As an important part of nonstructural components,the seismic response of indoor water supply pipes deserves much *** paper presents shaking table test research on water supply pipes installed in a full-scale reinforced concrete(RC)frame *** material pipes and different methods for penetrating the reinforced concrete floors are combined to evaluate the difference in seismic *** response spectra and pipe acceleration amplification factors based on test data are discussed and compared with code provisions.A seismic fragility study of displacement demand is conducted based on numerical *** acceleration response and displacement response of different combinations are *** results show that the combination of different pipe materials and different passing-through methods can cause obvious differences in the seismic response of indoor riser pipes.

Seismic isolation effectively reduces seismic demands on building structures by isolating the superstructure from ground vibrations during ***,isolation strategies give less attention to acceleration-sensitive systems or ***,as the isolation layer’s displacement grows,the stiffness and frequency of traditional rolling and sliding isolation bearings increases,potentially causing self-centering and resonance *** a result,a new conical pendulum bearing has been selected for acceleration-sensitive equipment to increase self-centering capacity,and additional viscous dampers are incorporated to enhance system ***,the theoretical formula for conical pendulum bearings is supplied to analyze the device’s dynamic parameters,and shake table experiments are used to determine the proposed device’s isolation efficiency under various *** to the test results,the newly proposed devices have remarkable isolation performance in terms of minimizing both acceleration and displacement ***,a numerical model of the isolation system is provided for further research,and the accuracy is demonstrated by the aforementioned experiments.

Large numbers of basic transceiver stations,where the telecommunication room is one of the main components,comprise an important part of the telecommunication *** earthquakes,considerable economic loss from telecommunication systems is often associated with seismic damage and functional loss of the telecommunication ***,research related to this has been *** this study,shaking table tests were conducted for a full-scale typical telecommunication room,including a light-steel house and the necessary communication and power supply *** tests not only focused on the seismic damage to all the structures but also considered the functions of the communication and power supply of the *** interactions between these facilities and their effects on communication function were also *** with the damage to structures,the interruption of the power supply due to earthquakes is a weak ***,the damage indexes,together with their threshold values of different damage states for the communication and power supply equipment,were derived from the test *** results of this research can contribute to the literature gaps regarding seismic performance studies of telecommunication rooms,and can serve as a valuable reference for future research on its seismic fragility and economic losses evaluation.

To enable the experimental assessment of the seismic performance of full-scale nonstructural elements with multiple engineering parameters(EDPs),a three-layer testbed named Nonstructural Element Simulator on Shake Table(NEST)has been *** testbed consists of three consecutive floors of steel *** bottom two floors provide a space to accommodate a full-scale *** fully explore the flexibility of NEST,we propose a novel control strategy to generate the required shake table input time histories for the testbed to track the target floor motions of the buildings of interest with high *** control strategy contains two parts:an inverse dynamic compensation via simulation of feedback control systems(IDCS)algorithm and an offline iteration procedure based on a refined nonlinear numerical model of the *** key aspects of the control strategy were introduced in this *** tests were conducted to simulate the seismic responses of a full-scale office room on the 21^(st)floor of a 42-story high-rise *** test results show that the proposed control strategy can reproduce the target floor motions of the building of interest with less than 20%errors within the specified frequency range.

The objective of this study is to construct a multi-department symptom-based automatic diagnosis ***,it is dificult to establish a model to classify plenty of diseases and collect thousands of disease-symptom datasets *** by the thought of"knowledge graph is model",this study proposes to build an experience-infused knowledge model by continuously learning the experiential knowledge from data,and incrementally injecting it into the knowledge ***,incremental learning and injection are used to solve the data collection problem,and the knowledge graph is modeled and containerized to solve the large-scale multi-classification ***,an entity linking method is designed and a heterogeneous knowledge graph is constructed by graph ***,an adaptive neural network model is constructed for each dataset,and the data is used for statistical initialization and model ***,the weights and biases of the learned neural network model are updated to the knowledge *** is worth noting that for the incremental process,we consider both the data and class *** evaluate the diagnostic effectiveness of the model on the current dataset and the anti-forgetting ability on the historical dataset after class increment on three public *** with the classical model,the proposed model improves the diagnostic accuracy of the three datasets by 5%,2%,and 15%on average,***,the model under incremental learning has a better ability to resist forgetting.

Topography can strongly affect ground motion,and studies of the quantification of hill surfaces’topographic effect are relatively *** this paper,a new quantitative seismic topographic effect prediction method based upon the BP neural network algorithm and three-dimensional finite element method(FEM)was *** FEM simulation results were compared with seismic records and the results show that the PGA and response spectra have a tendency to increase with increasing elevation,but the correlation between PGA amplification factors and slope is not obvious for low *** BP neural network models were established for the prediction of amplification factors of PGA and response *** kinds of input variables’combinations which are convenient to achieve are proposed in this paper for the prediction of amplification factors of PGA and response spectra,*** absolute values of prediction errors can be mostly within 0.1 for PGA amplification factors,and they can be mostly within 0.2 for response spectra’s amplification *** input variables’combination can achieve better prediction performance while the other one has better expandability of the predictive ***,the BP models only employ one hidden layer with about a hundred nodes,which makes it efficient for training.

In this paper,an asymmetric vibroacoustic system that can passively realize nonreciprocal transmission of acoustic energy is *** experimental system consists of a waveguide,a strongly nonlinear membrane,and three acoustic cavities with different *** theoretical modeling of the system is verified by experiments,and parametric analysis is also carried *** intensive studies reveal the nonreciprocal transmission of acoustic energy in this prototype *** forward excitation,internal resonance between the two nonlinear normal modes of the vibroacoustic system occurs,and acoustic energy is irreversibly transferred from the waveguide to the nonlinear ***,under backward excitation,there is no internal resonance in the *** spectra and wavelet analysis are used to highlight the mechanism of nonreciprocal transfer of acoustic ***,nearly unidirectional(preferential)transmission of acoustic energy transfer is shown by this *** nonreciprocal acoustic energy transfer method illustrated in this paper provides a new way to design the odd acoustic element.
