For this purpose, our first step is to present some sufficient conditions for the exponential stability of a particular category of switched systems.

A continuously tunable gain and bandwidth analog front-end for ambulatory biopotential measurement systems is presented. The front-end circuit is capable of amplifying and conditioning different biosignals. To optimize the power consumption and simplify the system architecture, the front-end only adopts two-stage amplifiers. In addition, careful design eliminates the need for chopping circuits. The input-referred noise of the system is only 1.19 μVrms （0.48-2000 Hz）. The chip is fabricated via a SMIC 0.18μm CMOS process. Although the power consumption is only 32.1 μW under a 3 V voltage supply, test results show that the chip can successfully extract biopotential signals.

A 60-GHz bidirectional radio-over-fiber （RoF） system using two-carrier-injected distributed feedback （DFB） laser is proposed and demonstrated to realize optical single sideband （SSB） modulation for *** injection-locked Fabry-P＇erot laser is also carried out to realize wavelength reuse in *** of 2.5 Gb/s on a 60-GHz carrier for downlink and 622-Mb/s baseband signal for uplink are both successfully demonstrated over 50-km single mode fiber without chromatic dispersion compensation.

information diffusion in online social networks is induced by the event of forwarding information for users, and latency exists widely in user spreading behaviors. Little work has been done to reveal the effect of latency on the diffusion process. In this paper, we propose a propagation model in which nodes may suspend their spreading actions for a waiting period of stochastic length. These latent nodes may recover their activity again. Meanwhile, the mechanism of forwarding information is also introduced into the diffusion model. Mean-field analysis and numerical simulations indicate that our model has three nontrivial results. First, the spreading threshold does not correlate with latency in neither homogeneous nor heterogeneous networks, but depends on the spreading and refractory parameter. Furthermore, latency affects the diffusion process and changes the infection scale. A large or small latency parameter leads to a larger final diffusion extent, but the intrinsic dynamics is different. Large latency implies forwarding information rapidly, while small latency prevents nodes from dropping out of interactions. In addition, the betweenness is a better descriptor to identify influential nodes in the model with latency, compared with the coreness and degree. These results are helpful in understanding some collective phenomena of the diffusion process and taking measures to restrain a rumor in social networks.

The fiber optic sensing technology provides data support in structural health monitoring of the macro facilities, including design, construction, and maintenance of bridges, tunnels, ports and other infrastructures. In this paper, a distributed vibration sensing system is proved to be responsive to a single touch over a 1.8-m-long equivalent fiber segment, covering a vibration frequency from 5 Hz to 25 kHz. The sensing fiber was arranged as an S type layout on the bridge to recognize the standing state, windblown disturbance, and walking vibration. Moreover, the knocking and climbing events are recognized fiber laying spinning lines and hanging on the fences, respectively. The demonstration shows an accurate positioning and sensitive vibration monitoring applied on the automated three-dimensional(3D) printed bridge, which is applicable to all kinds of 3D printed facilities as intelligent sensory neuro-networks.

Semi-supervised dimensionality reduction(SSDR) has attracted an increasing amount of attention in this big-data *** algorithms have been developed with a small number of pairwise constraints to achieve performances comparable to those of fully supervised methods. However, one challenging problem with semi-supervised approaches is the appropriate choice of the constraint set, including the cardinality and the composition of the constraint set, which to a large extent, affects the performance of the resulting algorithm. In this work, we address the problem by incorporating ensemble subspace and active learning into dimensionality reduction and propose a new algorithm, termed as global and local scatter based SSDR with active pairwise constraints selection in ensemble subspaces(SSGL-ESA). Unlike traditional methods that select the supervised information in one subspace,we pick up pairwise constraints in ensemble subspace, where a novel active learning algorithm is designed with both exploration and filtering to generate informative pairwise constraints. The automatic constraint selection approach proposed in this paper can be generalized to be used with all constraint-based semi-supervised learning algorithms. Comparative experiments are conducted on two face database and the results validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

As each type of satellite network has different link features, its data transmission must be designed based on its link features to improve the efficiency of data transferring. The transmission of navigation integrated services information （NISI） in a global navigation satellite system （GNSS） with inter-satellite links （ISLs） is studied by taking the real situation of inter-satellite communication links into account. An on-demand computing and buffering centralized route strategy is proposed based on dynamic grouping and the topology evolution law of the GNSS network within which the satellite nodes are operated in the manner of dynamic grouping. Dynamic grouping is based on satellites spatial relationships and the group role of the satellite node changes by turns due to its spatial relationships. The route strategy provides significant advantages of high efficiency, low complexity, and flexi- ble configuration, by which the established GNSS can possess the features and capabilities of feasible deployment, efficient transmission, convenient management, structural invulnerability and flexible expansion.

The problem of high-precision indoor positioning in the 5G era has attracted more and more attention.A fingerprint location method based on matrix completion(MC-FPL)is proposed for 5G ultradense networks to overcome the high costs of traditional fingerprint database construction and matching ***,a partial fingerprint database constructed and the accelerated proximal gradient algorithm is used to fill the partial fingerprint database to construct a full fingerprint ***,a fingerprint database division method based on the strongest received signal strength indicator is proposed,which divides the original fingerprint database into several sub-fingerprint ***,a classification weighted K-nearest neighbor fingerprint matching algorithm is *** estimated coordinates of the point to be located can be obtained by fingerprint matching in a sub-fingerprint *** simulation results show that the MC-FPL algorithm can reduce the complexity of database construction and fingerprint matching and has higher positioning accuracy compared with the traditional fingerprint algorithm.

Three classes of Boolean functions with four-valued Walsh spectra are presented and their Walsh spectrum distributions are determined. They are derived from Bent functions of the MaioranaMc Farland and Dillon PS ap types and of the monomial form Tr1^2m（λx^r（2^m-1）） by complementing the values of the Bent functions at two points.
