Backward rescattered photoelectron holography in strong-field ionization

By numerically solving the time-dependent Schr¨odinger equation, we observe a remarkable strong-field interference pattern in the photoelectron momentum distribution of a hydrogen atom ionized by a few-cycles laser pulse. This interference pattern is joined together with the familiar near-forward strong-field photoelectron holographic interference. By applying the strong-field approximation theory, we investigate the formation of this interference pattern, which arises from the interference between the backward rescattered part and the direct part of the tunneling ionized electron wave packet. We demonstrate that this backward rescattered photoelectron holographic interference can also be observed in a more realistic parallel two-color laser field. These results pave a new way to look into the atomic and molecular structure with ultrafast timescale.

Giant tunneling magnetoresistance(TMR)has always been a pursuit in the research of magnetic tunnel junctions(MTJ).Two-dimensional(2D)magnetic materials have been used to construct lateral MTJ with high *** we investigated the crystal structure and magnetic property of CrSI monolayer,and found that it is a ferromagnetic semiconductor with a Curie temperature of about 180 *** CrSI monolayer with Li adsorption(Li-CrSI)show ferromagnetic half-metallic with a high Curie temperature of 300 *** we designed a lateral Li CrSI/CrSI/Li-CrSI monolayer *** TMR of the MTJs along b transport direction is 3 orders of magnitude times larger than that of the a transport direction,which should result from the different spin filtering ability along the two *** TMR of b transport direction in the MTJ is 7.67×10^(14),which is significantly higher than that of any reported lateral MTJs based on 2D *** results provide a promising avenue for designing lateral MTJs with giant TMR and high Curie temperature.

Dear Editor,Liver transplantation(LT)is the only curative therapy for patients with endstage liver disease(He et al.,2023;Ling et al.,2022).Post-transplant hypertriglyceridemia(PTHT),which has an incidence of up to 32.8%in 6 months after LT,is one of the major post-transplant complications(Toshima et al.,2020).With the prolongation of the recipient’s survival time,the incidence of PTHT is increasing,becoming an important factor that affects the recipient’s quality of life and survival *** with various metabolic complications,including PTHT,have a 1.78 times higher risk of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease(ASCVD)development and death than recipients without these complications(Jiménez Pérez et al.,2016).Studies have shown that PTHT,accompanied by other posttransplant metabolic complications and immunosuppressants,are important risk factors for post-transplant ASCVD and mediate 19%–42% of nongraft-related deaths(Davis and Shadab Siddiqui,2017;Jiménez-Pérez et al.,2016).However,early prediction of PTHT remains a major challenge.

The aim of this study was to determine the extraction technique of supercritical fluid carbon dioxide（SF-CO 2） for the essential oil from Inula britannica flowers and its antifungal activities against plant pathogenic fungi for its potential application as botanical *** effects of factors,including extraction temperature,extraction pressure,SF-CO 2 flow rate,flower powder size,and time on the essential oil yield were studied using the single factor *** orthogonal experiment was conducted to determine the best operating conditions for the maximum extraction oil *** the optimum conditions,the maximum yield reached 10.01% at 40°C temperature,30 MPa pressure,60 mesh flower powder size,20 L h-1SF-CO 2 flow rate,and 90 min extraction *** antifungal activities of *** essential oil using the SF-CO 2 against the most important plant pathogenic fungi were also examined through in vitro and in vivo *** plant pathogenic fungi were inhibited to varying degrees at 1 mg mL-1concentration of the essential *** mycelial growth of Gaeumannomyces graminis *** was completely *** radial growths of Phytophthora capsici and Fusarium monilifome were also inhibited by 83.76 and 64.69%,*** addition,the essential oil can inhibit the spore germination of Fusarium oxysporum ***,Phytophthora capsici,Colletotrichum orbiculare,and Pyricularia grisea,and the corresponding inhibition rates were 98.26,96.54,87.89,and 87.35% *** present study has demonstrated that the essential oil of *** flowers extracted through the SF-CO 2 technique is one potential and promising antifungal agent that can be used as botanical fungicide to protect crops.

Organic material combined with inorganic fertilizer has been shown to greatly improve crop yield and maintain soil fertility globally. However, it remains unclear if crop yield and soil fertility can be sustained in the long term under the combined application of organic and inorganic fertilizers. Three long-term field trials were conducted to investigate the effects of organic amendments on the grain sustainable yield index(SYI), soil fertility index(SFI)and nutrient balance in maize–wheat cropping systems of central and southern China during 1991–2019. Five treatments were included in the trials: 1) no fertilization(control);2) balanced mineral fertilization(NPK);3) NPK plus manure(NPKM);4) high dose of NPK plus manure(1.5NPKM);and 5) NPK plus crop straw(NPKS). Over time, the grain yields of wheat and maize showed an increasing trend in all four fertilization treatments at the Yangling(YL) and Zhengzhou(ZZ) locations, while they declined at Qiyang(QY). The grain yield in the NPKM and 1.5NPKM treatments gradually exceeded that of the NPK and NPKS treatments at the QY site. The largest SYI was recorded in the NPKM treatment across the three sites, suggesting that inorganic fertilizer combined with manure can effectively improve crop yield sustainability. Higher SYI values were recorded at the YL and ZZ sites than at the QY site, possibly because the soil was more acid at QY. The key factors affecting grain yield were soil available phosphorus(AP) and available potassium(AK) at the YL and ZZ sites, and pH and AP at the QY *** fertilization treatments resulted in soil N and P surpluses at the three sites, but soil K surpluses were recorded only at the QY site. The SFI was greater in the 1.5NPKM, NPKM and NPKS treatments than in the NPK treatment by 13.3–40.0 and 16.4–63.6% at the YL and ZZ sites, respectively, and was significantly higher in the NPKM and 1.5NPKM treatments than in the NPK and NPKS treatments at the QY site.
