Sinter is the core raw material for blast *** pressure,which is an important state parameter,affects sinter *** this paper,flue pressure prediction and optimization were studied based on the shapley additive explanation(SHAP)to predict the flue pressure and take targeted adjustment ***,the sintering process data were collected and processed.A flue pressure prediction model was then constructed after comparing different feature selection methods and model algorithms using SHAP+extremely random-ized trees(ET).The prediction accuracy of the model within the error range of±0.25 kPa was 92.63%.SHAP analysis was employed to improve the interpretability of the prediction *** effects of various sintering operation parameters on flue pressure,the relation-ship between the numerical range of key operation parameters and flue pressure,the effect of operation parameter combinations on flue pressure,and the prediction process of the flue pressure prediction model on a single sample were analyzed.A flue pressure optimization module was also constructed and analyzed when the prediction satisfied the judgment *** operating parameter combination was then *** flue pressure was increased by 5.87%during the verification process,achieving a good optimization effect.

A non-isocyanate route for synthesizing thermoplastic polyurethanes with excellent thermal and mechanical properties was described. Melt transurethane polycondensation of 1,6-bis（hydroxyethyloxy carbonyl amino）hexane with four poly（ethylene glycol）s （PEGs）, i.e. PEG400, PEG600, PEG1000, or PEG1500, was conducted at different molar ratios. A series of thermoplastic poly（ether urethane）s （TPEUs） with long PEG sequences were prepared. The TPEUs were characterized via gel permeation chromatography, FTIR, 1H-NMR, differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetric analysis, wide-angle X-ray scattering, and tensile tests. The TPEUs exhibit Tg between 12.4 ℃ and -40.4 ℃, Tm of up to 149.8 ℃, and initial decomposition temperature over 239.4 ℃. The tensile strength of the TPEUs reaches 38.39 MPa with a strain at break of 852.92%.

A novel liquid hyperbranched polyether epoxy （HBPEE） based on commercially available hydroquinone （HQ） and 1,1,1-trihydroxymethylpropane triglycidyl ether （TMPGE） was synthesized through an A2 ＋ B3 one-step proton transfer polymerization. In order to improve the toughness, the synthesized HBPEE was mixed with diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A （DGEBA） in different ratios to form hybrids and cured with triethylenetetramine （TETA）. Thermal and mechanical properties of the cured hybrids were evaluated. Results show that addition of HBPEE can improve the toughness of cured hybrids remarkably at 〈 20 wt% loading, without compromising the tensile strength. However, the glass transition temperature （Tg） of the cured hybrids decreases with increasing HBPEE content. Fracture surface images from scanning electron microscope show oriented fibrils in hybrids containing HBPEE. The formation and orientation of the fibrils can absorb energy under impact and lead to an improvement of toughness. Furthermore, based on the morphology of fractured surfaces and the single Tg in each hybrid, no sign of phase separation was found in the cured hybrid systems. As a result, the toughening mechanism could be explained by in situ homogeneous toughening mechanism rather than phase separation mechanism.

o-Carborane-containing poly（hydroxy ethers）（P1, P2 and P3） were synthesized via ＂advancement reaction＂ of o-carborane-containing bisphenol（4） and diglycidyl ether of bisphenols（DGEBA and 1）. FTIR and 1^H^-, 13^C^-, and 11^ B-NMR were utilized to characterize the obtained polymers. TGA test was conducted under nitrogen and air. It is found that the shielding effect of carborane moiety on its adjacent aromatic structures contributes to high initial decomposition temperatures, while oxygen in air has an adverse effect on the initial decomposition temperature. The oxygen can combine with polymer chain to form peroxide and hydroperoxide groups, which are more reactive during the degradation process. Besides, o-carborane-containing poly（hydroxy ethers） have high char yield at elevated temperatures. The boron atom combines with oxygen from the polymer structure or/and from air, thus to form a three-dimensional network linked with B―O―B and B―C bonds, and retain the polymer weight to a large extent.

Hexaphyrins are one of the most studied expanded porphyrins that show intriguing electronic structure and coordination abilities in the past decades. However, core-modified hexaphyrins especially for benzene-replaced hexaphyrins are much less ***, we revisit the dibenzihexaphyrin system and demonstrate how to achieve the hexaphyrin-like organometallic nature of a benzene-replaced expanded porphyrin. For the “true” di-m-benzihexaphyrin 2, metal complex with anticipated CCNN coordination is not realized probably due to the steric hindrance. Further, we synthesized an internally linked dibenzihexaphyrin (3)with a direct carbon–carbon bond between two phenylenes. As prepared, 3 has a strained biphenyl unit and can effectively coordinate two Cu(III) ions with CCNN coordination. This sharp contrast underscores the critical importance of the formed preorganized corrole-like adj-CCNN cavities after linking two flanking phenylenes. 3 can also act as a bidentate ligand like traditional hexaphyrin, enabling the formation of an even more strained bis-Rh(I) complex. The electronic structures and photophysical properties of the free base and metal complexes are systematically studied by steady state absorption and fstransient absorptions (fs-TA) spectroscopies, as well as DFTcalculations. Notably, 3 can be regarded as a hexaphyrin-sized backto-back fused bis-dicarbacorrole, which stands as the smallest fused carbaporphyrinoid array prepared to date.

Cross-linked polyamides(c PAs)were prepared through direct bulk Michael addition and subsequent *** mixed hexanediamine multi-esters(HDAMEs)were generated through the Michael addition of 1,6-hexanediamine(HDA)and methyl acrylate(MA)at50℃ with different HDA/MA molar *** polycondensation of HDAMEs then proceeded at 150 or 170℃ in flasks to obtain viscous fluids,and curing was continued in tetrafluoroethylene molds to obtain c PA *** Michael addition was monitored on the basis of FTIR and ESI-MS *** c PA films were characterized by DSC,TGA,dynamic mechanical analysis,and tensile *** directly prepared c PAs exhibited Tg of 1–39℃,tensile strength of up to 45 MPa,and strain at break from 18%to 40%.The c PAs with high tensile strength and good toughness were successfully synthesized through the direct bulk Michael addition from HDA and MA followed with polycondensation.

Polymer based nanocomposites consisting of elastic three-dimensional(3 D)carbon foam(CF),paraffin wax and graphene nanoplatelets(GNPs)have been created and evaluated for thermal energy *** ultralight,highly porous(~98.6%porosity),and flexible CFs with densities of2.84-5.26 mg/cm^3 have been used as the backbone skeleton to accommodate phase change wax and nanoscale thermal conductive enhancer,*** level of defects and the ordered sp2 configuration allow the resulting CFs to exhibit excellent cyclic compressive behavior at strains up to 95%,while retaining part of their elastic properties even after 100 cycles of *** dispersing the highly conductive GNP nanofillers in paraffin wax and infiltrating them into the flexible CFs,the resultant nanocomposites were observed to possess enhanced overall thermal conductivity up to 0.76 W/(m K),representing an impressive improvement of226%,which is highly desirable for thermal engineering.

Preparation and Characterization of Polyborosiloxanes and Their Blends with Phenolic Resin as Shapeable Ceramic Precursors

Two polyborosiloxanes （PBSis） with char yield up to 74.13% at 800 ℃ were synthesized by the direct polycondensation of boric acid with phenyltrimethoxysilane in diglyme. The PBSis were characterized by gel permeation chromatography, IR spectroscopy as well as ^1H-, ^29Si- and ^11B-NMR. PBSi modified phenol-formaldehyde resins （PBSi/PFs） were prepared at different PBSi/PF mass ratios and were cured at 150 ℃. The PBSi/PFs were characterized by IR spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and tensile test. The results revealed that the cured PBSi/PFs had sea-island morphology and higher char yield than the common PF. PBSi/PF blend with PBSi/PF mass ratio of 0.4：1 had char yield up to 70.83% at 800 ℃. The PBSi/PFs had tensile strength similar to PF. The ceramization of PBSi/PFs was also studied. The silicon boron oxycarbide （SiBOC） ceramics formed were characterized by IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. This method provided a valuable way to prepare easily shapeable polymer blends as ceramic precursors.

Polypropylene/poly（butyl acrylate） alloy is produced by water-solid phase suspension grafting polymerization with a submicrometer microdomain where graft polymerization occurs within micropores of polypropylene particles prepared by reactor granule technology （RGT）. The results show that the grafting percentage （GP） of butyl acrylate （BA） increases with the increase of the monomer concentration, which could reach 32.6% while the grafting efficiency （GE） is up to 98%. The addition of the crosslinking agent, triethylene glycol diacrylate （TEGDA）, could improve GP up to 36.3%. Transmission electron microscopic （TEM） micrographs demonstrate that PBA microdomains distributed in PP matrix increase in size less than 500 rim. Moreover, TEM images show that the grafting phase exhibits a singlephase behavior with the addition of TEGDA, which implies that the ratio of graft copolymer increased.
