The electrolyte is an essential component of a battery system since it is responsible for the conduction of ions between the *** the quest for cheaper alternatives to common organic electrolytes for lithium-ion batteries(LIB),we formulated hybrid electrolytes comprising a mixture of Na,K,and Li alkaline salts with ethylene carbonate(EC),ethyl methyl carbonate(EMC),and lithium hexafluorophosphate(LiPF_(6)),giving a total salt concentration of 1.5 M;we determined their physicochemical properties and investigated their electrochemical behavior on a nickel cobalt aluminum oxide(NCA)cathode and graphite(Gr)*** electrolytes demonstrated a melting transition peak(T_(m)).eutectic behavior,and ionic conductivities(-13 mS cm^(-1))close to those of a commercial LIB electrolyte(SE,EC/EMC+1 M LiPF_(6))and activation energies of ca.3 kJ mol^(-1).The half-cell coin cells revealed high coulombic efficiency(99%),specific capacity(175 mAh g^(-1) at C/10),and capacity retention(92% for NaCF_(3)SO_(3))for the NCA cathode and a moderate performance(coulombic efficiency of 98%for 20 cycles)on the graphite anode after the formation of the SEI *** hybrid electrolytes were cycled at 25℃ in a Gr//NCA cell yielding specific capacities of ca.225 mAh g^(-1) at a C/5 rate,corroborating that the anion plays a key role and highlighting their potential for energy storage applications.

The Gabon geology offered favorable and natural environments for the formation of various types of mineralization. The etéké gold district, aim of this study, is located in the Ngounié province (southern Gabon) on the western edge of the Chaillu massif. Geologically, the gold mineralization is associated with the Eburnean orogeny and hosted in the Archean greenstone belts. Also, this deposit is covered by a significant vegetation cover and a very extensive lateritic weathering profile, which hinders the most accurate study. Through this paper, we aim to propose a genesis pattern of this mineralization via a multidisciplinary approach. To do this, a petrographic, metallogenic, and geochemical characterization has been established in the different sectors of the etéké deposit. The studied deposits display varied facies which are encased in granitoid. They are essentially formed of abundant granitoid, and amphibolite compared to the volcano-sedimentary formations. These rocks display magmatic textures, affected by metamorphism, and not sufficiently preserved. Based on our multidisciplinary approach, the studied samples collected from the core’s boreholes allowed us to decipher a volcanogenic and metamorphosed origin of the gold genesis.

In the present paper, we carried out a theoretical study of dielectric barrier discharge（DBD）filled with pure methane gas. The homogeneous discharge model used in this work includes a plasma chemistry unit, an electrical circuit, and the Boltzmann equation. The model was applied to the case of a sinusoidal voltage at a period frequency of 50 kHz and under a gas pressure of 600 Torr. We investigated the temporal variation of electrical and kinetic discharge parameters such as plasma and dielectric voltages, the discharge current density, electric field, deposited power density, and the species concentration. We also checked the physical model validity by comparing its results with experimental work. According to the results discussed herein, the dielectric capacitance is the parameter that has the greatest effect on the methane conversion and H_2/CH_4 ratio. This work enriches the knowledge for the improvement of DBD for CH_4 conversion and hydrogen production.

This Ce-doped strontium bismuth tantalate SrBi1.8Ce0.2Ta2O9 was prepared by solid-state reaction. X-ray diffraction was used to determine the crystal structure of the powders. The Raman spectrum of SrBi1.8Ce0.2Ta2O9 sample was measured to confirm X-ray diffraction result. The microstructure of ceramic was observed by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). The Temperature dependence of the dielectric properties of ceramic was investigated from the room temperature to 400°C.

Thin films of SnSx,semiconductors,have been successfully synthesized by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis technique,using two precursors namely：tin（II）chloride and tin（IV）chloride,*** solutions were prepared by the dilution of different Sn molarities of the two precursors *** precursor molarities were varied from 0.04 to 0.07 mol/L,whereas that of S was fixed at 0.1 mol/*** present work focuses on the effect of the different precursor’s molarities on the nature and the properties of the prepared thin films in order to optimize the growth conditions.X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the precursor’s molarities alter the grain size of the prepared films,which varied from 8 to 14 nm and from 12 to 16 nm,according to the used *** films analysis by SEM,shows that the SnS2 films are more dense and smooth than the SnS *** composition of the elements is analysed with an EDX spectrometer,and the obtained result for M（sn）=0：07 mol/L indicates that the atomic ratio of Sn to S is 51.57：48：43 and 36：64 for films synthesized from the first and second precursors *** measurements show that the conductivity behavior depends on the used precursors and their molarities.

Polypeptide brushes are attractive platforms to generate functional and responsive interfaces that are of potential interest due to their possible biodegradability, biocompatibility and tunable secondary structures. Surface-initiated ringopening polymerization（SI-ROP） of α-amino acid N-carboxyanhydrides represents a powerful and versatile strategy to generate polypeptide brushes. This review is an attempt to capture the state-of-the-art in this field and highlights the latest developments in several selected areas. In addition to presenting an overview of the synthetic methods that have been used to generate polypeptide brushes via SI-ROP, this article will discuss the preparation of patterned polypeptide brushes, the conformational properties of surface-tethered polypeptides, ways to control chain orientation at surfaces as well as properties and applications of these thin polymer films.
