Training samples for deep learning networks are typically obtained through various field experiments,which require significant manpower,resource and time ***,it is possible to utilize simulated data to augment the training *** this paper,by co.paring the actual experimental model with the simulated model generated by the gprMax[1]forward simulation method,the feasibility of obtaining simulated samples through gprMax simulation is ***,the samples generated by gprMax forward simulation are used for training the network to detect objects in existing real *** the same time,aiming at the detection and intelligent reco.nition of road sub-surface defects,the Swin-YOLOX algorithm is introduced,and the excellence of the detection network,which is improved by augmenting the simulated samples with real samples,is further *** co.paring the prediction performance of the object detection models,it is observed that the model trained with mixed samples achieved a recall of 94.74%and a mean average precision(maP)of 97.71%,surpassing the model trained only on real samples by 12.95%and 15.64%,*** feasibility and excellence of training the model with mixed samples are *** potential of using a fusion of simulated and existing real samples instead of repeatedly acquiring new real samples by field experiment is demonstrated by this study,thereby improving detection efficiency,saving resources,and providing a new approach to the problem of multiple interpretations in ground penetrating radar(GPR)data.

Structural damage detection(SDD)remains highly challenging,due to the difficulty in selecting the optimal damage features from a vast amount of *** this study,a tree model-based method using decision tree and random forest was employed for feature selection of vibration response signals in *** datasets were obtained by numerical experiments and vibration experiments,*** features extracted using this method were input into a co.volutional neural network to determine the location of structural *** indicated a 5%to 10%improvement in detection accuracy co.pared to using original datasets without feature selection,demonstrating the feasibility of this *** proposed method,based on tree model and classification,addresses the issue of extracting effective information from numerous vibration response signals in structural health monitoring.

Currently,rotary drilling is one of the main pieces of equipment used for in-situ remediation of co.taminated ***,this equipment has problems such as uneven mixing and low utilization efficiency,which affect the efficiency of in-situ soil *** improve the efficiency of in-situ soil remediation,this paper takes co.taminated black soil as the research object,and the structural design of the new three-stage soil remediation auger is carried out based on *** mixing process of soil and heavy metal passivator under different motion and structural parameters was investigated by the discrete element method(DEM)and response surface *** experimental design was based on rotational speed,homogenizing mixing time,crushing section pitch,and homogenizing section pitch as factors,and soil fragmentation ratio,the co.fficient of dispersion,and torque as optimization *** kinematic and structural parameters of the three-stage auger drill bit were then optimized using the one-factor method,the orthogonal test,and the response surface methodology,*** test method uses a one-way test to determine the central level value of the orthogonal test and a co.prehensive balance method to determine the best co.bination of parameters for the orthogonal test,which is then used as the central value of the response surface test for parameter *** optimal co.binations of kinematic and structural parameters of the three-stage auger drill bit are determined and validated using response surface *** optimum co.bination of parameters was found to be a speed of 129 rpm,a homogenizing mixing time of 24 s,a pitch of 165 mm in the crushing section,and a pitch of 132 mm in the homogenizing *** error between the optimal value of the predicted model using the response surface method and the actual simulated value under the optimal parameters is 4.2%,4.9%,and 5.3%,*** optimized factor parameters provide a refe

This study presents the development of an ultrasonic transducer with a radius horn for an ultrasonic milling spindle(UMS)*** ultrasonic transducer was intended to have a working frequency of approximately 30 *** different materials were co.sidered in the study:stainless steel(SS 316L)and titanium alloy(Ti-6Al-4V).Titanium alloy gave a higher resonance frequency(33 kHz)than stainless steel(30 kHz)under the same preload co.pression *** electromechanical impedance simulation was carried out to predict the impedance resonance frequency for both materials,and the effect of the overhanging toolbar was *** to the electromechanical impedance simulation,the overhanging toolbar length affected the resonance frequency,and the error was less than 3%.Harmonic analysis co.firmed that the damping ratio helps determine the resonance ***,damping ratios of 0.015-0.020 and 0.005-0.020 were selected for stainless steel and titanium alloy,respectively,with an error of less than 1.5%.Experimental machining was also performed to assess the feasibility of ultrasonic-assisted milling;the result was a lesser cutting force and better surface topography of Al 6061.

Diseases like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases are defined by inflammation and the damage neurons undergo due to oxidative stress. A primary reactive oxygen species co.tributor in the central nervous system, NADPH oxidase 4, is viewed as a potential therapeutic touchstone and indicative marker for these ailments. This in-depth review brings to light distinct features of NADPH oxidase 4, responsible for generating superoxide and hydrogen peroxide, emphasizing its pivotal role in activating glial cells, inciting inflammation, and disturbing neuronal functions. Significantly, malfunctioning astrocytes, forming the majority in the central nervous system, play a part in advancing neurodegenerative diseases, due to their reactive oxygen species and inflammatory factor secretion. Our study reveals that aiming at NADPH oxidase 4 within astrocytes co.ld be a viable treatment pathway to reduce oxidative damage and halt neurodegenerative processes. Adjusting NADPH oxidase 4 activity might influence the neuroinflammatory cytokine levels, including myeloperoxidase and osteopontin, offering better prospects for co.ditions like Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease. This review sheds light on the role of NADPH oxidase 4 in neural degeneration, emphasizing its drug target potential, and paving the path for novel treatment approaches to co.bat these severe co.ditions.
