Suppress oxygen evolution of lithium-rich manganese-based cathode materials via an integrated strategy

Improving the reversibility of anionic redox and inhibiting irreversible oxygen evolution are the main challenges in the application of high reversible capacity Li-rich Mn-based cathode materials.A facile synchronous lithiation strategy combining the advantages of yttrium doping and LiYO_(2) surface coating is *** doping effectively suppresses the oxygen evolution during the delithiation process by increasing the energy barrier of oxygen evolution reaction through strong Y–O bond ***_(2) nanocoating has the function of structural constraint and protection,that protecting the lattice oxygen exposed to the surface,thus avoiding irreversible *** an Li^(+) conductor,LiYO_(2) nano-coating can provide a fast Li^(+) transfer channel,which enables the sample to have excellent rate *** synergistic effect of Y doping and nano-LiYO_(2) coating integration suppresses the oxygen release from the surface,accelerates the diffusion of Li^(+)from electrolyte to electrode and decreases the interfacial side reactions,enabling the lithium ion batteries to obtain good electrochemical *** lithium-ion full cell employing the Y-1 sample(cathode)and commercial graphite(anode)exhibit an excellent specific energy density of 442.9 Wh kg^(-1) at a current density of 0.1C,with very stable safety performance,which can be used in a wide temperature range(60 to-15℃)stable *** result illustrates a new integration strategy for advanced cathode materials to achieve high specific energy density.

In order to use micro ultrasonic bonding technique to package polymer microfluidic chips, an auxiliary microstructure named micro energy director is designed and fabricated. The hot embossing process for PMMA （ polymethyl methacrylate） substrates with both concave micro channel and convex micro energy director for ultrasonic bonding is studied. The embossing processes with different embossing temperatures are simulated using Finite Element Method （FEM）. The optimized parameters are： the embossing temperature of 135 ℃ , holding time of 200 s, and the embossing pressure of 1.65 MPa. The experimental results show that the replication error between experiments and simulations is less than 2% and the replication accuracy of the microstrueture is more than 96%. The study offers a method for quick optimizing parameters for hot embossing both concave and convex microstructures.

Interleukin-4 plays an important protective role in Alzheimer’s disease by regulating microglial phenotype,phagocytosis of amyloid-β,and secretion of anti-inflammatory and neurotrophic ***,increasing evidence has suggested that autophagy regulates innate immunity by affecting M1/M2 polarization of microglia/***,the role of interleukin-4 in microglial autophagy is *** view of this,BV2 microglia were treated with 0,10,20 or 50 ng/mL interleukin-4 for 24,48,or 72 ***,light chain 3-II and p62 protein expression levels were detected by western blot ***2 microglia were incubated with interleukin-4(20 ng/mL,experimental group),3-methyladenine(500μM,autophagy inhibitor,negative control group),rapamycin(100 nM,autophagy inductor,positive control group),3-methyladenine+interleukin-4(rescue group),or without treatment for 24 hours,and then exposed to amyloid-β(1μM,model group)or vehicle control(control)for 24 ***3-II and p62 protein expression levels were again detected by western blot *** addition,expression levels of multiple markers of M1 and M2 phenotype were assessed by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction,while intracellular and supernatant amyloid-βprotein levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent *** results showed that interleukin-4 induced microglial autophagic flux,most significantly at 20 ng/mL for 48 ***-4 pretreated microglia inhibited blockade of amyloid-β-induced autophagic flux,and promoted amyloid-βuptake and degradation partly through autophagic flux,but inhibited switching of amyloid-β-induced M1 phenotype independent on autophagic *** results indicate that interleukin-4 pretreated microglia increases uptake and degradation of amyloid-βin a process partly mediated by autophagy,which may play a protective role against Alzheimer’s disease.

During assembly process,the miniature part needs to be fixed in its assembly *** some occasions where adhesive is used,the joining force is not established due to the adhesive curing process,in that case the locking of parts is *** locking is difficult to meet the increasing demand for mass *** solve this problem and realize fully automatic assembly,a novel gripper module was designed and corresponding locking method was *** to the functional integration,the gripper module is capable of manipulating and locking the *** module is integrated into the assembly system and plays a crucial role in automatic *** locking method for automatic assembly is based on the integration of the part picking up and the locking unit *** being placed accurately at its desired position,the miniature part can be automatically locked by releasing the locking *** innovative structure and mechanism of the gripper module convert the spring force into the locking force of the miniature part,ensuring non-rigid locking and suitable small locking *** principle,flexibility and limitations of the proposed method were clarified in ***,an effective compensation strategy was used to achieve accurate and stable pickup of the part,which increased the reliability of the assembly *** automatic locking,the disturbances to the part due to the eccentric load were *** effectiveness of the gripper module and proposed method was verified by *** results indicated that the modular system integrated with the gripper module could meet the requirements of fully automatic *** locking is replaced by automatic locking,and workers are liberated from tedious manual *** improvement of automation level enables assembly equipment to be applied to mass production scenarios.

Bacterial cellulose(BC)was innovatively combined with zwitterionic copolymer acrylamide and sulfobetaine methacrylic acid ester[P(AM-co-SBMA)]to build a dual-network porous structure gel polymer electrolytes(GPEs)with high ionic *** dual network structure BC/P(AM-co-SBMA)gels were formed by a simple one-step polymerization *** results show that ionic conductivity of BC/P(AM-co-SBMA)GPEs at the room temperature are 3.2×10^(-2) S/cm@1 M H_(2)SO_(4),4.5×10^(-2) S/cm@4 M KOH,and 3.6×10^(-2) S/cm@1 M NaCl,*** active carbon(AC)as the electrodes,BC/P(AM-co-SBMA)GPEs as both separator and electrolyte matrix,and 4 M KOH as the electrolyte,a symmetric solid supercapacitors(SSC)(AC-GPE-KOH)was assembled and *** specific capacitance of AC electrode is 173 F/g and remains 95.0%of the initial value after 5000 cycles and 86.2%after 10,000 cycles.

The purification effects of Er addition in chloride flux during smelting on microstructure, tensile properties, and corrosion resistance of as-cast AZ80 D magnesium alloy were carried out. The results show that Er addition in the flux can eliminate the MgO inclusions and improve the tensile properties and corrosion resistance of the alloy. Using chloride flux mixed with 8.0 wt% Er, σb and δ of the as-cast AZ80 D magnesium alloy can be improved from 150 MPa and 2.1 % to the maximum value of 230 MPa and 4.8 %, respectively. Meanwhile, the corrosion rate decreases from 1.10 to 0.12 mg·（cm^2·d）^-1 in 5 wt% NaCl solution. However, with increasing Er content in chloride flux further, φ-（Al7ErMn5） and τ-（Al66.7Mg23.3Er10） phase are formed, and the morphology of γ-（Mg17Al12） phase is modified. The coarse φ-（Al7ErMn5）phase along dendrite boundaries decreases cohesion force between dendrites, which results in the worse of tensile properties.

In recent years, magneto-electro-elastic(MEE) cylindrical shells with step-wise thicknesses have shown significant potential in the field of vibration energy harvesting. To aid the design of such energy harvesting devices, an accurate free vibration analysis of embedded MEE cylindrical shells with step-wise thicknesses is performed within the framework of symplectic mechanics. By using the Legendre transformation, a new known vector is defined to transform the higher-order partial differential governing equations into a set of lower-order ordinary differential equations. Therefore, the original vibration analysis is regarded as an eigen problem in the symplectic space, and analytical solutions can be represented by the symplectic series. In numerical examples, the new analytical solutions are compared with the existing results, and good agreement is observed. Furthermore, the effects of critical design parameters on free vibration characteristics are thoroughly investigated. All numerical results can serve as benchmarks for the development of other approximate or numerical methods.

An element-free Galerkin thermal–mechanical calculation model for the solidification and shrinkage of round billet was *** non-uniform heat flux measured in the plant trial was used as the boundary condition to simulate and analyze the deformation of solidified *** results indicate that the maximum and minimum shrinkages of the round billet at mold outlet are 0.78 and 0.21 mm,respectively,with apparent non-uniform *** local high-heat-flux region substantially dominates the non-uniformity of shell shrinkage,and the larger shrinkage usually derives from the high heat flux between the solidified shell and the mold in the circumferential ***,the shrinkage on the shell surface has an immediate connection with the equivalent ***,the shrinkage is more closely related to the radial stress component than the circumferential stress component.
