A mass flow matching model(MFMM)was established for studying the stable status of solution *** study of the solution droplet status at the needle tip focused on various combinations of applied voltages and injection rates to figure out their influence on steadily fabricating polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)nanofibers prepared from PVA spinning solutions with two different mass fractions(10%and 16%).The results revealed that during the stable electrospinning,the influence resulted from the change of the injection rate approximately canceled out the impact brought by adjusting the applied voltage,leading to almost the same morphology as that of the PVA *** the mass fraction of PVA in the spinning solution dominated the structure and the diameter distribution of the electrospun *** stable electrospinning conditions,the composite membrane was produced by depositing PVA nanofibers on the polyethylene terephthalate(PET)nonwoven substrate for an air filtration ***,the prepared composite membrane exhibited a high air filtration efficiency(99.97%)and a low pressure drop(120 Pa)for 300-500 nm neutralized polystyrene latex(PSL)aerosol particles,demonstrating its potential as an alternative for a variety of commercial applications in air filtration.

Reliability analysis and reliability-based optimization design require accurate measurement of failure probability under input uncertainties.A unified probabilistic reliability measure approach is proposed to calculate the probability of failure and sensitivity indices considering a mixture of uncertainties under insufficient input *** input uncertainty variables are classified into statistical variables,sparse variables,and interval *** conservativeness level of the failure probability is calculated through uncertainty propagation analysis of distribution parameters of sparse variables and auxiliary parameters of interval *** design sensitivity of the conservativeness level of the failure probability at design points is derived using a semi-analysis and sampling-based *** proposed unified reliability measure method is extended to consider p-box variables,multi-domain variables,and evidence theory *** and engineering examples demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method,which can obtain an accurate confidence level of reliability index and sensitivity indices with lower function evaluation number.

Over the past 70 years, the semiconductor industry has undergone transformative changes,largely driven by the miniaturization of devices and the integration of innovative structures and materials. Two-dimensional(2D) materials like transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs) and graphene are pivotal in overcoming the limitations of silicon-based technologies, offering innovative approaches in transistor design and functionality, enabling atomic-thin channel transistors and monolithic 3D integration. We review the important progress in the application of 2D materials in future information technology, focusing in particular on microelectronics and optoelectronics. We comprehensively summarize the key advancements across material production, characterization metrology, electronic devices, optoelectronic devices, and heterogeneous integration on silicon. A strategic roadmap and key challenges for the transition of 2D materials from basic research to industrial development are outlined. To facilitate such a transition, key technologies and tools dedicated to 2D materials must be developed to meet industrial standards, and the employment of AI in material growth, characterizations, and circuit design will be essential. It is time for academia to actively engage with industry to drive the next 10 years of 2D material research.

Particulate matter（PM） from cooking has caused seriously indoor air pollutant and aroused risk to human *** is urged to get deep knowledge of their spatial-temporal distribution of source emission characteristics,especially ultrafine particles（UFP ＆lt; 100 nm） and accumulation mode particles（AMP 100-555 nm）.Four commercial cooking oils are auto dipped water to simulate cooking fume under heating to 255℃ to investigate PM emission and decay features between 0.03 and 10 μm size dimension by electrical low pressure impactor（ELPI） without *** and sunflower produced high PM_（2.5） around5.1 mg/m^3,in comparison with those of soybean and corn（5.87 and 4.55 mg/m^3,respectively）at peak emission time between 340 and 450 sec since heating oil,but with the same level of particle numbers 6-9 × 10~5/cm^*** values of PM_（1.0）/PM_（2.5） and PM_（2.5）/PM_（10） at peak emission time are around 0.51-0.55 and *** 15 min naturally deposition,decay rates of PM_（1.0）,PM_（2.5） and PM_（10） are 13.3%-29.8%,20.1%-33.9%and 41.2%-54.7%,which manifest that PM_（1.0） is quite hard to decay than larger particles,PM_（2.5） and PM_（1.0）.The majority of the particle emission locates at 43 nm with the largest decay rate at 75%,and shifts to a larger size between137 and 555 nm after 15 min *** decay rates of the particles are sensitive to the oil type.

A co-current flow rotating packed bed was applied to remove volatile organic compounds（VOCs） by sodium hypochlorite（Na Cl O） and surfactant（sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate,SDBS） from air stream. Xylene was used as a model VOC herein. The effect of p H,concentration of Na Cl O and SDBS solution, liquid flow rate, gas flow rate and rotational speed on xylene removal efficiency and overall mass transfer coefficient（KGa） were discussed. Then, a correlation for KGa of the co-current rotating packed bed was proposed by fitting the experimental data of KGa and independent variables of liquid/gas ratio,rotational speed, p H, Na Cl O concentration and treatment time, which was in good agreement with the experimental data（the deviation ≤ ± 30%）.

The coupling efficiency of hollow-core fiber changes with temperature,which leads to the decrease of the finesse(F)of fiber resonator and limits the performance of the resonant fiber optic gyroscope(R-FOG)***-curvature antiresonant fiber(ARF)can maintain single-mode characteristics under the condition of large mode field diameter,achieve efficient and stable fiber coupling,and significantly improve the consistency of the F of the spatial coupling resonator in variable temperature environment.A new type of ARF with a mode field diameter(MFD)of 25μm is used to fabricate a fiber resonator with a length of 5.14 *** the range of 25℃-75℃,the average F is *** ARF resonator is used to construct an R-FOG system that shows long-term bias stability(3600 s)of3.1°/h at room temperature,4.6°/h at 75℃.To our knowledge,this is the best reported index of hollow-core fiber resonator and R-FOG system within the temperature variation range of 50℃ test.

Nonlinear responses of nanoparticles induce enlightening phenomena in optical tweezers. With thegradual increase in optical intensity, effects from saturable absorption (SA) and reverse SA (RSA) arise insequence and thereby modulate the nonlinear properties of materials. In current nonlinear optical traps,however, the underlying physical mechanism is mainly confined within the SA regime because thresholdvalues required to excite the RSA regime are extremely high. Herein, we demonstrate, both in theory andexperiment, nonlinear optical tweezing within the RSA regime, proving that a fascinating composite trappingstate is achievable at ultrahigh intensities through an optical force reversal induced through nonlinearabsorption. Integrated results help in perfecting the nonlinear optical trapping system, thereby providingbeneficial guidance for wider applications of nonlinear optics.
