Considering the decision maker＇s risk psychological factors and information ambiguity under uncertainty, a novel TOPSIS based on prospect theory （PT） and trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy numbers （YrIFNs） for group decision making is investigated, in which the criteria values and the criteria weights take the form of TrIFNs, and weights of decision makers are unknown. Firstly, distance measures for TrIFNs are used to induce value function under trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy environment. Secondly, the concepts of distance measures and trapezoidal intuitionistie fuzzy weighted averaging operator are employed to induce the weights of decision makers and thus the decision makers＇ options can be aggregated. Then the PT-based separation measures and relative closeness coefficient are defined and an algorithm for ranking alternatives under trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy environment is proposed. Finally, a numerical example further illustrates the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed TOPSIS method.

Exploring the emergence and maintenance of cooperation in social dilemma is valuable and it arises considerable concerns of many researchers. In this paper, we propose a mechanism to promote cooperation, called benefit community,in which cooperators linking together form a common benefit community and all their payoffs obtained from game are divided coequally. The robustness of conclusions is tested for the PDG(prisoners' dilemma game) on square lattice and WS small world network. We find that cooperation can be promoted by this typical mechanism, especially, it can diffuse and prevail more easily and rapidly on the WS small world network than it on the square lattice, even if a big temptation to defect b. Our research provides a feasible direction to resolve the social dilemma.

In this paper, a new decision making approach is proposed for the multi-attribute large group emergency decision-making problem that attribute weights are unknown and expert preference information is expressed by generalized interval-valued trapezoidal fuzzy numbers （GITFNs）. Firstly, a degree of similarity formula between GITFNs is presented. Secondly, expert preference information on different alternatives is clustered into several aggregations via the fuzzy clustering method. As the clustering proceeds, an index of group preference consistency is introduced to ensure the clustering effect, and then the group preference information on different alternatives is obtained. Thirdly, the TOPSIS method is used to rank the alternatives. Finally, an example is taken to show the feasibility and effectiveness of this approach. These method can ensure the consistency degree of group preference, thus decision efficiency of emergency response activities can be improved.

An epidemic is a quick and widespread disease that threatens many lives and damages the *** epidemic lifetime should be accurate so that timely and remedial steps are *** include the closing of borders schools,suspension of community and commuting *** forecast of an outbreak effectively is a very necessary but difficult task.A predictive model that provides the best possible forecast is a great challenge for machine learning with only a few samples of training *** work proposes and examines a prediction model based on a deep extreme learning machine(DELM).This methodology is used to carry out an experiment based on the recent Wuhan coronavirus *** optimized prediction model that has been developed,namely DELM,is demonstrated to be able to make a prediction that is fairly *** results show that the new methodology is useful in developing an appropriate forecast when the samples are far from abundant during the critical period of the *** the investigation,it is shown that the proposed approach has the highest accuracy rate of 97.59%with 70%of training,30%of test and *** results validate the prediction effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

We examine the dynamics of liquidity connectedness in the cryptocurrency *** use the connectedness models of Diebold and Yilmaz(Int J Forecast 28(1):57–66,2012)and Baruník and Křehlík(J Financ Econom 16(2):271–296,2018)on a sample of six major cryptocurrencies,namely,Bitcoin(BTC),Litecoin(LTC),Ethereum(ETH),Ripple(XRP),Monero(XMR),and *** static analysis reveals a moderate liquidity connectedness among our sample cryptocurrencies,whereas BTC and LTC play a significant role in connectedness magnitude.A distinct liquidity cluster is observed for BTC,LTC,and XRP,and ETH,XMR,and Dash also form another distinct liquidity *** frequency domain analysis reveals that liquidity connectedness is more pronounced in the short-run time horizon than the medium-and long-run time *** the short run,BTC,LTC,and XRP are the leading contributor to liquidity shocks,whereas,in the long run,ETH assumes this *** with the medium term,a tight liquidity clustering is found in the short and long *** time-varying analysis indicates that liquidity connectedness in the cryptocurrency market increases over time,pointing to the possible effect of rising demand and higher acceptability for this unique ***,more pronounced liquidity connectedness patterns are observed over the short and long run,reinforcing that liquidity connectedness in the cryptocurrency market is a phenomenon dependent on the time–frequency connectedness.

In the framework of games with coalition structure, we introduce probabilistic Owen value which is an extension of the Owen value and probabilistic Shapley value by considering the situation that not all priori unions are able to cooperate with others. Then we use five axioms of probabilistic efficiency, symmetric within coalitions, symmetric across coalitions applying to unanimity games, strong monotone property and linearity to axiomatize the value.

This paper considers a dual channel supply chain,where a manufacturer sells a single product through his/her online channel and a traditional retailer,who provides consumers with pre-sale *** manufacturer's online channel may free-ride the retailer's pre-sale service,which reduces the retailer's desired effort level,and hence may hurt the manufacturer's and the overall supply chain *** both Manufacturer-and Retailer-Stackelberg settings,we study how the manufacturer designs a service-cost-sharing(SCS for brevity)contract to enhance the retailer's service effort level,and how free riding influences two members'optimal *** design an algorithm for determining the two members’optimal decisions under each *** three main findings are found:(i)In the Manufacturer-Stackelberg setting,the SCS contract can enhance the retailer's service effort level and eliminate the negative impact incurred by free riding,but can't in the Retailer-Stackelberg setting,(ii)Under the SCS contract,the smaller the fraction of service cost the retailer is requested to share,the more detrimental to the retailer it will be under certain *** is,the phenomenon called"counter-profit cost-sharing"appears,(iii)Both players like to act as a leader if the price competition between the two channels is not relatively very fierce,otherwise they both like to act as a follower.
