Sixth-generation(6G) networks are anticipated to achieve transformative advancements, characterized by extreme connectivity, deep integration with artificial intelligence(AI) and sensing, and airground integration. The evolution of 6G exhibits two major trends: ubiquitous intelligence and sustainability. The former aims to embed state-of-the-art AI technology into the 6G network, from the physical layers to applications, while the latter emphasizes reducing energy consumption while enhancing network performance to address environmental concerns. Despite the amazing progress in recent years, AI advancements come with substantial increases in data and computational overhead, posing critical challenges for integrating AI into sustainable 6G networks. First, high energy consumption from large datasets and heavyweight AI models contradicts6G's green goals. Second, the precise collection of large datasets, message delivery latency, and inference delays in AI models pose challenges for real-time tasks in 6G. Third, the uninterpretability and unpredictability of AI models complicate meeting the stringent requirements for controllable transmission in dynamic wireless environments. Addressing these challenges and achieving sustainable 6G with ubiquitous intelligence calls for a revolutionary design of 6G architecture and AI frameworks. To this end, this paper introduces a novel and practical methodology for green, real-time, and controllable 6G native intelligence,starting with knowledge graph(KG) analysis to extract small but critical datasets, followed by the development of distributed lightweight AI models, and the use of digital twins(DTs) to create precise replicas of physical 6G networks. This leads to a pervasive multi-level(PML)-AI framework supported by a task-centric, three-layer 6G architecture. This article reviews recent progresses in growth mechanism, synthesis, and applications of zinc oxide nano-materials （mainly focusing on one-dimensional （1D） nanomaterials）. In the first part of this article, we briefly introduce the importance, the synthesis methods and growth mechanisms, the properties and applications of ZnO 1D nanomaterials. In the second part of this article, the growth mechanisms of ZnO 1D nanomaterials will be discussed in detail in the framework of vapor-liquid-solid （VLS）, vapor-solid （VS）, and aqueous solution growth （ASG） approaches. Both qualitative and quantitative information will be provided to show how a controlled synthesis of ZnO 1D nanomaterials can be achieved. In the third part of this article, we present recent progresses in our group for the synthesis of ZnO 1D nanomaterials, and the results from other groups will only be mentioned briefly. Especially, experiment designing according to theories will be elaborated to demonstrate the concept of controlled synthesis. In the fourth part of this article, the properties and potential applications of ZnO 1D nanomaterials will be treated. Finally, a summary part will be presented in the fifth section. The future trend of research for ZnO 1D nanomaterials will be pointed out and key issues to be solved will be proposed.

Efficient Processing of Skyline group Queries over a Data Stream

In this paper, we study the skyline group problem over a data stream. An object can dominate another object if it is not worse than the other object on all attributes and is better than the other object on at least one attribute. If an object cannot be dominated by any other object, it is a skyline object. The skyline group problem involves finding k-item groups that cannot be dominated by any other k-item group. Existing algorithms designed to find skyline groups can only process static data. However, data changes as a stream with time in many applications,and algorithms should be designed to support skyline group queries on dynamic data. In this paper, we propose new algorithms to find skyline groups over a data stream. We use data structures, namely a hash table, dominance graph, and matrix, to store dominance information and update results incrementally. We conduct experiments on synthetic datasets to evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithms. The experimental results show that our algorithms can efficiently find skyline groups over a data stream.

Up to now,at least 806 carbon allotropes have been proposed *** interesting carbon allotropes(named Pbam-32,P6/mmm,and I43d)were recently uncovered based on a random sampling strategy combined with space group and graph *** calculation results show that they are superhard and remarkably stable compared with previously proposed metastable *** indicates that they are likely to be synthesized in *** use the factor group analysis method to analyze theirΓ-point vibrational *** to their large number of atoms in primitive unit cells(32 atoms in Pbam-32,36 atoms in P6/mmm,and 94 atoms in I43d),they have many Raman-and infrared-active *** are 48 Raman-active modes and 37 infrared-active modes in Pbam-32,24 Raman-active modes and 14 infrared-active modes in P6/mmm,and 34 Raman-active modes and 35 Raman-and infrared-active modes in *** calculated Raman spectra can be divided into middle frequency range from 600 cm-1 to 1150 cm-1 and high frequency range above 1150 *** largest infrared intensities are 0.82,0.77,and 0.70(D/Å)2/amu for Pbam,P6/mmm,and I43d,*** calculated results provide an insight into the lattice vibrational spectra of these sp3 carbon allotropes and suggest that the middle frequency Raman shift and infrared spectrum may play a key role in identifying newly proposed carbon allotropes.
