A novel carboxylated lactose/sodium lignosulfonate/polyacrylic acid hydrogel composites with self-reduction capacity was successfully synthesized by self-assembly *** hydrogel with well-developed porous structure provided abundant anchoring points and reduction capacity for transforming Ag^(+)into silver *** nanoparticles dispersed among the network of hydrogel and the composites exhibited catalytic *** catalytic performance was evaluated via degradation of p-nitrophenol,rhodamine B,methyl orange and methylene blue,which were catalyzed with corresponding reaction rate constants of 0.04338,0.07499,0.04891,and 0.00628 s^(–1),*** addition,the catalyst exhibited stable performance under fixed-bed condition and the corresponding conversion rate still maintained more than 80%after 540 ***,the catalytic performance still maintained effective in tap water and simulated *** catalytic efficiency still remained 99.7%with no significant decrease after 8 cycles.

Driven by the explosive development of data-centric computation applications, it is becoming urgent to develop in-memory computing devices that are beyond the von Neumann architecture with an arrangement of separated logic and memory components. The transistor-type solid-state non-volatile memories,such as ferroelectric field-effect transistors(Fe FETs), have long been regarded as a competitive candidate for future in-memory computing architectures. However, the density scaling towards high-density arrays would require advanced Fe FETs with reduced footprints, which remains a great challenge so far. Here, a vertical-transport(VT) Fe FET that flips the charge transport channel perpendicular to the substrate plane is proposed, in which a ferroelectric gate and a van der Waals(vd W) heterojunction channel are vertically integrated, effectively reducing the device footprints. The proposed VT-Fe FET shows not only the robust binary non-volatile memory states but also several key synaptic functionalities at the device level. An artificial neural network with supervised learning was simulated based on the device conductance switching properties,showing excellent classification accuracy for the MNIST handwritten digits. These findings suggest that the proposed VT-Fe FET could offer a new solution for future non-volatile memories as well as more advanced neuromorphic systems.

Detwinning and Anneal-Hardening Behaviors of Pre-Twinned AZ31 Alloys under Cryogenic Loading

Detwinning behavior of a pre-twinned magnesium alloy AZ31 at cryogenic temperature was investigated,also with a focus on the annealing hardening behavior of samples with different fractions of ***-compression along the transverse direction with strains of 1.7%,3.0%,and 6.0% was applied to generated[1012]*** behavior,microstructure,and texture evolution during subsequent tension were *** results show that low temperature did not change the fact that detwinning still pre-dominated in the pre-twinned samples under reverse ***,a relatively harder migration of twin boundaries was found at cryogenic *** annealing hardening of 27-40 MPa was observed in the pre-twinned samples,and such a hardening effect shows a close relation with the fraction of pre-twins or the level of *** annealing hardening effect disappeared if the matrix was consumed by twins along with the increased pre-compression *** corresponding reasons for the annealing hardening behavior were discussed.

The inadequate quantity of hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))in cancer cells promptly results in the constrained success of chemodynamic therapy(CDT).Significant efforts made throughout the years;nevertheless,researchers are still facing the great challenge of designing a CDT agent and securing H_(2)O_(2) supply within the tumor *** this study,taking advantage of H_(2)O_(2) level maintenance mechanism in cancer cells,a nanozyme-based bimetallic metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)tandem reactor is fabricated to elevate intracellular H_(2)O_(2) levels,thereby enhancing *** addition,under nearinfrared excitation,the upconversion nanoparticles(UCNPs)loaded into the MOFs can perform photocatalysis and generate hydrogen,which increases cellular susceptibility to radicals induced from H_(2)O_(2),inhibits cancer cell energy,causes DNA damages and induces tumor cell apoptosis,thus improving CDT therapeutic efficacy *** proposed nanozyme-based bimetallic MOFs-mediated CDT and UCNPs-mediated hydrogen therapy act as combined therapy with high efficacy and low toxicity.

This study was to investigate growth performance, rumination development, rumen fermentation and feed digestion in young calves provided high volumes(about 20% of calf birth weight) of milk with or without forage inclusion and how these parameters correlate with each other. Immediately after birth,160 newborn Holstein female calves(41.6 ± 4.2 kg of initial BW) were randomly divided into 2 treatments: 1) starter(CON, only starter) and 2) starter and hay(HAY, both starter and hay). The calves were fed their respective experimental diets from d 4 to 84, after which they were all introduced to similar diets until the end of the experiment on d 196. Treatment had no effect on growth and structural measurements throughout the experimental period. However, treatment had an effect on the other parameters, mainly during the post-weaning period. Forage supplementation tended to reduce starter dry matter intake(P = 0.05), while increasing the forage intake(P lower(P lower digestibility of organic matter(OM, P = 0.03), crude protein(CP, P level improved rumination during the post-weani

This work presents a complete conversion scheme for photonic spiking neural networks(SNNs).We verified that the output of an artificial neural network(ANN) trained with the simulated optical activation function can be directly converted into the spike rate of a photonic spiking neuron *** reveal the feasibility of hardware implementation,we considered the effects of different bit precisions of data and weight,noise level,and bias current mismatch on the converted *** proposed scheme was evaluated using the Deterding vowel,IRIS,TIDIGITS,and MNIST datasets for pattern recognition,and achieved mean accuracies of 95.80%,98.67%,96.19%,and 92.33%,*** proposed scheme can convert an ANN into a photonic SNN with almost no precision loss,and the performance was comparable to that of an ANN trained with the rectified linear unit *** proposed scheme can enable the high-performance implementation of photonic SNNs.

Copper-based azide(Cu(N_(3))2 or CuN_(3),CA)chips synthesized by in-situ azide reaction and utilized in miniaturized explosive systems has become a hot research topic in recent ***,the advantages of in-situ synthesis method,including small size and low dosage,bring about difficulties in quantitative analysis and differences in ignition capabilities of CA *** aim of present work is to develop a simplified quantitative analysis method for accurate and safe analysis of components in CA chips to evaluate and investigate the corresponding ignition *** this work,Cu(N_(3))2 and CuN_(3)components in CA chips were separated through dissolution and distillation by utilizing the difference in solubility and corresponding content was obtained by measuring N_(3)-concentration through *** spectrophotometry method was optimized by studying influencing factors and the recovery rate of different separation methods was studied,ensuring the accuracy and reproducibility of test *** optimized method is linear in range from 1.0-25.0 mg/L,with a correlation coefficient R^(2)=0.9998,which meets the requirements of CA chips with a milligram-level content *** with the existing ICP method,component analysis results of CA chips obtained by spectrophotometry are closer to real component content in samples and have satisfactory ***,as its application in miniaturized explosive systems,the ignition ability of CA chips with different component contents for direct ink writing CL-20 and the corresponding mechanism was *** study provided a basis and idea for the design and performance evaluation of CA chips in miniaturized explosive systems.

We conducted a study on a simplified dark matter model that introduces a vector-like intermediate particle,facilitating exclusive interactions between dark matter and the top quark in the Standard *** analysis focused on the relic density of Dirac-type fermion dark matter and highlighted the complementary role of direct detection in constraining the dark matter ***,in instances when dark matter mass is small,the tree-level two-body annihilation process experiences *** such scenarios,the contributions of the threebody process(χχ→tbW-)and the one-loop process(χχ→gg)dominate the relic *** regard to direct detection,calculations were performed for the two-loop contribution to the dark-matter-gluon interaction,yielding the corresponding spin-independent scattering cross section.
