Robotic-assisted surgery for pediatric choledochal cyst: Case report and literature review

Our paper describes the key surgical points of pediatric choledochocystectomy performed completely by Da Vinci robotic system. A choledochocystectomy was safely carried out for a girl at our hospital, and without any complication. Then systematic literature review was done to discuss the methods of intestine surgery and intestinal anastomosis, the use of 3 rd robotic arm, the surgical safety and advantages comparing open and laparoscopic surgery. We systematically reviewed choledochocystectomy for children performed by robotic surgery. We included a total of eight domestic and foreign reports and included a total of 86 patients, whose average age was 6.3(0.3-15.9) years; the maleto-female ratio was 1:3.5(19:67). Seven patients experienced conversion to open surgery, and the surgery success rate was 91.9%(79/86). The average total operation time was 426(180-520) min, the operation time on the machine was 302(120-418) min, 11 cases used the number 3 arm, and the remaining mainly used the hitch-stitch technique to suspend the stomach wall and liver. Forty-seven patients underwent pull-through intestine and intestinal anastomosis, and 39 patients underwent complete robotic intestine surgery and intestinal anastomosis. The hospitalization time of roboticassisted choledochocystectomy was 8.8 d. Eight patientshad biliary fistula and were all cured by conservative treatment and continuous observation. One patient had anastomotic stenosis, and one patient had wound dehiscence, both cured by surgery. Choledochocystectomy for children performed by completely robotic surgery and Roux-en-Y hepaticojejunostomy is safe and feasible. The initial experience shows that this surgical approach has a clearer field than the traditional endoscopy, and its operation is more flexible, the surgery is more accurate, and the injury is smaller. With the advancement of technology and the accumulation of surgeons' experience, robotic surgery may become a new trend in this surgical procedure.

Strategic flight assignment approach based on multi-objective parallel evolution algorithm with dynamic migration interval

The continuous growth of air traffic has led to acute airspace congestion and severe delays, which threatens operation safety and cause enormous economic loss. Flight assignment is an economical and effective strategic plan to reduce the flight delay and airspace congestion by rea- sonably regulating the air traffic flow of China. However, it is a large-scale combinatorial optimiza- tion problem which is difficult to solve. In order to improve the quality of solutions, an effective multi-objective parallel evolution algorithm （MPEA） framework with dynamic migration interval strategy is presented in this work. Firstly, multiple evolution populations are constructed to solve the problem simultaneously to enhance the optimization capability. Then a new strategy is pro- posed to dynamically change the migration interval among different evolution populations to improve the efficiency of the cooperation of populations. Finally, the cooperative co-evolution （CC） algorithm combined with non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II （NSGA-II） is intro- duced for each population. Empirical studies using the real air traffic data of the Chinese air route network and daily flight plans show that our method outperforms the existing approaches, multi- objective genetic algorithm （MOGA）, multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on decom- position （MOEA/D）, CC-based multi-objective algorithm （CCMA） as well as other two MPEAs with different migration interval strategies.

AHLNet:Adaptive Multihead Structure and Lightweight Feature Pyramid Network for Detection of Live Working in Substations

With the increasing demand for power in society,there is much live equipment in substations,and the safety and standardization of live working of workers are facing *** at these problems of scene complexity and object diversity in the real-time detection of the live working safety of substation workers,an adaptive multihead structure and lightweight feature pyramid-based network(AHLNet)is proposed in this study,which is based on ***,we take AH-Darknet53 as the backbone network of YOLOV3,which can introduce an adaptive multihead(AMH)structure,reduce the number of network parameters,and improve the feature extraction ability of the backbone ***,to reduce the number of convolution layers of the deeper feature map,a lightweight feature pyramid network(LFPN)is proposed,which can perform feature fusion in advance to alleviate the problem of feature imbalance and gradient ***,the proposed AHLNet is evaluated on the datasets of 16 categories of substation safety operation scenarios,and the average prediction accuracy MAP_(50)reaches 82.10%.Compared with YOLOV3,MAP_(50)is increased by 2.43%,and the number of parameters is 90 M,which is only 38%of the number of parameters of *** addition,the detection speed is basically the same as that of YOLOV3,which can meet the real-time and accurate detection requirements for the safe operation of substation staff.

A large-scale multi-objective flights conflict avoidance approach supporting 4D trajectory operation

Recently, the long-term conflict avoidance approaches based on large-scale flights scheduling have attracted much attention due to their ability to provide solutions from a global point of view. However, current approaches which focus only on a single objective with the aim of minimizing the total delay and the number of conflicts, cannot provide controllers with variety of optional solutions, representing different tradeoffs. Furthermore, the flight track error is often overlooked in the current research. Therefore, in order to make the model more realistic, in this paper, we formulate the long-term conflict avoidance problem as a multi-objective optimization problem, which minimizes the total delay and reduces the number of conflicts simultaneously. As a complex air route network needs to accommodate thousands of flights, the problem is a large-scale combinatorial optimization problem with tightly coupled variables, which make the problem difficult to deal with. Hence,in order to further improve the search capability of the solution algorithm, a cooperative co-evolution(CC)algorithm is also introduced to divide the complex problem into several low dimensional sub-problems which are easier to solve. Moreover, a dynamic grouping strategy based on the conflict detection is proposed to improve the optimization efficiency and to avoid premature convergence. The well-known multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on decomposition(MOEA/D) is then employed to tackle each sub-problem. Computational results using real traffic data from the Chinese air route network demonstrate that the proposed approach obtained better non-dominated solutions in a more effective manner than the existing approaches, including the multi-objective genetic algorithm(MOGA), NSGAII, and MOEA/D. The results also show that our approach provided satisfactory solutions for controllers from a practical point of view.
