Dear Editor,This letter proposes a dynamic switching soft slicing strategy for industrial mixed traffic in 5G networks. Considering two types of traffic, periodic delay-sensitive (PDS) traffic and sporadic delay-tolerant (SDT) traffic, we design a dynamic switching strategy based on a traffic-Qo S-aware soft slicing (TQASS) scheme and a resource-efficiency-aware soft slicing (REASS) scheme.

This paper highlights the utilization of parallel control and adaptive dynamic programming(ADP) for event-triggered robust parallel optimal consensus control(ETRPOC) of uncertain nonlinear continuous-time multiagent systems(MASs).First, the parallel control system, which consists of a virtual control variable and a specific auxiliary variable obtained from the coupled Hamiltonian, allows general systems to be transformed into affine systems. Of interest is the fact that the parallel control technique's introduction provides an unprecedented perspective on eliminating the negative effects of disturbance. Then, an eventtriggered mechanism is adopted to save communication resources while ensuring the system's stability. The coupled HamiltonJacobi(HJ) equation's solution is approximated using a critic neural network(NN), whose weights are updated in response to events. Furthermore, theoretical analysis reveals that the weight estimation error is uniformly ultimately bounded(UUB). Finally,numerical simulations demonstrate the effectiveness of the developed ETRPOC method.

In the present study,we investigated the influence of surface fluorine(F)on TiO_(2)for the photocatalytic oxidation(PCO)of ***_(2)modified with different F content was prepared and *** was found that with the increasing of F content,the toluene conversion rate first increased and then ***,CO_(2)mineralization efficiency showed the opposite *** on the characterizations,we revealed that F substitutes the surface hydroxyl of TiO_(2)to form the structure of≡*** presence of the appropriate amount of surface≡Ti-F on TiO_(2)greatly enhanced the separation of photogenerated carriers,which facilitated the generation of·OH and promoted the activity for the PCO of *** was further revealed that the increase of only·OH promoted the conversion of toluene to ring-containing intermediates,causing the accumulation of intermediates and then conversely inhibited the·OH generation,which led to the decrease of the CO_(2)mineralization *** above results could provide guidance for the rational design of photocatalysts for toluene oxidation.

The phenomenon of induced transparency,characterized by a high quality(Q)factor,holds significant importance in the fields of high-precision sensing,energy storage and wave *** transparency systems are often constrained by the limited experimentally accessible parameter space and the lack of independent control over intrinsic parameters,thereby hindering advanced research on high-Q *** we propose a virtualized coupled-oscillator system that enables reconfigurable induced transparency in the reflection *** virtually incorporating a pair of coupled oscillators into an individual acoustic meta-atom,we achieve the manipulation of induced transparency in a decoupled,wide-ranging,and elaborate *** the diverse evolutions across the intrinsic parameter space,we show experimentally a counter-intuitive increase in the Q-factor of the transparency window,which is attributed to the enhanced dissipation of the bright ***,a constant group delay at the center frequency is observed accompanying this *** work demonstrates an intriguing platform as well as a novel strategy to engineer high-Q induced transparency phenomenon,and paves the way towards applications in programmable acoustic sensors,filters and slow-wave devices.

Cerium and cobalt loaded Co-Ce/TiO_(2)catalyst prepared by impregnation method was investigated for photothermal catalytic toluene *** on catalyst characterizations(XPS,EPR and H2-TPR),redox cycle between Co and TiO_(2)(Co^(2+)+Ti^(4+)↔Co^(3+)+Ti^(3+))results in the formation of Co^(3+),Ti^(3+)and oxygen vacancies,which play important roles in toluene catalytic oxidation *** introduction of Ce brings in the dual redox cycles(Co^(2+)+Ti^(4+)↔Co^(3+)+Ti^(3+),Co^(2+)+Ce4+↔Co^(3+)+Ce3+),further promoting the elevation of reaction sites *** full spectrum irradiation with light intensity of 580mW/cm^(2),Co-Ce/TiO_(2)catalyst achieved 96%of toluene conversion and 73%of CO_(2)yield,obviously higher than Co/P25 and Co/TiO_(2).Co-Ce/TiO_(2)efficiently maintains 10-hour stability test under water vapor conditions and exhibits better photothermal catalytic performance than counterparts under different wavelengths *** catalytic reaction displays improved activities compared with thermal catalysis,which is attributed to the promotional effect of light including photocatalysis and light activation of reactive oxygen species.

Learning-based methods have become mainstream for solving residential energy scheduling problems. In order to improve the learning efficiency of existing methods and increase the utilization of renewable energy, we propose the Dyna actiondependent heuristic dynamic programming(Dyna-ADHDP)method, which incorporates the ideas of learning and planning from the Dyna framework in action-dependent heuristic dynamic programming. This method defines a continuous action space for precise control of an energy storage system and allows online optimization of algorithm performance during the real-time operation of the residential energy model. Meanwhile, the target network is introduced during the training process to make the training smoother and more efficient. We conducted experimental comparisons with the benchmark method using simulated and real data to verify its applicability and performance. The results confirm the method's excellent performance and generalization capabilities, as well as its excellence in increasing renewable energy utilization and extending equipment life.

How sediment dredging alters phosphorus dynamics in a lowland rural river?

China’s lowland rural rivers are facing severe eutrophication problems due to excessive phosphorus(P)from anthropogenic ***,quantifying P dynamics in a lowland rural river is challenging due to its complex interaction with surrounding areas.A P dynamic model(River-P)was specifically designed for lowland rural rivers to address this *** modelwas coupled with the Environmental Fluid Dynamics Code(EFDC)and the Phosphorus Dynamic Model for lowland Polder systems(PDP)to characterize P dynamics under the impact of dredging in a lowland rural *** on a two-year(2020-2021)dataset from a representative lowland rural river in the Lake Taihu Basin,China,the coupled model was calibrated and achieved a model performance(R^(2)>0.59,RMSEcontrol was~300 days,with an increase in P retention capacity by 74.8 kg/year and a decrease in TP concentrations of 23%after dredging.(2)Dredging significantly reduced P release from sediment by 98%,while increased P resuspension and settling capacities by 16%and 46%,respectively.(3)The sediment-water interface(SWI)plays a critical role in P transfer within the river,as resuspension accounts for 16%of TP imports,and settling accounts for 47%of TP *** the large P retention capacity of lowland rural rivers,drainage ditches and ponds with macrophytes are promising approaches to enhance P retention *** study provides valuable insights for local environmental departments,allowing a comprehensive understanding of P dynamics in lowland rural *** enable the evaluation of the efficacy of sediment dredging in P control and the implementation of corresponding P control measures.

A New Adaptive Prediction Algorithm for Judicial Sentencing with Empirical Studies

With the development and applications of the Smart Court System(SCS) in China, the reliability and accuracy of legal artificial intelligence have become focal points in recent years. Notably,criminal sentencing prediction, a significant component of the SCS, has also garnered widespread attention. According to the chinese criminal law, actual sentencing data exhibits a saturated property due to statutory penalty ranges, but this mechanism has been ignored by most existing studies. Given this, the authors propose a sentencing prediction model that combines judicial sentencing mechanisms including saturated outputs and floating boundaries with neural networks. Building on the saturated structure of our model, a more effective adaptive prediction algorithm will be constructed based on the fusion of several key ideas and techniques that include the utilization of the L1 loss together with the corresponding gradient update strategy, a data pre-processing method based on large language model to extract semantically complex sentencing elements using prior legal knowledge, the choice of appropriate initial conditions for the learning algorithm and the construction of a double-hidden-layer network structure. An empirical study on the crime of disguising or concealing proceeds of crime demonstrates that our method can achieve superior sentencing prediction accuracy and significantly outperform common baseline methods.
