The neuron model has been widely employed in neural-morphic computing systems and chaotic *** study aims to develop a novel circuit simulation of a three-neuron Hopfield neural network(HNN)with coupled hyperbolic memristors through the modification of a single coupling connection *** bistable mode of the hyperbolic memristive HNN(mHNN),characterized by the coexistence of asymmetric chaos and periodic attractors,is effectively demonstrated through the utilization of conventional nonlinear analysis *** techniques include bifurcation diagrams,two-parameter maximum Lyapunov exponent plots,local attractor basins,and phase trajectory ***,an encryption technique for color images is devised by leveraging the mHNN model and asymmetric structural *** method demonstrates significant benefits in correlation,information entropy,and resistance to differential attacks,providing strong evidence for its effectiveness in ***,an improved modular circuit design method is employed to create the analog equivalent circuit of the memristive *** correctness of the circuit design is confirmed through Multisim simulations,which align with numerical simulations conducted in Matlab.

Bisphenol F epoxy resin(EP)is often used in terminal current lead insulation of superconducting equipment because of its good insulation performance,high mechanical strength,good toughness at cryogenic temperatures,and resistance to cold shock and heat ***,due to the wide temperature range of 80–300 K and the strong electric field,the EP-N_(2)interface is prone to surface flashover,resulting in terminal insulation *** improve the reliability of the current lead insulation,non-linear conductive EP/strontium titanate(SrTiO_(3))composites were prepared by modification with nano *** changes of dielectric,surface discharge,flashover,and trap distribution characteristics of composite materials were studied,and the mechanism of SrTiO_(3)on the surface flashover of composite materials was *** results show that the conductivity of the composite increases with the rise of SrTiO_(3)filling content,and the amplitude of improvement is greater under the strong electric field,showing a more significant *** composite has a lower trap energy level and a greater number of shallow traps compared to pure EP,which accelerates surface charge detrapping and reduces charge accumulation,effectively enhancing the discharge and surface flashover voltage of the composite.

On-site and real-time non-destructive measurement of elastic constants for materials of a component in a in-service structure is a challenge due to structural complexities,such as ambiguous boundary,variable thickness,nonuniform material *** work develops for the first time a method that uses ultrasound echo groups and artificial neural network(ANN)for reliable on-site real-time identification of material *** use of echo groups allows the use of lower frequencies,and hence more accommodative to structural *** train the ANNs,a numerical model is established that is capable of computing the waveform of ultrasonic echo groups for any given set of material properties of a given *** waveform of an ultrasonic echo groups at an interest location on the surface the structure with material parameters varying in a predefined range are then computed using the numerical *** results in a set of dataset for training the ANN *** the ANN is trained,the material parameters can be identified simultaneously using the actual measured echo waveform as input to the *** tests have been conducted both numerically and experimentally to evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of the currently proposed *** results show that the maximum identification error of numerical example is less than 2%,and the maximum identification error of experimental test is less than 7%.Compared with currently prevailing methods and equipment,the proposefy the density and thickness,in addition to the elastic ***,the reliability and accuracy of inverse prediction is significantly ***,it has broad applications and enables real-time field measurements,which has not been fulfilled by any other available methods or equipment.

During the operation of high-voltage cables,external stress and residual stress can affect the aggregated structure of insulating materials and lead to significant deterioration in their electrical *** investigate the evolution characteristics of the electrical properties of cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE)under mechanical stress,this paper ex-plains the relationship between the aggregated structure of XLPE and its electrical properties and proposes a method for improving insulation performance under me-chanical *** results show that metallocene polyethylene used as a nucleating agent can promote crystallisation through heterogeneous nucleation and increase Young's modulus by non-uniform nucleation,increasing crystallinity and reducing interplanar spacing,resulting in more complete crystal forms and reduced damage to the aggregated structure during the tensile *** nucleating agent modification,the XLPE crystallisation becomes more uniform,and interfacial adhesion forces *** weakened interface damage process between the amorphous and crystalline regions under tensile stress effectively inhibits the process of molecular chain polarisation turning and reduces trap *** modified XLPE crystal structure shows a tendency towards densification and enhanced molecular chain interactions,which can reduce the damage to the aggregated structure under tensile stress,while the reduced free volume inside the material and the shortened average free path of carriers can weaken the damage of high-energy electrons to molecular chains,thereby inhibiting the process of electrical tree *** results show that nucleating agents have great potential for maintaining the stable operation of XLPE cables under mechanical stress.

Permanent magnet claw pole machine(PMCPM) is a special kind of transverse flux permanent magnet machine. Compared with other electrical machines, it has the advantages of high torque density and high efficiency for high speed operation. However, because of its complex irregular structure, the manufacturing process using silicon sheets is complicated. Soft magnetic composite material(SMC) is manufactured by powder metallurgy technology, which can produce various shapes of stator core structures, so it is easier to produce various irregular shapes of the stator core. However, the raw SMC material is relatively expensive, and the mechanical strength of SMC is weak. In this paper, a PMCPM with hybrid cores is proposed. With the adoption of hybrid silicon sheet-SMC cores and amorphous alloy-SMC cores, the torque ability of PMCPM can be improved greatly and it can have higher efficiency for more wide operation frequency. Meanwhile, its mechanical strength has been improved and it can be designed for high torque direct drive applications as it is a modular machine. Furthermore, three methods are proposed to reduce the additional eddy current loss which resulted from the employment of hybrid cores in PMCPM.

Accurate extraction of crop row is very important for automation of agricultural *** rows are required for accurate machine guidance in agricultural production such as fertilization,plant protection,weeding and *** this study,an efficient crop row detection algorithm called Crop-BiSeNet V2 was proposed,which combined BiSeNet V2 with a spatial convolutional neural *** proposed Crop-BiSeNet V2 detected crop rows in color images without the use of threshold and other pre-information such as number of rows.A data set had 2697 maize crop images was constructed in challenging field trial conditions such as variable light,shadows,presence of weeds,and irregular crop *** proposed system was experimentally determined to overcome the interference of different complex *** it can be applied to crop rows of different numbers,straight lines and *** analyses were performed to check the robustness of the *** this algorithm with the Fully Convolutional Networks(FCN)algorithm,it exhibited superior performance and saved 84.85 *** accuracy rate reached 0.9811,and the detection speed reached 65.54 ms/*** Crop-BiSeNet V2 algorithm proposed in this study show strong generalization performance for seedling crop row *** provides high-reliability technical support for crop row detection research and assists in the study of intelligent field operation machinery navigation.

An electronic tongue(E-tongue)comprises a series of sensors that simulate human perception of taste and embedded artificial intelligence(AI)for data analysis and *** E-tongues based on electrochemical methods suffer from a bulky size and require larger sample volumes and extra power sources,limiting their applications in in vivo medical diagnosis and analytical *** by the mechanics of the human tongue,triboelectric components have been incorporated into E-tongue platforms to overcome these *** this study,an integrated multichannel triboelectric bioinspired E-tongue(TBIET)device was developed on a single glass slide chip to improve the device’s taste classification accuracy by utilizing numerous sensory *** detection capability of the TBIET was further validated using various test samples,including representative human body,environmental,and beverage *** TBIET achieved a remarkably high classification *** instance,chemical solutions showed 100%identification accuracy,environmental samples reached 98.3%accuracy,and four typical teas demonstrated 97.0%***,the classification accuracy of NaCl solutions with five different concentrations reached 96.9%.The innovative TBIET exhibits a remarkable capacity to detect and analyze droplets with ultrahigh sensitivity to their electrical ***,it offers a high degree of reliability in accurately detecting and analyzing various liquid samples within a short *** development of a self-powered portable triboelectric E-tongue prototype is a notable advancement in the field and is one that can greatly enhance the feasibility of rapid on-site detection of liquid samples in various settings.

The x（Tb0.15Ho0.85Fey）＋（1–x）（Tb0.3Dy0.7Fey）（x=0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 0.9; y=1.85, 1.9, 2.0） samples were prepared by a vacuum arc furnace, and annealed at 1000 oC for 1 d and at 950 oC for a week. Three vertical sections of Tb0.15Ho0.85Fey-Tb0.3Dy0.7Fey（y=1.85, 1.9, 2.0） in the Tb-Dy-Ho-Fe system were determined using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersion X-ray spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, and differential thermal analysis. These vertical sections consisted of two single-phase regions： L and（Tb,Dy,Ho）Fe2; four two-phase regions： L＋（Tb,Dy,Ho）Fe3, L＋（Tb,Dy,Ho）Fe2,（Tb,Dy,Ho）Fe2＋（Tb,Dy,Ho）Fe3, and（Tb,Dy,Ho）Fe2＋（Tb,Dy,Ho）. The high Ho content of（Tb,Dy,Ho）Fey alloys led to the elevation of the peritectic temperature of L＋（Tb,Dy,Ho）Fe3→（Tb,Dy,Ho）Fe2. The region of（Tb,Dy,Ho）Fe2 phase was shifted towards the side of rich-Ho with the Fe content increasing. It meant that the substitution of Ho for Dy or Tb had a marked effect on the solidification process of（Tb,Dy,Ho）Fe2 compounds.

Effect of sintering temperature on the physical properties and electrical contact properties of doped AgSnO_2 contact materials

AgSnO_ 2 electrical contact materials doped with Bi_2O_3,La_2O_3,and TiO_2 were successfully fabricated by the powder metallurgy method under different initial sintering *** electrical conductivity,density,hardness,and contact resistance of the Ag Sn O_2/Bi_2O_3,AgSnO_2/La_2O_3,and AgSnO_2/Ti O_2 contact materials were measured and *** arc-eroded surface morphologies of the doped AgSnO_2 contact materials were investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The effects of the initial sintering temperature on the physical properties and electrical contact properties of the doped AgSnO_2 contact materials were *** results indicate that the physical properties can be improved and the contact resistance of the AgSnO_2 contact materials can be substantially reduced when the materials are sintered under their optimal initial sintering temperatures.

Stimulation at specific acupoints can activate cortical regions in human *** studies have mainly focused on a single brain ***,the brain is a network and many brain regions participate in the same *** study of a single brain region alone cannot clearly explain any brain-related ***,for the present study,magnetic stimulation was used to stimulate the Neiguan（PC6） acupoint,and 32-channel electroencephalography data were recorded before and after *** functional networks were constructed based on electroencephalography data to determine the relationship between magnetic stimulation at the PC6 acupoint and cortical *** indicated that magnetic stimulation at the PC6 acupoint increased connections between cerebral cortex regions.
