The World Health Organization (WHO) 2017 classifications for neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs) subdivided grade 3 pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (pNENs) into G3 well-differentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (G3 pNETs) and poorly differentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine carcinomas (pNECs), according to the mitotic count, Ki-67 index, and cell differentiation. As a new category, G3 pNETs remain a challenging group of tumors to manage by lacking large randomized trials and consensus to support its clinical practice. Therefore, the Chinese Pancreatic Surgery Association, Chinese Society of Surgery, Chinese Medical Association gathered experts in this field to formulate this consensus for the diagnosis and treatment of G3 pNETs.

Chemotherapy is the first-line treatment for cancer, but its systemic toxicity can be severe. Tumorselective prodrug activation offers promising opportunities to reduce systemic toxicity. Here, we present a strategy for activating prodrugs using radiopharmaceuticals. This strategy enables the targeted release of chemotherapeutic agents due to the high tumor-targeting capability of radiopharmaceuticals. [18F]FDG(2-[18F]-fluoro-2-deoxy-D-glucose), one of the most widely used radiopharmaceuticals in clinics, can trigger Pt（IV） complex for controlled release of axial ligands in tumors, it might be mediated by hydrated electrons generated by water radiolysis resulting from the decay of radionuclide18F. Its application offers the controlled release of fluorogenic probes and prodrugs in living cells and tumor-bearing mice. Of note,an OxaliPt（IV） linker is designed to construct an [18F]FDG-activated antibody-drug conjugate（Pt-ADC）.Sequential injection of Pt-ADC and [18F]FDG efficiently releases the toxin in the tumor and remarkably suppresses the tumor growth. Radiotherapy is booming as a perturbing tool for prodrug activation,and we find that [18F]FDG is capable of deprotecting various radiotherapy-removable protecting groups（RPGs）. Our results suggest that tumor-selective radiopharmaceutical may function as a trigger, for developing innovative prodrug activation strategies with enhanced tumor selectivity.

Magnesium(Mg)alloy is considered as a promising biodegradable implant material but restricted to rapid ***,the new strategies based on thixomolding process had been explored to utilize the outstanding anti-permeability of graphene nanosheets(GNPs)while inhibit its galvanic corrosion with the matrix,so as to improve the corrosion resistance of *** agglomerate of GNPs with 0.9 wt%content is the main reason for the deterioration of corrosion performance due to the formation of micro-galvanic *** grain refinement of composites with 0.6 wt%content had positive effects on the better corrosion *** process adjusting,the unique distributions of GNPs along grain boundaries play a vital role in improving the corrosion *** can be ascribed to the following mechanisms:(I)The barriers can be established between the Mg matrix and corrosive medium,hence blocking the charge transfer at the interface;(II)The GNPs can effectively promote apatite deposition on the Mg matrix,leading to form dense apatite layers and prevent the further invasion of SBF;(III)The GNPs acting as reinforcements exists in the corrosion layer and apatite layer,impede the apatite layer falling off from the Mg *** findings broaden the horizon for biomedical applications in Mg matrix composites to realize desired performances.

The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic has been looming globally for three years,yet the diagnostic and treatment methods for COVID-19 are still undergoing extensive exploration,which holds paramount importance in mitigating future *** non-coding RNAs(ncRNAs)display aberrations in the context of ***,microRNAs(miRNAs),long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs),and circular RNAs(circRNAs)exhibit a close association with viral infection and disease *** this comprehensive review,an overview was presented of the expression profiles of host ncRNAs following SARS-CoV-2 invasion and of the potential functions in COVID-19 development,encompassing viral invasion,replication,immune response,and multiorgan deficits which include respiratory system,cardiac system,central nervous system,peripheral nervous system as well as long ***,we provide an overview of several promising host ncRNA biomarkers for diverse clinical scenarios related to COVID-19,such as stratification biomarkers,prognostic biomarkers,and predictive biomarkers for treatment *** addition,we also discuss the therapeutic potential of ncRNAs for COVID-19,presenting ncRNA-based strategies to facilitate the development of novel *** an in-depth analysis of the interplay between ncRNA and COVID-19 combined with our bioinformatic analysis,we hope to offer valuable insights into the stratification,prognosis,and treatment of COVID-19.

cancer is the leading cause of human deaths in the world and produces serious economic burdens. On September 12, 2018, the academic journal A cancer Journal for Clinicians published an article about the latest statistics of cancers worldwide, which provided a status report on the global burden of 36 cancers in 185 countries worldwide. cancer has also become a serious public health problem in china and caused more and more attention of the government and people in recent years. This review analyzes the incidence, mortality and prevalent trend of cancers in china, discusses the reasons behind this status, and reviews the potential countermeasures for cancer prevention and control in china.

BACKGROUND Yigong San(YGS)is a representative prescription for the treatment of digestive disorders,which has been used in clinic for more than 1000 ***,the mechanism of its anti-gastric cancer and regulate immunity are still remains *** To explore the mechanism of YGS anti-gastric cancer and immune *** Firstly,collect the active ingredients and targets of YGS,and the differentially expressed genes of gastric ***,constructed a protein-protein interaction network between the targets of drugs and diseases,and screened hub *** the clinical relevance,mutation and repair,tumor microenvironment and drug sensitivity of the hub gene were ***,molecular docking was used to verify the binding ability of YGS active ingredient and hub *** Firstly,obtained 55 common targets of gastric cancer and *** Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes screened the microtubule-associated protein kinase signaling axis as the key pathway and IL6,EGFR,MMP2,MMP9 and TGFB1 as the hub *** 5 hub genes were involved in gastric carcinogenesis,staging,typing and prognosis,and their mutations promote gastric cancer ***,molecular docking results confirmed that the components of YGS can effectively bind to therapeutic *** YGS has the effect of anti-gastric cancer and immune regulation.
