本文通过第一性原理计算和实验表征证明了二维CoH_(2)SeO_(4)薄膜的磁有序和滑移铁电性.首先,实验结果证实了粉末CoH_(2)SeO_(4)样品的反铁磁序.同时,第一性原理计算表明单层CoH_(2)SeO_(4)具有反铁磁(AFM-I)基态(TN≈75 K),且预测了二维CoH_(2)SeO_(4)薄膜具有以不对称的三重势阱态为特征的滑移铁电性,并在实验中测得了180°压电滞回线、可反转铁电畴和二次谐波信号.此外,在基于二维CoH_(2)SeO_(4)薄膜的电容器中获得铁电材料所特有的电滞回线和蝴蝶状的电容曲线.介电温谱测试表明二维CoH_(2)SeO_(4)薄膜的铁电转变温度约为370 ***_(2)SeO_(4)中滑移铁电性和反铁磁性的出现为获得低维多铁材料指出了一条新的途径.

Aim: This study examined the prevalence of four chronic circulatory system diseases (hypertension, CHD, hyperlipemia, Stroke) and associated multi-morbidity in order to identify the risk factors among the elderly in Yunnan province. Methods: A cross-sectional survey including 2299 consenting adults aged ≥ 60 years from rural places was conducted in 2018. Data of demographic parameters and clinical characteristics were acquired from questionnaire and health examination. Categorical variables were presented as counts and percentages. Multivariable logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the association between individual SES and lifestyle variables and multimorbidity of the four chronic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. All analyses were conducted with SPSS 17.0 software. Results: Our study suggested that the prevalence of hypertension, CHD, hyperlipemia, Stroke was 57.1%, 4.2%, 5.9% and 5.3%, respectively and the prevalence of multimorbidity was 10.3%. Females had a higher prevalence of family history of chronic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, obesity, central obesity and illiteracy than males (P Conclusions: The prevalence of circulatory disease associated multimorbidity is relatively high among elderly population in rural places of Yunan province and the risk factors are different between females and males.

Schemes are presented for realizing quantum controlled phase gate and preparing an N-qubit W-like state, which are based on the large-detuned interaction among three-state atoms, dual-mode cavity and a classical pulse. In particular, a class of W states that can be used for perfect teleportation and superdense coding is generated by only one step. Compared with the previous schemes, cavity decay is largely suppressed because the cavity is only virtually excited and always in the vacuum state and the atomic spontaneous emission is strongly restrained due to a large atom-field detuning.

As one of the most important steps in wastewater treatment, limited study on plasma discharge process is a key challenge in the development of plasma applications. In this study, we focus on the plasma discharge process of a pulsed diaphragm discharge system. According to the analysis, the pulsed diaphragm discharge proceeds in seven stages：（1） Joule heating and heat exchange stage; （2） nucleated site formation; （3） plasma generation （initiation of the breakdown stage）; （4） avalanche growth and plasma expansion; （5） plasma contraction; （6） termination of the plasma discharge; and （7） heat exchange stage. From this analysis, a critical voltage criterion for breakdown is obtained. We anticipate this finding will provide guidance for a better application of plasma discharges, especially diaphragm plasma discharges.

In this paper, we propose and analyze an accelerated augmented Lagrangian method（denoted by AALM） for solving the linearly constrained convex programming. We show that the convergence rate of AALM is O（1/k^2） while the convergence rate of the classical augmented Lagrangian method（ALM） is O1 k. Numerical experiments on the linearly constrained 1-2minimization problem are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of AALM.

A plasmonic Mach-Zehnder interferometric sensor based on a semicircular aperture-slit nanostructure patterned on a metal-insulator-metal film is proposed and demonstrated by finite difference time domain（FDTD） simulation. Due to the interference between two different surface plasmon polariton modes in this design, the transmission spectra exhibit oscillation behaviors in a broad bandwidth, and can be readily tailored by changing the SPP path length and core layer thickness. Based on this principle, the characteristics of refractive index sensing are also demonstrated by simulation. This structure is illuminated with a collimated light source from the back side to avoid impacts on the interference. Meanwhile,these results show that the proposed structure is promising for portable, efficient, and sensitive biosensing applications.

The stress damage process of a single crystal silicon wafer under millisecond laser irradiation is studied by experiments and numerical simulations. The formation process of low-quality surface is monitored in real-time. Stress damage can be observed both in laser-on and-off periods. Plastic deformation is responsible for the first stress damage in the laser-on period. The second stress damage in the laser-off period is a combination of plastic deformation and fracture, where the fundamental cause lies in the residual molten silicon in the ablation hole.

A fiber in-line Fabry-Perot interferometer is presented. The sensing head consists of a micro ellipsoidal air cavity and a small section of solid-core photonic crystal fiber. The reflective index （RI） and temperature can be interrogated simultaneously through a fast Fourier transform and by tracing the dip wavelength shift of the reflective spectrum. Experimental results show that the RI amplitude and wavelength sensitivities are 5.30/ RIU and 8.46 × 10-1 nm/RIU in the range from 1.34 to 1.43, and the temperature amplitude and wavelength sensitivities are 6.8 × 10-4/℃ and 2.48 × 10-3 nm/℃ in the range from 15℃ to 75℃, respectively. Easy fabrication, a simple system, and simultaneous measurement make it appropriate for aluM-parameter sensing application.
