NIr-II fluorescence imaging in liver tumor surgery: A narrative review

In liver tumor surgery,the recognition of tumor margin and radical resection of microcancer focis have always been the crucial points to reduce postoperative recurrence of ***,naked-eye inspection and palpation have limited effectiveness in identifying tumor boundaries,and traditional imaging techniques cannot consistently locate tumors in real *** an intraoperative real-time navigation imaging method,NIrfluorescence imaging has been extensively studied for its simplicity,reliable safety,and superior sensitivity,and is expected to improve the accuracy of liver tumor *** recent years,the research focus of NIrfluorescence has gradually shifted from the-rst near-infrared window(NIr-I,700–900 nm)to the second near-infrared window(NIr-II,1000–1700 nm).Fluorescence imaging in NIr-II reduces the scattering effect of deep tissue,providing a preferable detection depth and spatial resolution while signi-cantly eliminating liver autofluorescence background to clarify tumor *** combined with tumor antibodies will further improve the precision offluorescence-guided surgical *** the development of a bunch offluorophores with phototherapy ability,NIr-II can integrate tumor detection and treatment to explore a new therapeutic strategy for liver ***,we review the recent progress of NIr-IIfluorescence technology in liver tumor surgery and discuss its challenges and potential development direction.

The adaptive power control of CdMA （Code division Multiple Access） communications between multiple MSs （Mobile Stations） with a link-budget based SIr （Signal-to-lnterference ratio） estimate is applied to inner loop power control algorithms. CTr （Consecutive Transmit-Power-Control ratio） calculated from these algorithms can estimate MS speed, together with MS moving distance, but cannot estimate MS position. In this paper, rrH （remote radio Head） is introduced and it is concluded that BS （Base Station） calculates MS distance with CTr from one of rrHs, in addition BS that has rSSIs （received Signal Strength Indicators） information from other two rrHs can estimate MS position.

In 2007,the US National research Council’s publication ’Toxicity Testing in the Twenty-First Century(7721 C):A Vision and a Strategy’(Krewski et al 2010) outlined an approach to safety assessment that ’could transform toxicity testing from a system based on whole-animal testing to one founded primarily on in vitro methods that evaluate changes in biologic processes using cells,cell lines,or cellular components, preferably of human origin’.At the core of this vision is an understanding of key biological pathways(termed ’toxicity pathways’ in the original report)which,if sufficiently perturbed by a chemical,would result in an adverse outcome for the exposed human/*** recently, this concept of pathways-based approaches to risk assessment has been built upon by the description of ’Adverse Outcome Pathways’ (AOPs).Each AOP begins with a Molecular Initiating Event(MIE) in which the chemical interacts with a biological target leading to a sequence of events across different levels of biological organisation (Ankley et al,2010).The OECd has begun to formalize the use of this framework based on AOPs to capture and peer review the mechanistic understanding of specific toxic effects for the evaluation of non-animal methods(OECd, 2011).Our goal has been to take the above strategy and vision from the conceptual,to the practical;developing the necessary steps to use the TT21C/AOP foresight as the basis for the safety assessment of new ingredients in consumer products,without animal ***,members of a work-team in the Transatlantic Think Tank of Toxicology(t) produced a workflow on how to implement TT21C for a given ingredient (Blaauboer et al ATLA in preparation).The workflow begins with the chemical of concern and some initial assessment of the route of,and the extent of ***,the toxicity pathways of relevance must be identified for that particular *** will require a combination of both in vitro high-throughput screening(HTS) for pathwa

resource scheduling algorithm for ForCES(Forwarding and Control Element Separation) networks need to meet the flexibility,programmability and scalability of node ***(deadline Budget Constrain) algorithm relies on users select cost or time priority,then scheduling to meet the requirements of ***,this priority strategy of users is relatively simple,and cannot adapt to dynamic change of resources,it is inevitable to reduce the *** order to improve QoS,we refer to the economic model and resource scheduling model of cloud computing,use SAL(Service Level Agreement) as pricing strategy,on the basis of dBC algorithm,propose an dABP(deadline And Budget Priority based on dBC) algorithm for ForCES networks,dABP combines both budget and time priority to *** simulation and test,we compare the task finish time and cost of dABP algorithm with dP(deadline Priority) algorithm and BP(Budget Priority) algorithm,the analysis results show that dABP algorithm make the task complete with less cost within deadline,benifical to load balancing of ForCES networks.

As critical components in SdN,controllers are prone to suffer from a series of potential attacks which result in system *** prevent the compromise caused by single failure of controller or flow-tampering attacks,Mcad-SA,an aware decision-making security architecture with multiple controllers was proposed,which coordinates heterogeneous controllers internally as an"associated"*** architecture extends existing control plane and takes advantage of various controllers’merits to improve the difficulty and cost of probes and attacks from *** this framework,flow rules distributed to switches are no longer relying on a single controller but according to the vote results from the majority of controllers,which significantly enhances the reliability of flow *** to the vote process of flow rules,segmentation and grading is adopted to pick up the most trustful one from multiple flow rules and implement flow *** mechanism avoids comparison between rules via bit by bit which is impractical among several *** analysis and simulation results demonstrates the effectiveness,availability and resilience of the proposed methods and their better security gain over general SdN architectures.
