Novel C_(sf)/SiBCN composites prepared by densifying C_(sf)/MA-SiBCN with the PIP process:Oxidation behavior and damage mechanism

To improve the oxidation resistance of short carbon fiber(C_(sf))-reinforced mechanically alloyed SiBCN(MA-SiBCN)(C_(sf)/MA-SiBCN)composites,dense amorphous C_(sf)/SiBCN composites containing both MA-SiBCN and polymer-derived ceramics SiBCN(PdCs-SiBCN)were prepared by repeated polymer infiltration and pyrolysis(PIP)of layered C_(sf)/MA-SiBCN composites at 1100℃,and the oxidation behavior and damage mechanism of the as-prepared C_(sf)/SiBCN at 1300–1600℃ were compared and discussed with those of C_(sf)/*** C_(sf)/MA-SiBCN composites resist oxidation attack up to 1400℃ but fail at 1500℃ due to the collapse of the porous framework,while the PIP-densified C_(sf)/SiBCN composites are resistant to static air up to 1600℃.during oxidation,oxygen diffuses through preexisting pores and the pores left by oxidation of carbon fibers and pyrolytic carbon(PyC)to the interior of the *** to the oxidative coupling effect of the MA-SiBCN and PdCs-SiBCN matrices,a relatively continuous and dense oxide layer is formed on the sample surface,and the interfacial region between the oxide layer and the matrix of the as-prepared composite contains an amorphous glassy structure mainly consisting of Si and O and an incompletely oxidized but partially crystallized matrix,which is primarily responsible for improving the oxidation resistance.

A practical approach for near infrared spectral quantitative analysis of complex samples using partial least squares modeling

The number of latent variables (lvs) or the factor number is a key parameter in PLS modeling to obtain a correct prediction. Although lots of work have been done on this issue, it is still a difficult task to determine a suitable lv number in practical uses. A method named independent factor diagnostics (IFd) is proposed for investigation of the contribution of each lv to the predicted results on the basis of discussion about the determination of lv number in PLS modeling for near infrared (NIr) spectra of complex samples. The NIr spectra of three data sets of complex samples, including a public data set and two tobacco lamina ones, are investigated. It is shown that several high order lvs constitute main contributions to the predicted results, albeit the contribution of the low order lvs should not be neglected in the PLS models. Therefore, in practical uses of PLS for analysis of complex samples, it may be better to use a slightly large lv number for NIr spectral analysis of complex samples.

Effects of florfenicol exposure on growth,development and antioxidant capacity of flounder Paralichthys olivaceus larvae at different developmental stages

Antibiotics are widespread in various environmental media,and may pose a potential threat to aquatic ecosystems and non-target aquatic ***(FLO)is one of the most commonly used antibiotics in aquaculture,and extensively used to substitute chloramphenicol with its strong sterilization and low adverse ef *** this study,flounder Paralichthys olivaceus,an important economic fish species in seawater was used as an experimental *** exposure concentrations of FLO(including environmentrelated concentrations)were set at 0,0.01,0.1,1,and 10 mg/*** fects of FLO exposure for 168 h on growth and development,motor behavior,antioxidant enzyme activity,malondialdehyde(MdA)content,and thyroid hormone level of *** larvae were studied in pre-larvae(1 dpf)and post-larvae(20 dpf).The results show that the short-term FLO exposure could promote the larvae growth to some degrees,but inhibit them as the exposure time *** pre-larvae,FLO at 0.01 mg/L could stimulate the motor nerve system and increase the swimming ability,but inhibited it at 1 mg/*** the increasing dosage of FLO,the superoxide dismutase(SOd)and MdA contents were elevated,reaching the maximum in the 1 mg/L FLO *** pre-larvae were more sensitive than the post-larvae to FLO in the environment,and the growth and immune resistance could be damaged with long ***-larvae were more tolerant to external pollutants,FLO at 1 mg/L could promote the motor behavior and reduce SOd and MdA ***,FLO can be used as an antibiotic at a proper concentration but as a drug to prevent disease in a long-term way.

Synthesis and mechanism of environmentally friendly high temperature and high salt resistant lubricants

With the exploration and development of deep and ultra-deep oil and gas,high torque and high friction during the drilling of deep and ultra-deep wells become one of the key issues affecting drilling safety and drilling ***,the high temperature and high salt problem in deep formations is prominent,which poses a major challenge to the lubricity of drilling fluids under high temperature and high *** paper reports an organic borate ester SOP as an environmentally friendly drilling fluid *** performance evaluation results show that when 1%lubricant SOP is added to the fresh water-based mud,the lubrication coefficient decreases from 0.631 to 0.046,and the reduction rate of lubrication coefficient is 92.7%.Under the conditions of 210℃ and 30%NaCl,the reduction rate of lubricating coefficient of the base slurry with 1%SOP was still remain 81.5%.After adding 1%SOP,the wear volume decreased by 94.11%compared with the base *** contact resistance experiment during the friction process shows that SOP can form a thick adsorption film on the friction surface under high temperature and high salt conditions,thus effectively reducing the friction *** dynamics simulation shows that lubricant SOP can be physically adsorbed on the surface of drilling tool and borehole wall through hydrogen bond and van der Waals *** analysis further shows that SOP adsorbs on the friction surface and reacts with metal atoms on the friction surface to form a chemically reactive ***,under high temperature and high salt conditions,the synergistic effect of physical adsorption film and chemical reaction film effectively reduces the frictional resistance and wear of the friction *** addition,SOP is non-toxic and easy to ***,SOP is a highly effective and environmentally friendly lubricant in high temperature and high salt drilling fluid.

By the analysis of vulnerabilities of Android native system services,we find that some vulnerabilities are caused by inconsistent data transmission and inconsistent data processing logic between client and *** existing research cannot find the above two types of vulnerabilities and the test cases of them face the problem of low *** this paper,we propose an extraction method of test cases based on the native system services of the client and design a case construction method that supports multi-parameter mutation based on genetic algorithm and priority *** on the above method,we implement a detection tool-BArcherFuzzer to detect vulnerabilities of Android native system *** experiment results show that BArcherFuzzer found four vulnerabilities of hundreds of exception messages,all of them were confirmed by Google and one was assigned a Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures(CVE)number(CVE-2020-0363).

Microstructure and Properties of the Cr–Si–N Coatings deposited by Combining High-Power Impulse Magnetron Sputtering(HiPIMS) and Pulsed dC Magnetron Sputtering

The Cr–Si–N coatings were prepared by combining system of high-power impulse magnetron sputtering and pulsed dC magnetron sputtering. The Si content in the coating was adjusted by changing the sputtering power of the Si *** virtue of electron-probe microanalysis, X-ray diffraction analysis and scanning electron microscopy, the influence of the Si content on the coating composition, phase constituents, deposition rate, surface morphology and microstructure was investigated systematically. In addition, the change rules of micro-hardness, internal stress, adhesion, friction coefficient and wear rate with increasing Si content were also obtained. In this work, the precipitation of silicon in the coating was *** increasing Si content, the coating microstructure gradually evolved from continuous columnar to discontinuous columnar and quasi-equiaxed crystals; accordingly, the coating inner stress first declined sharply and then kept almost constant. Both the coating hardness and the friction coefficient have the same change tendency with the increase of the Si content, namely increasing at first and then decreasing. The Cr–Si–N coating presented the highest hardness and average friction coefficient for an Si content of about 9.7 at.%, but the wear resistance decreased slightly due to the high *** above phenomenon was attributed to a microstructural evolution of the Cr–Si–N coatings induced by the silicon addition.

The ex-situ incorporation of the secondary SiC reinforcement,along with the in-situ incorporation of the tertiary and quaternary Mg_(3)N_(2) and Si_(3)N_(4) phases,in the primary matrix of Mg_(2)Si is employed in order to provide ultimate wear resistance based on the laser-irradiation-induced inclusion of N_(2) gas during laser powder bed *** is substantialized based on both the thermal diffusion-and chemical reactionbased metallurgy of the Mg_(2)Si–SiC/nitride hybrid *** study also proposes a functional platform for systematically modulating a functionally graded structure and modeling build-direction-dependent architectonics during additive *** strategy enables the development of a compositional gradient from the center to the edge of each melt pool of the Mg_(2)Si–SiC/nitride hybrid ***,the coefficient of friction of the hybrid composite exhibits a 309.3%decrease to–1.67 compared to–0.54 for the conventional nonreinforced Mg_(2)Si structure,while the tensile strength exhibits a 171.3%increase to 831.5 MPa compared to 485.3 MPa for the conventional *** outstanding mechanical behavior is due to the(1)the complementary and synergistic reinforcement effects of the SiC and nitride compounds,each of which possesses an intrinsically high hardness,and(2)the strong adhesion of these compounds to the Mg_(2)Si matrix despite their small sizes and low concentrations.

＜正＞In this paper, we describe the roaming service with mobile IP between public WLAN and cdma2000 1x design, and show the implementation in SK Telecom cellular network. In terms of network configuration, the coverage of public WLAN network is overlapped with that of cellular network. In this configuration, mobile terminal will decide the access system among the available systems. We propose the roaming method based on measuring the power of WLAN signal in heterogeneous network environments, and implement it. In order to confirm the effectiveness of our roaming method, we apply our proposed solution to both seamless roaming service and VOd streaming service.
