models were used to rank the planning works of 30 urban wetland park based on four mainly factors, which included landscape ecological planning, landscape planning, ecological planning and economic planning. The study indicated that the AHP- TOPSIS model had good discrimination in the classification and ranking of landscape planning works of urban wetland park and it was also applicable to the planning works of other urban greenbelts.

Thirty years since the foundation of China's scenic area system, a comparatively comprehensive structural system, legal system, and management system have been established in this field, which has protected precious landscape resources and made remarkable achievements. The planning of scenic areas has its own attributes and technical characteristics, which attaches great importance to establishing a functional structure that combines the three systems of sightseeing, tourism services, and social management of local residents. Moreover, with the development of scenic areas, the planning will lay more emphasis on the connection between different levels, give full play to the comprehensive function of scenic areas, pay attention to the research on village and town planning within the area, and learn from the experience of national parks in foreign countries.

ABSTRACT: China began to introduce market principles and establish price mechanism to better manage land and improve land use efficiency in the late 1980s. Since then, land markets begin to emerge. A benchmark land price system, providing guidelines for land use rights selling and transferring, was established in order to overcome lack of market data and experiences in land transaction. The benchmark prices of land use rights are determined by land use, land use density (floor-land ratio), land grades, land improvement, and tenant resettlement costs. This paper first conducts a formal analysis based on modern urban economic theory. The formal model provides a theoretical foundation in which the benchmark land price system is assessed and evaluated in terms of land use and urban development. The paper then concludes that the benchmark price system has two theoretical problems. One is associated with the fact that floor-land ratio plays an important role in land price determination whereas the theory suggests the other way around. That is, floor-land ratio depends on land prices. The other problem is that the benchmark land price system does not provide adequate room for the substitution between land and capital inputs. The substitution is a key in achieving land use efficiency in land markets and urban development process. It is concluded that the practice of the benchmark land price system is at odd with reforms that aim to introduce market principles and mechanism to guide resource uses. Therefore, it is recommended that further land policy reform should be taken.
