Data governance is a subject that is becoming increasingly important in business and government. In fact, good governance data allows improved interactions between employees of one or more organizations. Data quality represents a great challenge because the cost of non-quality can be very high. Therefore the use of data quality becomes an absolute necessity within an organization. To improve the data quality in a Big-Data source, our purpose, in this paper, is to add semantics to data and help user to recognize the Big-Data schema. The originality of this approach lies in the semantic aspect it offers. It detects issues in data and proposes a data schema by applying a semantic data profiling.

Improve Data Quality by Processing Null Values and Semantic Dependencies

Today, the quantity of data continues to increase, furthermore, the data are heterogeneous, from multiple sources (structured, semi-structured and unstructured) and with different levels of quality. Therefore, it is very likely to manipulate data without knowledge about their structures and their semantics. In fact, the meta-data may be insufficient or totally absent. Data Anomalies may be due to the poverty of their semantic descriptions, or even the absence of their description. In this paper, we propose an approach to better understand the semantics and the structure of the data. Our approach helps to correct automatically the intra-column anomalies and the inter-col- umns ones. We aim to improve the quality of data by processing the null values and the semantic dependencies between columns.

Model checking for Linear Time Logic （LTL） is usually based on converting the （negation of a） property into a Büchi automaton,composing the automaton and the model,and finally checking for emptiness of the language of the composed *** last step is the crucial stage of the verification process because of the state explosion *** this work,we present a solution which builds,in a modular way,an observation graph represented in a non-symbolic manner but where the nodes are essentially symbolic sets of states and the edges either labeled by events occurring in the formula or by synchronization actions between the system *** to the small number of events to be observed in a typical formula,this graph has a very moderate size and thus the time complexity for verification is negligible *** time to build the observation *** results show that our method outperforms both a non-modular generation of the symbolic graph and existing non-symbolic approaches （modular or not）.

In this article,we propose a formal definition of analytical representation of interaction *** give a general scheme tosolve them using Differential Transform *** Lotka-Volterra System and epidemic model can be considered as examples of these analytical representations of interaction *** differential transform method is employed to solve the system of the nonlinear differential equations governing on these specific *** focus on the generation of the transformed recurrence relations to build a solver for the problems and to make an *** results illustrates the reliability and the performance of the method.

In this study,we present a methodology which can be consider as an evolution of based-rules systems over geographical cellular automata toward self-organized agent-based systems over geographical information systems (GIS).Our methodology is based on self-organization patterns detection which emerge from rules-based systems like Schelling *** propose to use the complex systems modelling principles which let the system evolved by itself with only partial control of the whole *** methodology gives an emergent solution for spatial decision support systems management. We apply it here for ecological ressources management.
