Internet of Things(IoT)and blockchain receive significant interest owing to their applicability in different application areas such as healthcare,finance,transportation,*** image security and privacy become a critical part of the healthcare sector where digital images and related patient details are communicated over the public *** paper presents a new wind driven optimization algorithm based medical image encryption(WDOA-MIE)technique for blockchain enabled IoT *** WDOA-MIE model involves three major processes namely data collection,image encryption,optimal key generation,and data ***,the medical images were captured from the patient using IoT ***,the captured images are encrypted using signcryption *** addition,for improving the performance of the signcryption technique,the optimal key generation procedure was applied by WDOA *** goal of the WDOA-MIE algorithm is to derive a fitness function dependent upon peak signal to noise ratio(PSNR).Upon successful encryption of images,the IoT devices transmit to the closest server for storing it in the blockchain *** performance of the presented method was analyzed utilizing the benchmark medical image *** security and the performance analysis determine that the presented technique offers better security with maximum PSNR of 60.7036 dB.

Through the wind tunnel test on the opening of different locations and local areas in vulnerable areas of low-rise building roofs, the distribution characteristics of wind pressure inside and outside the roof caused by roof damage. The results show that the influence of the wind direction angle on the internal pressure caused by the wind is obvious, and the internal pressure caused by the opening on the leeward surface is small and the change law is obviously different from that on the windward surface. The correlation coefficient on the inner side of the roof opening is higher than that on the side of the unopened roof, and the correlation between wind pressure on the measurement points near the opening is larger than other regions.

Floating Car Data Based Nonparametric Regression Model for Short-Term Travel Speed Prediction

A K-nearest neighbor （K-NN） based nonparametric regression model was proposed to predict travel speed for Beijing expressway. By using the historical traffic data collected from the detectors in Beijing expressways, a specically designed database was developed via the processes including data filtering, wavelet analysis and clustering. The relativity based weighted Euclidean distance was used as the distance metric to identify the K groups of nearest data series. Then, a K-NN nonparametric regression model was built to predict the average travel speeds up to 6 min into the future. Several randomly selected travel speed data series, collected from the floating car data （FCD） system, were used to validate the model. The results indicate that using the FCD, the model can predict average travel speeds with an accuracy of above 90%, and hence is feasible and effective.

Luminescence(mostly fluorescence and phosphorescence)probes are a powerful tool widely used in the life sciences *** can be used,for example,in the quantitative analysis of physiological parameters,visualization of different cell organelles,and measurement of drug *** luminescence intensity and lifetime of these probes are among the main signals recorded and evaluated in these *** reviews have discussed optical probes from the perspective of their luminescence ***,the luminescence lifetime,which depends on the molecular microenvironment but not the probe concentration,is another promising metric for biological sensing and imaging *** this review,we aim to introduce the basic strategies of FLIM probe *** also present applications of these probes,including sensing of intracellular pH,cation/anion concentrations,oxygen levels,biomolecule contents,and physiological parameters,as well as live-cell imaging based on luminescence *** based on FLIM imaging of cells or tissues with endogenous organic molecules are not included in this mini *** the rapid development of microscopy technology for fluorescence lifetime imaging,fluorescence lifetime-based probes have shown great potential in a variety of biological applications.

在密集的城市建筑环境中,在城市地下交通的大规模兴建过程中不可避免地会出现各类近接施工工程。依托一实际工程,针对四洞交叠盾构隧道近距离下穿既有桥梁桩基施工控制技术开展实践研究,总结提出了“两阶段法理论预测+主动控制与被动保护”的近接施工微扰动控制技术体系。该技术体系的核心内容包括:1)通过引入附加地层损失率,建立多线隧道近接施工时桩基变形的理论计算方法,实现近接施工对邻近建(构)筑物影响的工前预测。2)建立隧道-地层-桩基多元耦合模型,分析四线交叠盾构隧道施工全过程力学行为。3)结合工程实践经验,分别从主动控制和被动保护两方面提出依托工程的控制措施。在依托工程开挖完成过程中,邻近桥梁桩基变形得到有效控制,表明所提出的近接施工微扰动控制技术是合理可行的。

The Impact of Poverty Alleviation Policy on Urban Household Demand

Many policies and measures for poverty alleviation have been undertaken by the Chinese government, but few researchers have explored its experience and lessons. This research focuses on household needs like food, clothing, housing, household equipment and supplies, transportation and communication, education and entertainment, healthcare;and also focuses on food items such as grains, meat, eggs, milk, vegetables, fruits and others in urban China. In poor households, the average disposable income per capita is less than or near per capita expenditure;and the Engels coefficient is often over 40%. The data from 1997-2012 in this research is in the provincial level from the Information Website of Development Research Center of the State Council (or “DRCnet”). The authors used the two stage ELES-AIDS (Almost Ideal Demand System) to estimate the price elasticity and expenditure elasticity of the household’s expenditures. According to the results, it is recommended that the government should follow economic law and improves policy efficiency, especially its food policy to alleviate the poverty of low income residents.

Influence of CaO-based expansive agent,superabsorbent polymers and curing temperature on pore structure evolution of early-age cement paste

Cracks easily generate in concrete at early age owing to the shrinkage ***-based expansion agent(CEA)and superabsorbent polymers(SAP)have been extensively used for the mitigation of concrete *** macroscopic properties of concrete are highly determined by the *** this study,the influence of CEA and SAP addition on the pore structure evolution of cement paste under different curing temperatures was evaluated via low-field nuclear magnetic resonance *** results indicated that,in cement paste,a higher CEA content led to a higher porosity and a larger most probable pore diameter(MPPD).Meanwhile,SAP addition increased the porosity and MPPD of CEA cement paste at early age but decreased them after 7 d,and a higher SAP content always brought a higher porosity and ***,the addition of SAP led to a lower porosity and MPPD of CEA cement paste than that of plain cement paste after 14 ***,the porosity and MPPD of CEA cement paste decreased first and subsequently increased as the curing temperature raised.

Train positioning is the key to ensure the transportation and efficient operation of the *** to the low accuracy and the poor real-time of the train positioning,a train positioning system based on global navigation satellite system/inertial measurement unit/odometer(GNSS/IMU/ODO)combination framework and a train integrated positioning method based on grey neural network are put forward.A data updating method based on the established grey prediction model of train positioning is put forward,which uses the accumulation and summary of the grey theory for the rough prediction of the *** purpose of the method is to reduce the noise of the original ***,the radial basis function(RBF)neural network is introduced to correct residual sequence of the grey prediction *** with the single model calibration,this method can make full use of the advantages of each model,thus getting a high positioning accuracy in the case of small samples and poor *** show that the method has good real-time performance and high accuracy,and has certain application value.

Dear editor, Vehicle control is one of the key steps of intelligent driving [1]. Algorithms based on receding horizon optimization(RHO) can predict future trajectories and handle multiobjective constraint conditions; therefore, RHO-based methods have attracted considerable attention in the field of vehicle control. Although existing methods use RHO to design controllers, they do not simultaneously meet the multiobjective optimal control performance requirements on tracking, fuel economy, and ride comfort.
