With the continuous exploration of uncharted and extreme environments,enhanced temperature robustness of passive devices has become particularly *** this study,a ceramic-based meta-material absorber with exceptional temperature stability is developed using a fusion design approach that combines rare metal-based tungsten bronze structural ceramics and ***,the absorbance of the meta-material array based on Mie resonance exceeds 49.0%in both waveguides and free space,approaching the theoretical *** to impedance analysis,the absorption performance can be distinctly correlated with the dielectric loss （Q_f）.Notably,the high-temperature robustness is verified to still be effective at 400℃.These advancements in our design allow for the use of monolithic materials in fabricating temperature-stable perfect absorbers,providing greater freedom in the dielectric performance and expanding their potential applications,including in space exploration and 5G millimeter-wave scenarios.

This paper mainly discusses the analysis and design of a finline single-ended mixer and detector. In the circuit, for the purpose of eliminating high-order resonant modes and improving transition loss, metallic via holes are implemented along the mounting edge of the substrate embedded in the split-block of the WG-finline-microstrip transition. Meanwhile, a Ka band slow-wave and bandstop filter, which represents a reactive termination, is designed for the utilization of idle frequencies and operation frequencies energy. Full-wave analysis is carded out to optimize the input matching network of the mixer and the detector circuit using lumped elements to model the nonlinear diode. The exported S-matrix of the optimized circuit is used for conversion loss and voltage sensitivity analysis. The lowest measured conversion loss is 3.52 dB at 32.2 GHz; the conversion loss is flat and less than 5.68 dB in the frequency band of 29-34 GHz. The highest measured zero-bias voltage sensitivity is 1450 mV/mW at 38.6 GHz, and the sensitivity is better than 1000 mV/mW in the frequency band of 38-40 GHz.

The increasing popularity of the metaverse has led to a growing interest and market size in spatial computing from both academia and industry. Developing portable and accurate imaging and depth sensing systems is crucial for advancing next-generation virtual reality devices. This work demonstrates an intelligent, lightweight, and compact edge-enhanced depth perception system that utilizes a binocular meta-lens for spatial computing. The miniaturized system comprises a binocular meta-lens, a 532 nm filter, and a CMOS sensor. For disparity computation, we propose a stereo-matching neural network with a novel H-Module. The H-Module incorporates an attention mechanism into the Siamese network. The symmetric architecture, with cross-pixel interaction and cross-view interaction, enables a more comprehensive analysis of contextual information in stereo images. Based on spatial intensity discontinuity, the edge enhancement eliminates illposed regions in the image where ambiguous depth predictions may occur due to a lack of texture. With the assistance of deep learning, our edge-enhanced system provides prompt responses in less than 0.15 seconds. This edge-enhanced depth perception meta-lens imaging system will significantly contribute to accurate 3D scene modeling, machine vision, autonomous driving, and robotics development.

millimeter wave(mmWave)massive multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO)plays an important role in the fifth-generation(5G)mobile communications and beyond wireless communication systems owing to its potential of high ***,channel estimation has become very challenging due to the use of massive MIMO antenna ***,the mmWave channel has strong sparsity in the spatial angle domain,and the compressed sensing technology can be used to convert the original channel matrix into the sparse matrix of discrete angle *** the high-dimensional channel matrix estimation is transformed into a sparse recovery problem with greatly reduced computational ***,the path angle in the actual scene appears randomly and is unlikely to be completely located on the quantization angle grid,thus leading to the problem of power ***,multiple paths with the random distribution of angles will bring about serious interpath interference and further deteriorate the performance of channel *** address these off-grid issues,we propose a parallel interference cancellation assisted multi-grid matching pursuit(PIC-MGMP)algorithm in this *** proposed algorithm consists of three stages,including coarse estimation,refined estimation,and inter-path cyclic iterative inter-ference *** specifically,the angular resolution can be improved by locally refining the grid to reduce power leakage,while the inter-path interference is eliminated by parallel interference cancellation(PIC),and the two together improve the estimation *** results show that compared with the traditional orthogonal matching pursuit(OMP)algorithm,the normalized mean square error(NMSE)of the proposed algorithm decreases by over 14dB in the case of 2 paths.

A layout and connection optimization for static frequency divider is presented. The layout optimization provides a new circle topology transistors placement and reasonable connection structure, which reduces the parasitic effectively and enables self-oscillation frequency enhancement. Besides, bandwidth enhancement techniques based on a center-tap capacitor in input balun design and inductive peaking in latch design are adopted to improve further high frequency performance with low power consumption. As a proof of concept, design of a divide-by-2 static frequency divider in 0.13 μm SiGe BiCMOS technology is reported. With single-ended input clock signal, the divider is measured to be operated from 40 to 90 GHz. Phase noise measurements of a 90 GHz input clock signal indicate ideal behavior with no measurable noise contribution from the divider. The divider followed by a buffer that can deliver more than-10 dBm output power, which is sufficient to drive succeeding stage. To the author's knowledge, the divider exhibits a competitive power dissipation and the highest FOM among silicon based frequency dividers that operating higher than 70 GHz.
