In the field of optoelectronics, certain types of data may be difficult to accurately annotate, such as high-resolution optoelectronic imaging or imaging in certain special spectral ranges. Weakly supervised learning can provide a more reliable approach in these situations. Current popular approaches mainly adopt the classification-based class activation maps (CAM) as initial pseudo labels to solve the task.

To prepare a conductive polymer actuator with decent performance,a self-built experimental platform for the preparation of polypyrrole film is *** of the essential goals is to examine the mechanical characteristics of the actuator in the presence of various combinations of process parameters,combined with the orthogonal test method of "four factors and three levels".The bending and sensing characteristics of actuators of various sizes are methodically examined using a self-made bending polypyrrole *** functional relationship between the bending displacement and the output voltage signal is established by studying the characteristics of the actuator sensor subjected to various degrees of *** experimental results reveal that the bending displacement of the actuator tip almost exhibits a linear variation as a function of length and *** the voltage reaches 0.8 V,the bending speed of the actuator tends to be ***,the mechanical properties of the self-assembled polypyrrole actuator are verified by the design and fabrication of the microgripper.

Using the perturbation method, we theoretically study the spin current and its heat effect in a multichannel quantum wire with Rashba spin-orbit coupling. The heat generated by the spin current is calculated. With the increase of the width of the quantum wire, the spin current and the heat generated both exhibit period oscillations with equal amplitudes. When the quantum-channel number is doubled, the oscillation periods of the spin current and of the heat generated both decrease by a factor of 2. For the spin current js,xy, the amplitude increases with the decrease of the quantum channel; while the amplitude of the spin current js,yx remains the same. Therefore we conclude that the effect of the quantum-channel number on the spin current js,xy is greater than that on the spin current js,yx. The strength of the Rashba spin-orbit coupling is tunable by the gate voltage, and the gate voltage can be varied experimentally, which implies a new method of detecting the. spin current. In addition, we can control the amplitude and the oscillation period of the spin current by controlling the number of the quantum channels. All these characteristics of the spin current will be very important for detecting and controlling the spin current, and especially for designing new spintronic devices in the future.

Infuence of Substrate Temperature on Stress and Morphology Characteristics of Co Doped ZnO Films Prepared by Laser-Molecular Beam Epitaxy

Znl_xCoxO （x = 0.05） thin films are deposited on sapphire （0001） substrates by laser-molecular beam epitaxy technique at different substrate temperatures. The structural, stress and morphology evolution features are investigated by means of X-ray diffraction and atomic force microscopy. The surface parameters of roughness exponent α, root mean square （RMS） roughness w and autocorrelation length ~ are calculated and the surface parameters are preliminarily analyzed. The values of ~ vary from 0.7 to 0.9. The RMS roughness w is less than 2.2 nm, and it increases with increasing Ts from 300 to 400 °C, and then decreases when Ts is 500 °C. The autocorrelation length ~ decreases monotonously with the increase in Ts from 300 to 500 °C, which indicates that the increase in Ts restrains the spread of the surface fluctuations until Ts is higher than 400 °C.

Fe-based alloy layer reinforced by Ti（C,N） particles was produced on the surface of cast steel. X ray dif fraction （XRD） was used for phase identification in the composite coating. The microstructure of laser cladding layer was analyzed by means of optical microscope （OM）, electron probe microscope analyzer （EPMA）, scanning electron microscope （SEM） and transmission electron microscope （TEM）. The results show that Ti（C0.3 N0.7 ） particle is in-troduced by an in situ metallurgical reaction of TiN particle and graphite powder in the process of laser cladding. The shape of lots of Ti（C0.3 N0.7） particle is irregular. The sizes of Ti（C0. 3N0. 7） particles range from 0. 1 to 6.0 μm, and they are dispersed evenly in the matrix, which is fine dendritic or cellular crystal. A new kind of phase named Ti（C0.3 N0. 7 ） parti-cles are tightly bonded with α-Fe microstructure, and there is a clean and smooth phase interface between ceramic re-inforcement phase and the matrix.

The morphologies and phase diagrams exhibited by symmetric ABC star triblock copolymer nanoparticles are investigated on the basis of real-space self-consistent field theory. The ABC star triblock copolymers were chosen to be tiling-forming with fixed polymer parameter and the spherical boundaries were modeled using the masking technique. We first study a number of examples where the ABC triblock copolymers confined in spherical cavities with neutral surface. Then, two types of spherical cavity distinct preferential surfaces are considered, including both A-block attractive and repulsive preferential surfaces. We aim at the effects due to various spherical cavity diameters and the degree of interactions between the polymer and the spherical surface. A variety of morphologies, such as ring-like structures, concentric sphere, and irregular cylinder, were identified in phase diagrams. The results show that both the degree of interactions and spherical diameters can influence the formation of morphologies so that ring-like structures and other novel structures could be obtained.

The geometric structures,electronic absorption spectrum,and thermodynamic pro-perties of 3-（4-N-maleimido）-phenyl-2,4-dihydro-2H-1,3-benzoxazine molecule were studied at the B3LYP/6-311＋G＊ level by density functional *** results show that three rings of this molecule are in different *** gas,absorption wavelength of the lowest energy excitation was obtained at 503 nm,and solvents made it blue-shifted by 3-7 nm,both corresponding to the electron transition of HOMO → *** 298.15 K,the standard molar formed enthalpy and free energy of the title compound molecule were-549.43 and-273.37 kJ·mol-1,respectively.
